Abstract: 

Management in general is one of the most complicated and delicate activities of human beings which has its own features. Naïve People think that management is a very simple activity and having a related degree suffices. These kinds of people think that qualified managers can be found anywhere. While, according to the experts this belief is totally rejected. The secret of being a qualified manager is a bles which is granted by the creation and it cannot be acquired by passing some courses. We take some notes to mention the general terms of management. I this paper, the professional management like, managing hospitals, army is not our concern. Only the highlights of management will be taken into consideration as part of required terms for management.

Abstract: 

The purpose of the research is the study the approach of modeling structural equations in explaining the relationship between the style of love and the source of control in marital satisfaction among faculty members of Islamic Azad University, Roudehen Branch. The sample of the study consisted of 226 faculty members chosen based on sampling methods consistent with the research population through using the formula: 50+8n. The research method was co-relational. The criterion variable, that is, marital satisfaction was described at four levels of severe dissatisfaction, lack of satisfaction, relative satisfaction, and high satisfaction; the predictive variables were the degree of love at three levels of safe, bilateral, and reserved, source of control, the other predictive variable, consisted of two levels of internal and external. The research tools were three questionnaires of marital satisfaction, adults love styles, and Roter source of control. The results of applying multi-correlational square showed that 61% of variance was related to love styles and 33% of the variance of source of control was explained by the variable of marital satisfaction; the remaining 39% of love styles, and the remaining 67% of source of control variance were not explained by the model which is because of structure errors.

Abstract: 

In this research, which is descriptive-comparative, 750 university students were chosen from Islamic Azad university, Government universities located in Mazandaran Province through applying multistage random sampling. In order to gather research data, a researcher made questionnaire designed based on Zet Hamel's quality management model was used. The results of the study showed that Government higher education system is significantly more costumer centered than Islamic Azad University.

Abstract: 

The purpose of the research was the study of pinpointing practical ways of decentralization and increasing the delegation of authority in all layers of education system in Iran, using the qualitative method of research and interviewing 25 managers and experts who were involved in policy and decision making in the Ministry of Education. The research subjects also involved 25 specialists who were chosen randomly. Then the data, were analyzed applying descriptive statistics and T-Student. The results of the study emphasizes that both groups of subjects were in favor of decentralization. However, the top managers believed that because of the reason that education system has to follow the political system and in turn political system is based on the country’s Basic Law which emphasizes on centralization, it is very difficult to decentralize the education system. Nonetheless, they believed that the delegation of authority is possible. In this regard, the emphasis of experts was on accelerating the decentralization in education system.

Abstract: 

The purpose of the study was to investigate the relationship between the managers’ conceptual, humane and technical skills and their efficiency from the teachers’ point of view in girls’ high schools in the city of Sari. The population of the study (678 Teachers) consisted of all teachers of girls’ general high schools in the city of Sari run under the supervision of the government. The research sample (248 teachers) was selected using the Tockman’s Table. The research tool was a questionnaire. The research method was correlation type and the obtain index appeared to be 0.232 which showed that there was a direct and positive relationship between the variables, and it was significant at the 0.001. The obtained coefficient showed that 10.43% of the managers’ efficiency in the research population was due to their three aforementioned skills.

Abstract: 

In this study, the relationship between life quality, job satisfaction and professional exhaustion of the teachers have been studied. To do so, 381 teachers (115 males and 266 females) were selected from city of Tehran by applying a multi-stage cluster sampling method. The questionnaire of Lee and Ashford’s professional exhaustion (1996), WHO's Life Quality (1999), and Job Satisfaction of Cornell and Minnesota were administered to the subjects. It was shown that there was a negative significant correlation (29%) between life quality and professional exhaustion. Also, there was a negative significant l correlation (15%) between job satisfaction and professional exhaustion. It was also indicated that life quality influences, 40% on regression analysis, 51% on path analysis, job satisfaction, 30% on regression analysis. Finally, life quality influences 38% on job satisfaction in two variable analysis, and path analysis.

Abstract: 

The aim of this paper is to study the effect of metacognitive strategies on the 4th grade students’ reading ability. The population of the study consisted of all girls of fourth grade in the academic year 89-1388 in Tehran City. The research sample consisted of 150 students chosen randomly and divided into two equal groups of control and experimental. In order to obtain the required data, the following instruments were used: literacy tests of Prlz (2001), and (2006), and IEA information that is permitted to be used in all countries as well as metacognitive strategies and education programs (literacy tests used for data collection and education program strategies, metacognitive training to facilitate the process). The results of data analysis using independent t test and covariance analysis showed: 1)training metacognitive strategies is effective in reading ability concerning the dimension of information texts; 2) training metacognitive strategies is effective in reading ability concerning the dimention of literary texts; 3) training metacognitive strategies has long term effect of reading ability (both information and literary texts).

Abstract: 

The purpose of the study is to find the relationship between teachers’ organizational citizenship behavior and their performance in Islamic Azad University, Bonab Branch. The study of organizational citizenship behavior pattern of Albert Mvrhn was used, and its dimensions by Nyhf, Van Kastr, Mark C. Van have been approved which are as follows: task orientation, participation, altruism, tolerance, attention (courtesy Vmlahzh), sacrifice, also based on the functional aspects of training, results, general behavior. The population of the study consisted of teachers of Islamic Azad University, Bonab Branch. The research sample included 138 teachers and 192 students were randomly selected. The metode of the research was descriptive and survey type. Research findings were analyzed using descriptive statistics and inferential statistics, Pearson correlation, regression analysis. The results showed that there was a significant relationship between teachers’ organizational citizenship behavior and their academic performance, the highest relationship was between patience and education performance, and the lowest between participation and academic performance.
