Abstract:

The aim of the study was to investigate self- serving bias on job analysis via experimental factorial design 2×12 (job characteristics × matching). The population included students of University of Isfahan that 120 individuals were selected through applying random sampling of population. The main intervention constructed by hypothetical scenario (namely vignette) including personality traits. Simultaneously they responded to instruments determine their personality (Personality- Related Position Requirements Form), however researchers pretend it is used for independent and unrelated research. Results show participants recognized a subset of matched traits better than non- matched traits (P<0.001) and judged optimistically about occurrence of positive event of Vignette hero who is double or similar to participant in their job.

Abstract:

The purpose of study was to predict emotional- behavioral disorders in students aged 8 to12 based on social skills and anxiety of mothers. The research method has been applied to the target and the method has been exploratory, exploratory, and consecutive. The statistical population of all students aged 8 to 12 years old, with their mothers in the 6th district of Tehran, with a total of 2345students.Sample size according to the correct scientific principles and according to the logic of regression 350 people and taking into account the phenomenon of drop in the subjects, the sample size was considered as 400. Since if we were faced with the problem of dropping the sample, the sample size with the actual sample size did not differ significantly. Arandomized multistage sampling method was used. To collect information from the questionnaire of behavioral- emotional disturbances (Woodworth, 1920) the social skill classification system (Gershamand Elliot, 1990), the multi dimensional anxiety inventory (March et al, 1997), was used on the case The comment was implemented used to analyze the data. Inferential statistics (Structural Equation Modeling Analysis) were used to. The results showed that the effect of changing social on the affect, self- concept and emotional disorders behavior and the effect of anxiety on the variables self-concept and emotional disorders, behavioral shows as well as the effects of self-concept on emotional disorders, behavioral and interactive effect of each variable on Each other is significant at level (p<0.01). The most important variable affecting emotional disorders - behaviors of mothers, due to the effect values standard deviation related to variable, then the variable social skills, social anxiety was very little difference in impact.

Abstract:

The purpose of this study was to examine the impact of family- based psychological and educational early interventions on the development of cognition and social skills of children with autism disorder. The method of the study was experimental. For this purpose, using random sampling method, thirty- six children with autism disorder under five years old were selected and assigned to experimental and control groups. In order to collect data, first, Newsha Development Evaluation Test (2008) was implemented on the subjects. Consequently, the intervention program was conducted in15 sessions of 90 minutes on during six months, and data was analyzed using covariance analysis. With regard to the results of analysis of covariance in connection with the interactive impact of gender with a group, it should be said that there is no interactive impact in the effectiveness of family-based psychological and educational early interventions on the development of cognition and social skills of children with autism disorder Also, the findings indicated that there was significant difference between control and experimental groups in cognition (P<0.0001) and social (P<0.0001) skills. Thus, it can be concluded that early interventions have affected positively on the cognition and social skills development of children with autism disorder.
