Abstract

Nowadays, a new issue has been discussed which has been labeled as efficient management. Today, the productivity is the most important goal of all managers. Based on this fact, the experts believe that, TIME MANAGEMENT enjoys being one of the terms observed in order to attain efficiency. The present study investigates the effect of INDIVIDUAL SKILLS of TIME MANAGEMENT and its 6 related dimensions on organizational skill of managers in Islamic Azad University, Zone 8. The tool used in this research is the questionnaire of individual and ORGANIZATIONAL SKILLS and their 6 dimensions. The population consisted 140 managers. The results showed that: 1) there is a significant relationship between individual and ORGANIZATIONAL SKILLS of TIME MANAGEMENT; 2) there is a significant relationship between individual skill of TIME MANAGEMENT and the 6 dimensions of organizational management; 3) The score extracted from female managers is higher than the scores obtained from the skills of male managers. Finally, the results showed that regarding organizational skill of TIME MANAGEMENT, female managers enjoy higher scores than their male colleagues.
