Abstract

The purpose of this article presentation is an investigation of the relation between poverty dimension & illegality based on Theoretical Approach & survey data collection about Tabriz citizens. Sample size was 670 & that procedure was multistage sampling. The main result of this survey shows that 90 percent of citizens had at least one illegal behavior on the second half of last year (1383) & based on multiple regression For explain of illegality; There are significant relation between socio-economic poverty, cultural poverty, religious attitude poverty, citizenship Poverty, negative Attitude to laws with illegality. Therefore poverty at all respects has a main impact on illegality behavior.
