Abstract: 

This study has investigated the relationship between Hofsted’ s cultural dimensions with formation of the policy networks in Iran’ s entrepreneurship public education system. From the viewpoint of purpose, this study is developmental and practical that has been done through library and survey methods. Statistical population of this study includes the university’ s professors (or faculty members) and administrative experts of country’ s entrepreneurship public education system; as for the great size of statistical population and inaccessibility to its statistics, sample size (837 individuals) has been selected by multistage cluster sampling method. The needed data has been collected through Hofsted’ s cultural attitudes questionnaire, and researcher-made questionnaire of policy networks. Content validity of said questionnaires is 0/92 and 0/90 respectively and their reliability by Cronbach’ s alpha method is 0/848 and 0/825 respectively. Analyzing the data, has been done via descriptive and inferential statistics and SPSS software. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive and significant relationship between collectivism, low power distance, uncertainty avoidance and feminity cultural dimensions and formation of policy networks in Iran’ s entrepreneurship public education system.

Abstract: 

In the present competitive era, usage of appropriate leadership style is one of the factors that lead to achieve better organizational performance. The main goal of research is study of the effect of resonant leadership on organizational performance by the mediating role of team empowerment. The research method is descriptive-correlation survey. Statistical populations include managers and employees of Urmia Payame Noor University that sample size has estimated 210 individuals by using the stratified random sampling. Tools include 3 questionnaires such as resonant leadership, team empowerment, and organizational performance that their reliability and validities are appropriate. Reliabilities of tools were estimated at sequence 0. 91, 0. 87 and 0. 82. Data analysis is done by using structural equation modeling software LISREL with structural model by mediating of team empowerment. The fitness indices of fit were examined. The main results show that the team empowerment mediates relationship between resonant leadership and organizational performance. Finally the practical suggestions have been proposed in line of results.

Abstract: 

The purpose of this study was to students’ evaluation of the quality of academic postgraduate courses: Case Study of Shiraz University. The study population consisted of all final year postgraduate students of different educational groups at Shiraz University. 240 participants were selected using "Multistage cluster sampling” method. Research instruments consisted of Graduate Program Self-Assessment of quality questionnaire. The results showed that: 1) All of dimensions of Postgraduate courses quality was lower than the adequate level and dimensions including environment for learning, faculty concern for students, student satisfaction, and scholarly excellence were higher than the acceptable level of competence. Also dimensions: curriculum, available resources, departmental procedures, and resource accessibility were lower than the acceptable level of competence; also dimension of Teaching Quality was on the Moderate level. 2) There is a significant difference between the dimensions of Postgraduate courses quality. 3) From the perspective of students of different educational groups, there is a significant difference between the dimensions of Postgraduate courses quality. 4) From the perspective of male and female students, there isn’ t a significant difference between the dimensions of Postgraduate courses quality.

Abstract: 

The purpose of this research is to investigate the relationship between personality characteristics and psychological capital with vitality of teachers. Research method: Correlation and statistical sample of 202 teachers in the district of Shiraz were randomly selected using cluster sampling method. We used 3 questionnaires in this research, such as: luthan's psychological capital questionnaire (PCQ), NEO-FFI from five factors personalities questionnaire and vitality scale questionnaire (Ryan and Fredrick) and Statistical analysis software was used to analyze the data. The acquired results from pearson's correlation test showed that there was a significant negative relationship between neurotic and vitality, while other dimensions (such as extraversion, openness to experience, agreeableness, & conscientiousness) have significant positive correlation with vitality's measure. Also there was significant positive relationship between psychological capital dimensions, meanly self-efficacy, hope, resiliency, and optimism with vitality (p≤ 0/01). The result of regression test by enter method showed that between personality characteristics, vitality is predictable as significant positive while neurotic predicts vitality significant negatively and agreeableness is not significant as vitality predictor variable. Also self-efficacy and hope from psychological capital can predict vitality significant positive and, resiliency and optimism are not able to predict vitality at significant level at all.

Abstract: 

Aim This study aimed to standardize and design the questionnaire for assessing the effectiveness of electronic in-service training curriculum among managers. . Method The research method was correlation and statistical populations in this study are all managers in Shiraz between four areas; three areas randomly selected as the sample area and then based on census sampling, questionnaires were distributed among all state and private school managers (242) in this area. In this study, using the goals proposed by Mirkamali and the principles about other elements of electronic curriculum, such as electronic content Prata and Lopez (2005), materials and educational resources Naidu (2005), learning activities Holmes and Gardner (2006), teaching-learning strategies Garrison (2006), Evaluation of virtual curriculum Naidu (2005), a questionnaire was designed. To investigate data, exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis was performed. Findings In exploratory factor analysis of six major factors include: goals and objectives, content, learner activities, teaching-learning strategies (teaching), materials and educational resources, and evaluation can explain overall 57. 634 percent of the total variance measure of the effectiveness of training In-service managers. And one item is removed and the number of items of the questionnaire was reduced from 28 to 27Confirmatory factor analysis showed that the statements of the questionnaire of virtual in-service curriculum for training managers will be accepted. Conclusion Content and construct validity of inventory scale in virtual training curriculum for an educational manager is desirable. And it can be used for the evaluation of in-service training of educational administrators and managers.

Abstract: 

The purpose of this study is analyzing the relationship between electronic human resource management (e-HRM) and organizational innovation and talent management in Bojnourd Department of Education. This study was an applied and descriptive survey and the method was correlational. The statistical population of the study was 397 school principals of Bojnourd that in regard with the purpose of the study 196 of principals were selected through stratified random sampling. The data collection tools were questionnaire electronic human resource management، talent management and organizational innovation. The reliability of the questionnaire of this study by using Cronbach's alpha coefficient for all three questionnaires was respectively 0. 74، 0. 71 and 0. 68. Descriptive and inferential statistics such as Pearson correlation (correlation matrix table)، t-test، and hierarchical regression analysis were used to analyze the data. The results of the research findings for the main hypothesis showed that there is a significant relationship between electronic human resource management and talent management (0. 30) and organizational innovation (0. 41) (although it is weak but it is a significant relationship). Regression analysis also indicated that talent management (β =0. 34) and organizational innovation (β =0. 37) generally have the ability to predict electronic human resource management managers (about 28%). In other words، electronic human resource management (sample) is relatively good and principals (sample) had a weak organizational innovation.

Abstract: 

The Purpose Of This Study Was To Compare The Performance Of Students On The TIMSS 2011 And TIMSS 2015 To Be Monitored A Positive Or Negative Effect Resulting From Changes OF Curriculum. The Methodology Of The Study In Terms Of Goal Is An Applied And In Terms Of Data Collection Method Is Descriptive The Kind Of Causal-Comparative And Cross-Sectional. The Population Has Been The Schools Participating In TIMSS 2011 And 2015 And The sample of the schools of the city of Shiraz who participated in TIMSS 2011 and TIMSS 2015 again it was received. Thames 2011 Sampling Conducted In The Same Manner As Regular Stratified. Sampling Method WAS The Same Way Implemented In THE TIMSS 2011 THST Two Stage Stratified Cluster Sampling Technique Was Used. Data Collected In This Study Were The International Test TIMSS In YEAR 2011, THAT Was Created BY An International Association For The Evaluation Of Educational Achievement (IEA). The Test Because THAT Is The Global Standard Test Validity Of THAT Is Confirmed And Used From Method Cronbach's Alpha To Reliability Calculate And Was Estimated On About 30 Persons In The Study Population And Obtained The Coefficient 0. 85 That It Is The Mark Of Reliability. To Analyze The Data, Was Used From Independent T-Test And Multivariate Analysis Of Variance (MANOVA). The results showed that the average overall performance of students participating in TIMSS 2015 and 2011 a significant difference (p> 0/01) does not exist.

Abstract: 

The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of metacognitive strategies on self-directed learning and academic achievement in math and Persian literature first level high school students in the city of Shush. the population of puasi-experimental study included 2973 high school students in the city of Susa in the academic year of 1394-95. the participants of study were 60 of 7th grade students were selected by available sampling and then randomly were divided into experimental (n=30) and control (n=30) groups, respectively. In treatment period for experimental group, metacognitive strategies were taught in 10 sessions and each session was 60 minutes. Data were collected by SDL questionnaire (by Fisher, 2001)The reliability of the cronbach's alpha for the entire test. /91 was calculated, math and Persian literature pre-test's scores in first semester curriculum, math and Persian literature post-test's scores in second semester curriculum. The results were analyzed by descriptive statistics and analysis of covariance (ANCOVA). The results showed that significant difference was in self-directed learning and academic achievement in math and Persian literature between control and experimental group's then, metacognitive strategies have significant impact on self-directed learning and academic achievement in math and Persian literature. The effect of metacognitive strategies on variables rated respectively, self-directed learning (0. 73), the academic achievement in math (0. 57), Academic achievement Persian literature (0. 42). The results of analysis of covariance to assess more effectiveness metacognitive strategies on academic achievement in math Compared with academic achievement in Persian literature revealed that this effect is not statistically significant.

Abstract: 

The main goal of this study was to investigate the mediating role of organizational trust on the relationship between of perceived organizational support and organizational commitment in Islamic Azad university of Fars. The purpose of applied research and data collection method was descriptive correlational. The population consisted of all faculty members and staff of Islamic Azad University, Fars province that A sample of 385 subjects selected by random cluster sampling method. In order to collect information, a questionnaire of organizational commitment (Allen and Meyer, 1990), a questionnaire on perceived organizational support (Eisenberg, 1986) and a questionnaire on organizational trust (Athos and Gabarv, 1976) were used. Reliability using Cronbach's alpha for Organizational Commitment Questionnaire (0/83), a questionnaire on perceived organizational support (0/89) and a questionnaire on organizational trust (0/88) estimate and approved. To analyze the data, SPSS and PLS is used. The results obtained in this study indicate that perceived organizational support and organizational commitment and organizational trust had significant positive relationship. Also, organizational commitment and organizational trust had significant positive relationship and the role of trust as a mediator between perceived organizational support and organizational commitment were approved.

Abstract: 

The purpose of this study was to providing a model for developing philosophic-mindedness in primary school mathematics curriculum. This research was an applied research and its method was field study research. Population in this research included experts' works on philosophic-mindedness and primary school mathematics curriculum have been published in various print and electronic resources. The sample was purposely selected from among the resources available to the researcher. Data was collected by taking notes. After data was collected, they were studied, summarized and concluded. Finally, intended model was introduced. Findings showed that philosophic-mindedness consists of three components such as comprehension, penetration and flexibility that in order to develop students' philosophic-mindedness, each of four elements (objectives, content, teaching methods and evaluation) of primary school mathematics curriculum should be determined based on the dimensions of philosophic-mindedness. Accordingly, the characteristics of each of four elements of primary school mathematics curriculum were presented in the form of a model to develop students' philosophic-mindedness.

Abstract: 

This study aims to analysis appropriat components an qualifizing e-learning for present conceptual model. A mixed methodology comprising the documentary, analytical, descriptive survey, and heuristic methods was implemented. During the qualitative stage, the background and previous studies were examined and the open codes extraction and the data organization were conducted through a coding method. To assess the viability of the components, the delphi technique was used for extracting 3 categories, 17 criteria, and 160 statements. Subsequently, the conceptual model was proposed. In the quantitative stage, the selected statistical population comprised the faculty members of PNU. Using the Cochran method, 360 members of this statistical population were selected, and, upon ascertaining the content and face validity, the researcher’ s questionnaire was completed by the sample population members. The construct validity of the instrument described a Cronbach’ s alpha of 0. 769, thus establishing the reliability of the instrument. the evaluate proposed model via softwar PLS indicated 0/8338 Cronbach's alpha. The joint reliability variable of value (AVE) more and (CR) greater than 0. 7 and (AVE) is greater than 0. 5 is therefore acceptable validity and reliability. Fornell and Larkr divergent validity proves that is acceptable. Value (GOF) pattern is equal 0. 40, which indicates a good agreement as well as fitting was found to exist between the proposed model and the actual data.

Abstract: 

A teaching organization is the organization that all members are teaching and learning in it and teaching and learning is done regardless of the position of the people in that organization. The purpose of the present research was presentation teaching ّorganization model for Farhangian Universitiy. This research is an applied one and modeling and based on the analysis of results is a casual correlation. It was done by field study. Used instrument was self-made questionnaire that the superficial, content and structure validity was confirmed. Also its reliability was confirmed using of Cronbach alpha. Statistical society of the present research was all faculty members and the experts of Farhangian University. Statistical society was 3686 people. 418 people were selected using of partial and available sampling method from the statistical society. Cohen table was used to determine the sample size. The analysis of data was done using of descriptive statistics, inferential and structural equation modeling. The results show that the Fitness of teaching organization model for Farhangian University is proper and all the components of presented model are statistically significant.

Abstract: 

The aim of this study was to determine the effect of Re-engineering on organizational performance with the role of mediator of organizational learning. Research method was descriptive-correlation With an emphasis on structural equations. statistical population of the research consists of all staff of Tehran University (N=3237). Cochran formula was used to determine the sample size And 343 individuals were selected as the sample that Thier selection was done by proportional stratified method. Data collection based on the three questionnaire Re-engineering, organizational learning and organizational performance was performed which their Cronbach's alpha coefficient was Obtain respectively 0. 87, 0. 92 & 0. 887 and face and content validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by experts. Data analysis was performed using the SPSS and LISREL. The method results showed that Re-engineering on organizational learning and organizational performance has a positive and significant impact and Organizational learning has a positive and significant impact on organizational performance. As well as the role of mediator of organizational learning was confirmed in the relationship between the Re-engineering and organizational performance.

Abstract: 

The aim of this study was to evaluate the impact of organizational wisdom on creativity with the mediating role of organizational culture among Azad university faculty members of Tehran City. The method according to purpose was Practical, The method of data collection was Descriptive correlational, as well as the type of data was quantitative. The population consisted faculty members in Tehran Azad University that were selected 700 member by using Sample size calculation based on structural equation and cluster random sampling method as the sample size. All of them were full-time members. To collect the data, three standard questionnaire were used include organizational wisdom by Brown & Greene (2006), creativity by Torrence (1979) and organizational culture by Dennison (2000). After collecting the data, they were described through the mean, standard deviation, . . . by SPSS-21 software and data Statistical Inference was carried out through structural equation modeling with the help of LISREL-v8. 80 software. Questionnaires Technical characteristics were assessed including reliability, validity, convergent and divergent validity. Path coefficient and significant coefficients were used to examine the hypotheses. The results showed that the degree of appropriateness of proposed model was appropriate with regard to components research. Also the results of the study indicated that organizational wisdom has significant impact on creativity with the mediating role of organizational culture among Azad university faculty members. Also the study revealed that organizational wisdom has significant effects on creativity and organizational culture which means that by increasing the oreganizational wisdom, the creativity and organizational culture will be improved. Also the study indicated that the organizational culture has significant effects on creativity which shows that increasing the organizational culture will cause to increasing the creativities among employees.

Abstract: 

The overall purpose of this research is to present a model for creativity based on organizational culture and organizational justice among staff of the Education Department of Ajbshir city. The population of the study is all teachers of the first and second elementary schools and the secondary education of Ajbashir city is 550 people. The sample size was 226 people based on Cochran formula and selected by stratified random sampling. The data gathering tool consisted of three questionnaires: Randsip's Creativity Questionnaire (1979), Organizational Culture Questionnaire (2001), and Greenberg's Justice Justice Questionnaire (1987). After assessing validity and reliability, it was provided to the statistical sample. Descriptive and inferential statistics were used to analyze the statistical data. Thus, the effect of organizational culture and organizational justice on the creativity of the staff of the Education Department of Ajbshir city was used by Pearson correlation coefficient and regression test with SPss software. To provide a model for creativity, Amos software was used. Results show that justice Organizational and dimensions of distributive justice, procedural justice and the justice of interactions and organizational culture and the dimensions of entrepreneurial culture, participatory culture, mission culture and bureaucratic culture are effective on the creativity of education staff in Ajbashir city. Also, in a simultaneous effect between the dimensions of organizational culture, entrepreneurship culture and organizational justice dimensions, justice affects interpersonal relationships on the creativity of Ajbashir County Education Department staff. And the pattern presented for creativity based on organizational culture and organizational justice indicates that the model is fit and validated.
