Abstract: 

Enhancing the complexity in the world environment and network relations is caused increasing of foresight and strategic management s importance. While the organizations recognized the importance of foresight, many organizations are excited to do it. There are many problem for doing foresight in organizations such as lack of appropriate methodology, work continuously, integration of activities and near future estimation instead of foresight. Today foresight is used widely and shows a broad spectrum of approaches that can improve decision making. This paper presents a new methodology for trend analysis and the mutual effect of trends. Then propose some strategy for organization by the result of this analysis.

Abstract: 

Today, combination and nature of industrial and production activities require that some activities and work processes be done through outsourcing by determining criteria and indicators. The philosophy of outsourcing is that organization can better make policy and guarantees quality of production. To achieve competitive advantage and sustainable development it is needed that major and minor activities of organization including outsourced activities and organizational activities done by employees be managed under an integrated frame.To produce desired goods and services for customers, there should be strong, able and knowledge oriented contractors. Usually, there is a management and development system for employees who do identified activities in industrial and production organizations, but contracting systems lack such a system, because it needs investment. Consequently, there will be a managerial, technical and skill gap between employees of organization and employees of contracting. This issue destroys integration of activities and processes, hence, it is needed that common understanding, language, profession and skill be generated between organizational system and contracting system. To actualize this matter, appropriate and coordinated mechanisms should be generated for managing and developing human resources of contracting system in order to all employees including employees of organization and employees of contracting system can work based on required standards and indicators. Thus considering the role and importance of managing and developing of contracting employees in achieving organizational goals, in this paper it has been attempted to present a comprehensive and dynamic model of managing and developing human resource in contracting system that include following components:attraction system of employees in contractingretain system of employees in contracting human resource development system in contractingeffective deployment system of employees in contracting.

Abstract: 

The main objective of this paper is to investigate the role of Knowledge management (KM) in Customer relationship management (CRM) through Data Mining (DM) and their efficacy in competitive advantages and also to provide a framework that clarifies effective communication between KM and CRM. In this way, the existing literature on KM, CRM and DM will be reviewed and a conceptual framework will be developed. This framework will be validated through a survey between the experts. The suggested conceptual framework will clarify the interdependency between KM and CRM and the DM process as a bridge between them for gain competitive advantages.From a better understanding of the customer, the company will have greater understanding of the true needs and expectations of the customer. It is regarded as a source for competitive advantage because it enables organizations to foster more profitable CRM method.

Abstract: 

Because selecting the young counselors for executive organizations is a new phenomenon, it is necessary to have a scientific approach towards it. In this research, in addition to designing the system of evaluating the competence of proposed people to be a young counselor of a executive organization, they are then ranked by Multi Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) methods; Then this algorithm is used to rank the proposed alternatives for one of the administration as a case study.

Abstract: 

Conflict is the most important problem of group behavior. The executive who has a command to the main principles of conflict and negotiation will have more readiness to confront these unavoidable circumstances, successfully. Conflict management consists of knowing and running conflict, reasonably and fair.Conflict can be managed through making use of such skills as effective communication, problem solving and negotiation. Before anything else, to manage the conflict, we must know, and analyze it while to study the reason of its creation. Upon recognition of conflict and its causes, key point in conflict management is selection of appropriate style for effective exploitation. Because, ability to confront with conflict and its management plays a pivotal role in managers success. If the conflicts are constructive, they will bring innovation and creativity which ultimately provides a great assistance to the management to reach his organization s goals. In this paper, we try study the meaning of conflict, its evolution relations with performance, varieties and causes. After wars, we will put on discussion conflict management, its techniques and strategies for effective running. It is hoped that to be of use for managers and other persons involved in organizational matters.

Abstract: 

Despite the recent interests in development of e-CRM systems in different organizations, system designers suffer from lack of systematic approach in design and development of CRM systems. In this paper, we examine and compare the mostly ad-hoc design architecture employed and used by major players in CRM industries and then we develop a new approach, i.e., a new design architecture for conceptual design of CRM systems. We apply our approach in tourism industry to formulate tour package services in Iran.

Abstract: 

It is not a long time that value innovation concept and even other managerial evaluation systems enter healthcare industry. Years were passing but healthcare, as one of the biggest industries of the world, was disrespected because they thought it's all belonging to physicians. Today, moving with the world by its rapid changes in different science fields is impossible with traditional healthcare management methods. Even incremental improvements can not satisfy this need and the only way is to catch higher competitive advantages to secure the business survival. Value innovation is one of these methods which is the subject of this article. This paper is useful to awake healthcare industry managers' long sleep in creating a new image from the possible future and using them in value added processes for patients which all will lead it to the industry survival.First "innovation" and "value innovation" concepts will be defined strategically as an effective tool for creating value. Then value curve, as an instrument for presenting firm's positions in innovative movements, will be described and finally, innovation logic in strategic fields will be demonstrated. In this part, the case of Hasheminejad Hospital will be brought to show how a public hospital gets one of healthcare innovation samples in Iran.
