The article examines development of the concept of political. To our view, we can no longer use the concept of traditional politics regarding all political, social, economic and cultural relations. It is because, by socialization of politics, were confronting with power relations in all areas. The power which does not show itself in official institutions only. The article, by disclosing the impact of some influential subjective and objective developments on the concept of political concludes that, nowadays, there are no longer the official and governmental institutions regarded as the only power holders. However, by appearance of new subjects, all groups that had only a title or regarded as an association in the past, now, claim a portion of power in order to express their demands and to influence on their around.

The article examines improving methods of language enabling of political science students through communicative enabling. It answers first the question why students despite of taking several courses English language at university could not achieve language skills on reading, listening (comprehension), writing and conversation. In this regard, the main problems in the way of English language teaching to political science students of the Islamic Azad University and the ways out of them have been realized. The article shows that to improve enabling language of students requires to use communicative enabling approaches (hypothesis). To use communicative enabling approach means while teaching, it is necessary to emphasize on the grammatical, sociologic, discursive and proficiency aspects of English language knowledge of students.

India and Israel have some common characteristics such as parliamentary system and radical and moderate political parties. But, despite of these characteristics, Indian government did not show any tendency for establishing perfect relation with Israel for four decades and instead of it supported Palestine. However, vast changes in international arena at the beginning of 1990decade caused great charge in India and Israel. Soon after, diplomatic relations between the two countries improved and in1992, wide cooperation in different fields formed between them. But, the extension of relations between them does not mean that there is a unity strategy. Therefore, the article seeks to analyses the needs which made the relations between both countries continue.

Relations relating to subject and object are not taken place in void or are not neutral result of neutral thoughts. Therefore, the critique of the contemporary society is not only. Considered an epistemological critique, but also an epistemological commitment as well. In this regard, the article objective is indicating those entangled conditions which defend and support an especial kind relations between subject and object. By this description that to believe subject can achieve the totality of fact is the twin of fear of whatever which prepares and sustains the condition of ideological hegemony. Therefore, the negative dialectics, while showing such an entangled condition which is experienced in avoiding relativism of ideal conditions, puts forward the positive aspect.

The secure society is regarded on that never physical conflict takes place in it between its members, but they solve their conflicts by peaceful means. In contemporary world, the most important secure society is considered the secure society of Western Europe which has three principal institutions as follows: North Atlantic Treaty, European Union and the Organization of European Security and Cooperation. All secure societies define themselves so that devised society between “self” and “other” which create a sense of to be another. This links secure society theories to the constructionist views. Secure societies attempt to extend their borders beyond the region of main members and establish especial institutions to do this. In the secure Western Europe, the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) is pioneer of expansion. The article objective, by using historic and descriptive method, is to examine how the Western Europe Secure Society has extended through NATO institution.

The policies in accordance with globalization necessitate training people who have ability to perceive its frameworks. In this regard, the educational management, knowledge and application of theories and its executive policies are part of necessities to keep on pace with globalization in favour of every country’s development. However, there are some obstacles in the way of training people who can comply with globalization in the process of education.To eliminate these obstacles, it is necessary paying attention to policies such as participatory management and global relations management, and to avoid the traditional internalist management policy as well. This is what the present article follows to explain it.

In the process of realization of development matter, women enabling and activating are very important. Therefore, the fact that program making of a country how mach are concerned about this important matter, and by making all sided programs, particioate women in the process of development is very important. There is no doubt that women participation as a part of human force in a society has an accelerating role in the realization and accessing development and its regarded as a necessity for the Third World Countries towards achieving development within a short time. The article attempts to examine the sensitivity changes towards the gender category among Iran’s programing agents in the course of making development plans and their views to the role and status of women in development subject of the country since the Islamic Republic of Iran’s first economic, social and cultural plan until fifth one.

The main objective of this research is to explain how teaching of Constitutional Law course in Hormozgan Islamic Azad University could influence on students political participation after they passed the lesson. The reason is that the Islamic Republic of Iran’s Constitutional Law which was approved in1357 after Iran’s Revolution contains principles when are applied will ease the participation and lead to political development. Some of these principles are as follow: people’s sovereignty, individual and social freedoms, distribution and separation of power and etc. The conclusion reached by this investigation applying descriptive and empirical methods shows in short how teaching of the Constitutional Law Principles which are about political participation have led to increasing students political participation in Hormozgan Islamic Azad University.

This research tries to discuss the national security of Iran and especially the role of identities and norms in securing or threatening it, using the theory of Constructivism. To do this, we first describe constructivist approach to security and national security studies and then apply it to the Islamic Republic’s security environment to obtain a comprehensive understanding of Iran’s national security. Accordingly, the most important factors threatening the national security of the Islamic Republic of Iran include: Improper mutual perceptions, identities conflict, and lack of attention to non-military aspects of security, norms conflict, economic problems and isolation.
