Abstract

This descriptive study was performed to assess the level of HYGIENIC ATTITUDEs, KNOWLEDGE and ACTIONs of the employees at the fresh-fruit places in Ilam. 50 cases were selected in a simple randomized way. Checklists and questionnaires were used to collect data. The findings implied that %48 of the studied individuals enjoyed good KNOWLEDGE and %52 did not show acceptable awareness of the aimed factors. Concerning ATTITUDEs, %46 were of accepted thoughts, while %54 proved weak. It was also understood that %82 of all the cases proved to act well, only the remaining %18 showed weak points in their ACTIONs.
