Abstract: 

This study aims at analyzing and setting knowledge and skills necessary for school managers in theoretical, humanistic and conceptual aspects through ongoing fieldwork throughout Iran’s schools. The population was all school managers in Iran in the academic year of 83-84 comprising 981180 people. The sample included 2030 managers who were chosen randomly through Morgan Table. The results showed that managers’ knowledge and skills in theoretical aspect include educational advancement evaluation, computer use in schools, seminars on investigating counterattack procedures for educational fallbacks, educational planning, educational technology, schools’ rules and principles, staff evaluation, managing school sessions, teaching methods, accounting and budgeting in institutes, educational management, safety and hygiene of schools, extracurricular activities in schools, educational and vocational guidance in schools, writing skill, elementary education, junior high school and high school, educational supervision and guidance, and information technology. From the humanistic perspective, it involves religion teaching methods, human relations in institutes, the application of psychology in management, teenagers and youths’ issues, psychological hygiene, educational psychology, co-operational management, Islamic ethics, social psychology in education, personality psychology, and guidance and consultancy principles. And in conceptual aspect, it comprises decision making in management, innovation in educational corporations, school centeredness, fruitfulness in schools, time management, educational issues, educational management principles, education in the 21st century, holistic quality management in education, seminars on management in education, social crisis management, extending and improving corporations, educational sociology, the philosophy of educational activities, education philosophy and application of systematic hypothesis in educational management.

Abstract: 

The aim of this study was to determine the effect of family education programs on critical thinking of elementary school students in Tehran. The present study describes a survey that uses a formula to estimate the sample based on the determination of sample size through application of Krjsy Morgan chosen from the population of 388261 people. The extracted sample comprises 357 people selected at random and clustered single-step. The tool is made up of two parts. The first part of the family, including five questions and the second part of critical thinking, which consisted of 32 questions is to develop theoretical foundations and research carefully and 40 sub-components extraction and after consultation with experts (10 people) 4 principal component as distributed (SEO), evaluation (arguing gray), self-regulation (control) and a skeptic (its orientation) and 32 sub-components were prepared. The reliability index of 0.873 was obtained for family education, and the related index for critical thinking was 0.812. After extracting the required data and statistical, data using descriptive statistics and inferential statistics, the results showed that: Family education programs have an impact on improving students` critical thinking; family education programs on their orientation (skeptic) does not affect students; education programs on family, oriented reasoning (evaluation) has an effect on students; family education programs on self-regulation (control) has an effects on students; family education programs on inquiry (search casting) has an effect on students.

Abstract: 

The purpose of present research was to study the relationship between philosophical the managers’ mentality and the teachers’ performance. The sample was selected from the managers and teachers presently managing and teaching in the East of Tehran Province.The method of selection was stratified random sampling. There were 395 teachers and 140 managers. The research instruments were researcher-made questionnaires of philosophical mentality and performance. The validity of the tools was checked through expert judgment, and their reliability was calculated through using Cronbach’s Alpha. The results of the research indicated that there was a statistically significant relationship between philosophical mentality of managers and the performance of teachers.

s The purpose of this study was to study the dimensions and components of intellectual capital among young researchers in Islamic Azad University, Zone 12 in 3 structural, relational, humanistic dimensions. The statistical population of the study consisted of 1122 members. The research sample included 284 subjects chosen using simple random sampling, and Morgan chart. The research tool was Standard Questionnaire of Bontis with 51 questions. After examining the indexes of validity and reliability the questionnaire was administered to all research subjects. the collected data were analyzed by using SPSS software then. The results of the study indicated that among the young researchers, structural capital and human capital are in the first and the third place respectively.

Abstract: 

The present research was conducted for the purpose of comparing the indexes of entrepreneurship among high school graduates in Tehran Province in the academic year 2007- 8. Statistical population for the study, then, included all senior students studying in three types of schools, namely regular schools, technical schools and vocational schools. The research sample was chosen by the use of stratified random sampling and based on Morgan Table, comprising 379 students for regular schools, 354 students for technical schools, and 354 students for vocational schools. To collect data required for the study, a questionnaire was designed by Samadaghaee by the use of definitions presented in the works of Mc Celeland (1963), Jacobovitz and Wilder (1982), Noheria and Gulatib (1996), Lize and Bronkhous (1974), Etekinson and Roter (1964), All The questionnaire items were basically measuring some indexes as tendency toward development, independence, creativity, risk taking and inner control. The validity of the questionnaire was checked by experts in the field and the reliability of all indexes showed the rate of over 85% through the test of Cronbach’s Alpha. The method of one way variance analysis applied to the obtained data showed that there was a significant difference between the entrepreneurship competencies among the three groups in the study with a degree of p=0.01.

Abstract: 

The main purpose of the present study is to determine the amount of incompatibility of the students and to distinguish the compatible students from incompatible ones in the field of being athletic and non-athletic and also to determine that to what extent the state of being athletic and non-athletic affects the rate of social compatibility of the students.To do this, 200 students including 100 girls and (50 athletic and 50 non-athletic), and 100 boys (50 athletic and 50 non-athletic) were selected through Coed Sampling (multi-step cluster and random). Using the t-test, statistical analysis was accomplished. The measurement tools in this study were social compatibility questionnaire and considering the objectives and questions the following results were achieved: 1) the compatibility ratio of athletic students is higher than non-athletic cones, and; 2) there is a significant difference between athletic boys and girls considering social compatibility ratio.

Abstract: 

The present research investigates the relationship between managers’ skills and their multiple intelligence in high schools in Hamedan city. The research design is descriptive with emphasis on correlation. The population included all school administrators and teachers in Hamedan in 1389-1390 academic year. To gather data٫ the researchers used two questionnaires: Gardner’s standard questionnaire for multiple intelligence and researcher-made questionnaire for measuring managers’ skills. Both questionnaires were graded Likert scale of 5. Cronbach’s alpha coefficient for multiple intelligences questionnaire scale 78% and 93% for skills questionnaire was achieved. The results of analysis using the Pearson correlation test, one-way analysis of variance, Tukey post hoc, and t test showed that there was a significant relationship between human intelligence and verbal skills, music at the level of 95% confidence. There was also a significant relationship between cognitive skills and mathematical intelligence with 95% confidence level. There was a significant relationship between technical skills and visual intelligence -and the physical space with 95% confidence.

Abstract: 

This research was administered with the purpose of studying the role of cognitive consonance in the relationship between managers moralism and teachers’ job satisfaction.The research statistical population was the male and female teachers in some regions of educational and training administrations of Esfahan City. The research subjects, i.e., 532 teachers, were selected via convenience sampling. The research instruments consisted of: job satisfaction index (with four subscales named: work satisfaction, wage satisfaction, coworkers satisfaction and supervisor satisfaction), ethical leadership questionnaire and cognitive consonance scale. The data gathered from the research questionnaires were analyzed, using Pearson’s correlation coefficient and hierarchical regression analysis. Te findings showed that cognitive consonance has made a moderate relationship between ethical leadership and work satisfaction, wage satisfaction and coworkers satisfaction. Posterior analysis revealed that in low cognitive consonance, there is a stronger relationship between ethical leadership and work satisfaction than high cognitive consonance. But there is a stronger relationship between ethical leadership and wage satisfaction and coworkers satisfaction than low cognitive consonance.
