Abstract

 Purpose: The present study has designed a system of Service Compensation System with the approach of improving the employer brand in the Refah Bank (Case study of Mazandaran province). Materials and Methods: In terms of data type, the method of this research is in the category of both qualitative and quantitative methods and both methods have been used simultaneously, in other words, because in this research, the researcher first intends to approach Identify the desired system of compensation system with the approach of improving the employer brand by using interviews with experts and academic and organizational specialists (qualitative stage) and then using the results to design a tool and implement it on a statistical sample, in order The resulting model is validated (quantitative step), so it can be said that the research method used in terms of data type is a mixed research method. The statistical population of this study includes the employees and managers of the Refah Bank of Mazandaran Province. According to the studies and available statistics, the number of experienced and senior employees working in the branches of Asan Refah Bank of Mazandaran is 100 people. Sampling method in this design is using stratified sampling method. In this study, because the size of the population is limited, the sample size of 79 people is estimated. In this research, we use both qualitative and research methods. In the quantitative analysis section, it is difficult to determine the exact weight of the dimensions and criteria due to the complexity of the model. In order to analyze the model data, inferential statistics methods will be used. To determine the relationships and interdependencies between criteria and dimensions. In this section, not only will it analyze the relationships between the factors, but it will also obtain the exact weight of each factor. All these analyzes were performed by SPSS19 and LISREL 8. 54 software. Findings: At the end of the research, while presenting the results and findings in detail, the mentioned cases are summarized and related practical suggestions for managers and experts, as well as the continuation and follow-up of similar research in the future. Conclusion: Therefore, it can be said that from the point of view of employees (satisfaction with the salary received, fair payment system, rational payment system, payment for overtime and direct financial rewards) can motivate and thus improve the employer brand.
