Abstract

 Introduction: EVALUATION is a means to manage human resources. It maintains real interests of a community or organization only if exerted appropriately.Methods: Thus, this descriptive cross sectional study covered all the MANAGERS of 66 people ina census method. The data were collected using questionnaires of 3 levels; one for operative MANAGERS, one for the middle and one for the high-ranking ones. The data included factors such as occupational precedence, age, sex, educational level and etc. the gained data were then statistically tested and analysed. Results: The finds indicated that only 21.2% of all the 66 MANAGERS had attended re-instruction courses or trainings on occupation. The results also showed that 70%of male MANAGERS and 62% of female ones achieved high scores in KNOWLEDGE, ATTITUDE and performance. A direct link was indicated between the MANAGERS, ATTITUDEs, educational majors, KNOWLEDGE and performances.Discussion: It is concluded that KNOWLEDGE and ATTITUDE play an important role in the MANAGERS, performance of evaluating their staff. So, it seems impossible to carry out an accurate EVALUATION of performance without adequate KNOWLEDGE as well as the evaluator and evaluated positive ATTITUDEs.
