Capital market growth and development, as an important part of each country’s economy, needs an efficient risk management system. Nowadays in business world, the importance of integrated risk management system for capital market developing is increasing so one of the main strength points among investors, either natural persons or legal entities, issuing right strategies for investment and economical affairs. These study treys to measure and explain risk management techniques and implement them in capital market in central insurance of I.R.I through questionnaire and survey among professionals. For data analyzing we used Kolmogorov–Smirnov test, Shapiro-Wilk test, and T test. The result s show that using of integral techniques in this system is an appropriate solution for optimum allocation of fund, allocatinal efficiency in capital market, choosing the accurate path for investment and optimum equilibrium between risk and return.

In today competitive market, served services by competitor companies become similar to each other day to day, and it is difficult to surprise customer with supplying fully new service in the long time; because the innovationist services are imitated by competitors fast and supply to the market. Thus, investment in the loyalty customer scope is very useful and profitable for service companies. Loyalty ends to profitability increase through income increase, cost decrease of gain new customers, decreasing in the customer sensitivity to the price, and decreasing in costs of customers familiarize with methods of doing things. In this survey, it is trying to study various attitudes about loyalty customer and to consider relationship between loyalty and some of effective factors on it. Then, it is considered how to faithful customers and supplying programs in this direction. It is used for considering literature, antecedents and backgrounds of the problem, library method and for gathering information about surveying subject, questionnaire among field methods. Based on data from this study, it is found that service quality satisfy customers effectively. In addition, satisfaction, trust and perceived switching cost make customers loyal. Bank has could supply customer satisfaction with serving acceptable services to customers. This satisfaction along with trust and switching cost factors has made customer loyalty.

Regarding to the type of its activity in the field of work, every business unit has a performance comes out from different ways which can be examined, evaluated and measured. One of the instruments for determining financial status companies used analysis is variously distributed financial. In fact financial realities owed something important in connection with operations and financial situation in a unit. Different factors are involved in the relationships with the rate of inflation in the economy of the country. Inflation as one of the indexes in the world is an important economic which has always been examined by many researchers. One of the aspects that are less examined in this index is the operation of financial markets and the development that is studied in this article. This paper tends to study this factor in various financial commercial to examine the effectiveness of the results. The population of this study is companies have been accepted in Tehran stock exchange during the years 1385 to 1390 which are being chosen to study. Date are collected and tested by using Excel and Eviews software. The results of the research indicate that there is a meaningful relationship between the test hypotheses, inflation and financial performance. So, it can be said that the rate of inflation on the financial performance has had many effects on companies and a country with high inflation/down could undesirable/ideal financial performance. In other words one of the factors outside the company which leads to weakness/strength of financial performance are okay is the rate of inflation.

In the today’s industrialized world, production is seen as a competitive weapon and manufacturing although the products should be of high quality, they stay on market for only a short time, and should be replaced with the products which are more compatible with the latest customers’ tastes and needs. Neglecting the customers’ needs and on-time delivery of the goods would be pricey for companies. The above conditions resulted in the fact that the information and the manufacturing information systems are of a very high value for the manufacturing organizations. The main objective of the present research is to analyze Barez Tires’ manufacturing information system and evaluating its effectiveness. To assess the indicators of relevance, accuracy, safety, economic feasibility, appropriate figure, and the ability of being usable in decision making, the researcher’s questionnaire was used. The population of the research includes all users of Barez Tires’ manufacturing information system. Because of the small number of population of the research the sampling method is census study. The research method is descriptive-survey. The results of the research suggest that upper intermediate level manufacturing information system is efficient and it was relatively able to attract the satisfaction of users.

In this research we have tried to use the technique of data envelopment analysis (DEA), and the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP), After a performance appraisal research and development (R&D) units related to manufacturing companies in Gilan province, ranking this unit to be addressed. In this study, after numerous surveys, thirteen units of the units manufacturing companies in Gilan province have been selected as Decision Making Units(DMU),then Attempted to determine input and output indicators affected with adaptation of duties assigned to this unit by the Ministry of Industry, Mining and Trade and by using the experts opinion. The input indicators of this research are the level of access, quality of manpower, financial aspects and outputs include process / technology / new product, the level of optimization, performance and customer research. Financial aspect with weigh the importance of 0.447 as the highest and most influential indicator and research performance as the lowest indicator was chosen. Then, with using the model of DEA (BCC output-oriented) to evaluate the performance efficiency of R&D units, 3 units resulted effective and 10 other units resulted ineffective. Anderson-Peterson(AP) model for ranking efficient units was used, The most Efficient R&D unit, R&D unit of Pars Shahab is recognized and R&D units of Ayhagstr c and Nika companies respectively ranked second and third among their other business units.

In this research the high failure rate and very high cost and time of deployment of enterprise resource planning systems and also Evaluation Studies are necessary preparations before deploying the system in order to identify weaknesses, Mckinsey 7S model (strategy, structure, systems, skills, management style, staff and shared values) for assessing organizational readiness for implementing an enterprise resource planning system is being used. Data were collected through a questionnaire distributed among a group of employees of 37-fold areas and company headquarters, who were randomly selected by cluster sampling from the entire staff. The reliability and validity of the model developed was tested using factor analysis and the analysis results indicate that the assessment of organizational readiness for enterprise resource planning (ERA) and 7S domains Mckinsey positive correlation there is a significant factor influencing skills to the maximum and minimum staff on preparations for the ERP implementation ones.

Increasing efficiency in government agencies in the development of basic is measured to achieve organizational excellence. Water Company is a public body entrusted with the task of preserving and protecting water resources, is also not an exception to this rule. This research is intended to explore ways to increase the productivity of the company can provide. Therefore, the regional water companies of its subsidiaries with 11 offices chosen to run efficient and inefficient indicators to assess the sessions interviews with managers and officials determined. The indicators include human resources, administration of the area, avoid overdraft appointed to control the number of licenses that are issued out to help them run efficient and inertia identification and at the end of the composition of the data envelopment analysis (DEA) Deming cycle and the overall model and design strategies for achieving the required performance in inefficient offices were provided.

In this study the dimensions of technological opportunism and its impact on the performance of an innovative Ceramic tile in Yazd province have been investigated. This study is descriptive and navigation and the kind of applications, and methods of data collection, the library is Athletics. Which to evaluate hypotheses and research objectives, managers and employees of Yazd ceramic tile factories, as members of the population were considered. A questionnaire was used to collect data, and the data were analyzed using structural equation modeling, and then all the hypotheses were tested. Based on a comprehensive survey of the literature, six hypotheses of this study were presented to three hypotheses about the impact of technological opportunism on the dimensions of performance, including revenues, profits and market value is. And three other hypotheses about the impact of marketing emphasis on the relationship between technological opportunism and performance indicators. According to the results of statistical analysis, hypotheses were examined, the relationship between the variables in all hypotheses were confirmed. With the difference, the magnitude and impact of independent variables on the dependent variable values are varied. This result indicates that technological opportunism, a stronger positive effect on performance criteria, such as corporate sales, profits and market value is.

Cost of quality (COQ) is an essential element of Total Quality Management (TQM) system. The accurate assessment of such cost of quality can materially affect the reliability of quality-oriented, results-based improvements. The prevention-appraisal-failure (PAF) model is the most widely used model for determining the cost of quality. Any attempt to assess the cost of quality should take the different cost of quality parameters into consideration. However, the PAF model does not take the uncertainty of COQ parameters into consideration. Moreover, the casual relationships among these parameters and environmental and qualitative factors are disregarded. The main objective of this paper is to incorporate PAF approach into Bayesian networks (BNs) and establish a probabilistic model for assessment of quality costs. BNs provide a framework for presenting inherent uncertainties and probabilistic inference among a set of variables. In this study, first, a qualitative model is developed to prioritizing PAF groups. Then, a quantitative framework is presented to numerical analysis of COQ parameters and important qualitative factors in selected PAF group. The capabilities of proposed approach are explained using data collected in chemical products manufacturing companies a case study.
