Abstract

The MUSCULOCUTANEUS NERVE derives from lateral cord of BRACHIAL PLEXUS and innervates to anterior muscles of arm and lateral aspect of forearm. Some variations of this nerve have been reported. In this case, absence of the MUSCULOCUTANEUS NERVE has been noted in a cadaver during routine dissection. Various muscles, normally supplied by the MUSCULOCUTANEUS NERVE were, instead, supplied by the MEDIAN NERVE in this case.
