The purpose of the study is to find the relationship between teachers’ organizational citizenship behavior and their performance in Islamic Azad University, Bonab Branch. The study of organizational citizenship behavior pattern of Albert Mvrhn was used, and its dimensions by Nyhf, Van Kastr, Mark C. Van have been approved which are as follows: task orientation, participation, altruism, tolerance, attention (courtesy Vmlahzh), sacrifice, also based on the functional aspects of training, results, general behavior. The population of the study consisted of teachers of Islamic Azad University, Bonab Branch. The research sample included 138 teachers and 192 students were randomly selected. The metode of the research was descriptive and survey type. Research findings were analyzed using descriptive statistics and inferential statistics, Pearson correlation, regression analysis. The results showed that there was a significant relationship between teachers’ organizational citizenship behavior and their academic performance, the highest relationship was between patience and education performance, and the lowest between participation and academic performance.
