Abstract: 

The present research was conducted with the aim of Designing and validation of critical thinking model and its effectiveness on cooperative learning in Students of Islamic Azad University, North Tehran Branch in 1396. The research was practical in terms of objectives and Semi-experimental, pre-test and post-test design with control and follow-up group in terms of data collection method. Moreover, it was exploratory mixed in terms of type of data. In the qualitative section, the population consisted of 12 of experts of the scientific community and organizational specialists (Specialists in Education and Philosophy) who were selected using purposive sampling method. Furthermore, in the quantitative section, the population consisted of 60 male and female undergraduate students were selected using sampling method and matched in two groups of 30 experimental and control groups. The experimental group received eight 90-minute sessions of critical thinking training, and the control group remained on the list. Data collection tool was individual exploratory Semi-structured interview in the section of qualitative research which valuable opinions of professors and specialists familiar with the area of Specialists in Education and Philosophy who were informed in this area were employed in order to investigate the validity of the results. In the section of quantitative research, Cooperative learning Cho and Bowley (1999) were used to collect data. Content validity was used in order to analyze qualitative data of the research. Moreover, the collected data were analyzed through descriptive (Frequency, percentage frequency, mean, standard deviation, and range of changes) and inferential (Exploratory factor analysis, Mancova and dependent t) statistics using SPSS-V22 and Lisrel-V8. 8 software. The findings demonstrated: One of the components of critical thinking included analysis skills, self-management skills, assessment skills, inferential and understanding skills, explanatory skill and interpretation skills. Based on the dimensions and components identified, the research model was fit to fit. The results showed that the effectiveness of the critical thinking model designed for cooperative learning among students was effective and its sustainability over time was also persistent.

Abstract: 

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of self-directed on personal knowledge management of school managers. The research method was descriptive survey and the research tools were the self-directed scale of sheikhnezami and the personal knowledge management scale of Bagheri. Validity of the questionnaires was calculated using Case's analysis and its reliability was calculated using Cronbach's alpha method, which was 0. 85 for self-directed and 0. 92 for personal knowledge management. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and inferential statistics including linear regression analysis and multiple regression analysis using SPSS software and path analysis using Lisrel software. Findings showed that self-directed have a significant effect on personal knowledge management of school managers. Self-directed dimensions including self-education, time management, communication skills, document management, professional growth planning, and attention to physical and mental health have a positive and significant effect on personal knowledge management in Lamard schools managerss. The simultaneous effect of variables in the final model using multiple regression and path analysis showed that all self-directed dimensions have a positive and significant predictive value for personal knowledge management in managers of Lamerd city schools.

Abstract: 

The main objective of this study is the investigation of the relationship between classroom management styles and EFL teachers’ attitudes toward the integration of technology into learners’ curriculum. The participants of the study comprised of 172 EFL teachers (female=114, male=58) teaching at different language institutes in Shiraz. Three styles of classroom management (interventionist, non-interventionist, and interactionist) were explored based on the theoretical framework of Wolfgang and Glickman (1982) and the variable of educational technology was investigated in terms of six subscales (Risk-taking Behaviors and comfort with the technology, Perceived benefits in using technology in the classroom, Beliefs and Behaviors about Classroom Technology, Technology Support and Access, Administrative and Instructional Uses and Students General and Specific Needs). The data of the study was collected in two stages. At first, the participants were asked to answer the classroom management inventory of Attitude and Beliefs on Classroom Control (ABCC) developed in 1998 and Teacher Technology Integration Survey (TTIS) which was developed in 2008. In the second stage, six available EFL teachers based on purposive sampling participated in semi-structured interviews discussing the barriers to the integration of technology. The findings showed that the interventionist style is the dominant management style among teachers and classroom management was also shown to be significantly correlated with five out of six elements of educational technology. Multiple regression analysis also revealed that three out of six elements of educational technology significantly predicted the type of management style, the EFL teachers favored. predicted the type of management style, the EFL teachers favored.

Abstract: 

Today, the emergence of modern educational media is one of the most important achievements of human progress and one of the most valuable tools of public education which is steadily expanding rapidly due to its key position and importance. The educational capability of each medium depends to a certain extent on the type and structure of its communication channel and also on the subject, form, and expected learning objectives. Therefore, the process of managing educational media in order to realize the mission of educational media should be carefully considered. In this research, we have tried to identify the main indicators that improve the management of the relationship between the educational media and the audience in five areas, the volume of media content, the user's convenience with the media, the audiovisual appeal of the media, the user's interactivity with media content and software and hardware compatibility to be investigated in Iran. The research method used in this study is electronic scanning and data collection tool. The statistical community of experts and media education managers in the country has been selected which the statistical sample was 30 person by clustering method. The five areas studied in this paper are expressed in five hypotheses. In this way, the hypotheses were tested by inferential statistical analysis and finally proved with an average confidence interval of 95%.

Abstract: 

The aim of this study was to identify the components and elements affecting the quality assurance in preparing of teacher-students at the Farhangian University. For this purpose, a qualitative study with the approach of Grounded Theory and emerging design was implemented. Through purposeful sampling method selected 11 experts, 9 managers and 8 connoisseur student-teachers were selected. Semi-structured interviews were used to collect data. The main question were designed and implemented through 5W1H technique. The reliability of inter-coders was 0. 79, and re-encoding reliability was obtained 0. 90. Thematic analysis was used for identifying themes and categories of the quality assurance of student-teacher preparation. Finally, 15 components were identified affecting the student-teachers preparedness quality assurance, including practicum, curriculum, hidden curriculum, faculty, internship guide teachers, managers, coaching and role model, teaching-learning process, goal setting, organizational culture, decentralization, assessment and selection of input, induction, future study and proactioning, and evaluation system.

Abstract: 

The purpose of this study is to identify the effective factors on promoting entrepreneurial culture from experts view at schools and to survey the status-qua of kardanesh (technical & professional schools) from teacher view. The research method in this study is sequential exploratory mixed methods approach it was used by conventional content analysis in the qualitative phase with open and axial coding in analyzing the data. In this level, 14 purposeful selected interviewees pointed to five effective factors on entrepreneurial culture include educational, training, attitudinal, financial and structural factors; the validity of the findings was assured by members checking and peer review methods. In the quantitative level, the answer of 288 teachers was analyzed as partial stratified random sampling with one sample T-test and Friedman test. The results showed that educational, training, attitude in all factors has a satisfactory level, while financial factor is on average level and structural factor is not on a satisfactory level; and the results of Friedman’ s test showed that educational factor has the highest rank among effective factors in promoting the entrepreneurial culture at school and the factors including training, attitudinal, financial, and structural being placed in next ranks.

Abstract: 

The main aim of this research was study about requirements and circumstances of decentralization in Ahvaz education in the field of viewpoint, leadership and human resource. Explanatory mixed method research was used for this aim. Based on nature and research method, descriptive method in quantitative part and content analyze in qualitative part was used. Sample size in quantitative part was 115 principals selected from 4 educational district of Ahvaz and selected by stratified sampling. Purposeful sampling and snowball one used for qualitative part. Instruments for data gathering was questionnaire and interview. Results showed that Ahvaz education isn’ t ready for decentralization policies carryout. Interview analyze showed that main reasons for this situation are viewpoints of decentralization is unclear, personnel are not justified for importance and necessity of decentralization, inappropriate system for selection and appointment of principals and low quality programs for principals empowerment.

Abstract: 

The importance and need to evaluate the self-development of leadership among managers for the conscious development of skills, self-direction, guidance and control of leadership by many researchers. There are a lot of data and information related to the self-assessment of the leadership of the schools in schools that are unused. In this paper, in order to design a model for leadership development of school principals using the decision tree technology, firstly, the factors of tendency to self-control of leadership in school principals were surveyed by experts from two motivational perspectives and self-regulatory skills, and weights of criteria were calculated. Then, the degree of self-development was calculated for 335 school principals in Isfahan province. Finally, using the QUEST, CHAID, C5. 0 and CART algorithms, there are some rules for the self-improvement of the leadership of school principals. Findings of this research show that the tendency to self-development of leadership in school principals is a priority in terms of motivation. The results of this research provide a field of knowledge that can be applied to them.

Abstract: 

The purpose of current study is to present a model for family economic education for students. Method of study in the light of purpose is applied, and in the light of kind is descriptive-exploratory. With studying theoretical bases about subject of family economy education for students and also studying background, components and model elements were extracted, and on basis of them, model of family economy education was codified for students. 8 components were identified and were made and adjusted in form of a researcher’ s questionnaire. After determining questionnaire’ s validity by masters, reliability coefficient of questionnaire by method of Cronbach’ s alpha has been 94 centesimal. Statistical society of current study includes all experts in the field of (educational planning, educational management, educational studies, psychology economy, sociology and accounting) that from this number, 500 persons were selected as sample. As a result of society’ s scatter, and limitation of person’ s number, purposeful sampling method has been used. For data analysis, factorial analysis and structural equations indexes and role of main factors and Pearson correlation were used. Results showed that family economy education for students is model ability with 8 factors that consists of: life skill, Explain Social factors, Education Economic concepts, economic approach, Educational content for better understanding of economic concepts, Education Environment, Family Education, Expander Individual factors. That role of “ life skill” factor is the most in specifying family economy education for students.

Abstract: 

The purpose of this study was to developing a curriculum for media literacy teaching to enhance the social security and safety of media users. Based on the qualitative design and case study method, the concepts and elements necessary for the developing of a curriculum for media literacy by using open-ended and semi-structured questionnaire through targeted sampling and theoretical saturation technique with experts and faculty members of the Department of Communication Science and media and social sciences in Tehran, Allame Tabatabai, Shiraz, Imam Hussein (AS), Sura and Imam Sadegh (AS) institute universities. Then, the data were categorized and organized using the Nvivo software through theme analysis, analysised and findings organized in the form of a basic, organizing, and comprehensive content network. The qualitative data validation method was used to reconcile the results of the content network and to analyze the documents. Based on the results, media literacy curriculum with dimensions such as content, logic, goals, methods, and learning environment are organized as themes. These themes have different dimensions and levels with a variety of basic content that should be considered in developing a media literacy curriculum.

Abstract: 

The lack of convergence and synergy in the field of higher education of universities, the reduction of social capital and the weakness in the efficiency and sicial-cultural approach in the scientific environment, the reduction of the quality of higher education, and the lack of ranking and mission-oriented universities can be the most important weaknesses in the higher education system that many of them will be overcome by utilizing by the capacities of social networks. Therefore, the purpose of presenting this article is to design and explain the social network devemopment model in the country's education system so that, while reviewing the theoretocal framework and modern mothods in the development of new learning systems, new research and intrepreneurship, strategies for achieving effective strategies in this communication has also been studied and analyzed accurately and finally an effective model of social network development in the coyntry's higher education system has been presented. This research, using a developmental-practical approach, follows the data steategy of foundation and using the Delphi model, the proposed model has been validated by experts. The results of the research indicate that there is a four-step model consisting of establishment of network utilization, the establishment of the learning system, the development of a learning management system abd its establishment. However, the effects of laws and regulations, user attributes, and infrastructure domains as field variables will affect the relationship betweendesignated stages. Abstract: 

The aim fo This study was to provide a framework for assessing workplace spirituality in higher education. In this regard, by adopting a mixed method and using the sequential exploratory study, selective texts with the aim of extracting the sources of spirituality in ancient Iranian culture as well as Islamic teachings were studied. Finally, a researcher-made questionnaire was developed and validated in quantitative part. The sampling method was purposeful at the qualitative section with the approach of key people and achieved theoretical saturation and was available in a quantitative part. Instrument in in the qualitative section included texts relating to research concepts like Quran, Nahjolbalagheh and famous religious books and Avesta religious books and interviews with knowlegable people such as university professors of Quran sciences and the prophet's sayings, Islamic texts, Archeology, history, management, Avesta and Zoroastrian specialists and in quantitative section include all professors of Azad and state university of Fars province. Sampling was theoretical in qualitative section and purposeful (judgment) in quantitative section. Then, 184 questionnaires were collected and analyzed by using SPSS and LISREL softwares and descriptive statistics and Confirmatory factor analysis. Validity of the questionnaire was achieved by Cronbach's alpha which was 0. 866. Then, Research causal model was evaluated and fitness of the model was confirmed. Finally, the framework includes individual aspects (acting pious, meaning-seeking, work ethic), interpersonal (tolerance, self-esteem, social status, interact with subordinates, service) and Transpersonal (obedience to superiors, meritocracy, job commitment).

Abstract: 

The purpose of this study was to provide a model for promoting human resource productivity education in Islamic Azad University. In terms of purpose, it is an applied research method (qualitative and quantitative) of exploratory type. The statistical population of this research consists of 6585 employees of all Islamic Azad University units of Tehran province. Using cluster random sampling method, using the Cochran model's estimation formula, 373 people were selected and in the qualitative section 15 opinions were used. Finally, the questionnaire's research tool was compiled in 9 questions and based on the contents of exploratory interviews Data is collected step by step. And in the section of 80 questions in the Likert spectrum, a researcher constructed in three educational, behavioral and policy dimensions. The validity of the questionnaire was approved by the experts and the Cronbach's alpha coefficient was used to calculate the reliability of the questionnaire. To analyze the data in the qualitative section, the theoretical coding method is used. To analyze the quantitative data in this study, a confirmatory factor analysis was used to determine the validity of the tool and the path analysis and structural equation model for the model test. The results of the research show that the findings in the educational, policy and behavioral dimension affect the efficiency of education process in the University of Azad University. Therefore, considering the effect of these dimensions, a new model has been proposed on the efficiency of human resource education in Islamic Azad University.

Abstract: 

The purpose of this study was to develop a structural model for predicting academic achievement through parenting styles and epistemological beliefs in secondary school students (based on the Karagic-Morgan formula of 400 students in Tehran's districts) to participate in this research. Out of this, 200 female students and 200 male students responded to Bumerind's parenting styles questionnaire (BPSQ) and Shomer's epistemological beliefs (EQ) questionnaire. The research sample was selected randomly in a multi-stage cluster. The results of this study showed that parenting styles have a direct positive and significant effect on academic achievement. Autocratic parenting styles have a direct negative and significant effect on academic achievement. While negligent childbearing styles have a direct negative and insignificant effect on academic achievement. Abstract: 

This study aimed to provide model and prioritize the key factors of electronic learning success. The statistical population of this study was the students of the Faculty of Electronic Education of Shiraz University, which is equal to 715 people. In accordance with Morgan's table, the sample size was 250, which was determined by non-random sampling in Access Available. Using the binomial distribution technique, among the 21 key e-learning success factors that were derived from the research background, 4 indicators were eliminated and 17 indicators were selected. These 17 factors were based on exploratory factor analysis technique in five general categories: "System Quality, Teachers 'Competency and Educational Assistants, Content Effectiveness, Teachers' Interaction, Student Interaction, and Student Competency". Using the confirmatory factor analysis technique (Laser software), the fitting of the proposed model was confirmed. The results of prioritizing the key factors of electronic learning success, based on the hierarchical analysis process technique, showed that the quality of the program of the electronic learning system, the quality of the provided content, user-friendliness of the electronic learning system and the teacher's information literacy, the most important success factors Learning electronics.
