This research carried out with the aim of studying the structural model of relationships of job stress and emotional exhaustion with deviant behaviors, organizational citizenship behaviors and creativity. Research statistical population was the employees of two industrial complexes, among them 275 employees were selected using random stratified sampling. Research instruments consisted of job stress questionnaire (Lambert et al, 2007), emotional exhaustion questionnaire (Maslach & Jackson, 1981), deviant behaviors questionnaire (Bennett and Robinson, 2000), organizational citizenship behaviors questionnaire (Bukhari & Ali, 2009) and creativity questionnaire (Tierney, et al, 1999). Data were analyzed using structure equation modeling (SEM). Results showed that; firstly, job stress increases emotional exhaustion, then emotional exhaustion increases deviant behaviors and decreases organizational citizenship behaviors and creativity. Results revealed that job stress with the mediating role of emotional exhaustion resulted in increase of deviant behaviors and decrease of organizational citizenship behaviors and creativity.

Present research is about finding out the relationship between emotional intelligence and time management with job stress among the workers of Bid Boland refinery. For this research 200 workers have been chosen randomly. Tools for the research consist of job stress questionnaire, emotional intelligence and time management. Regression results show that emotional intelligence and time management meaningfully approves job stress. These two variables approve the job stress variation by 75%. Also among the emotional intelligence matters, self-control, harmony and self-awareness and time management play meaningful roles in prediction of job stress.

This research was carried to Normalize and determine the validity and reliability of Cell-phone Over-use Scale (COS) in students. The sampling group consists of 782 students in Islamic Azad universities were chosen via stratified sampling method and Cell-phone Over-use Scale (Jenaro et al, 2007) was administrated to them. Cranach’s alpha coefficient for Cell-phone Over-use scale was 0.903. Test retest Reliability coefficient was significant r=0.71 sig=0.001 .also there is no significant difference between 2 halves (split- half validity). In addition, findings indicated that COS is a valid and reliable scale in survey studies.

The purpose of this study was to compare job stress, its components (time pressure, method of payment and performance appraisal, interaction with coworkers and machinery, job goals, physical conditions of workplace, occupational accidents, decision making, time schedule, working hours and stress times outside the working place) and occupational accidents in off shore and non-off shore employees in one of related companies to oil industries. Research method was a causal- comparative study and the statistical population included 1000, all male, from which 265 were selected using random selection method as sample of this study. The research questionnaire was a 46-question of Bell Cake (1995) job stress. Data were analyzed with use of independent sample t-test with F-Levine’s Test for Equality of Variances and Chi-square test. The analysis data showed that there is significance difference between having an accident group and non-having an accident group in the level of job stress (p≤0.05). Also, there is a significance difference between the frequency of accidents between off shore and non-off shore employees (p≤0.01). However, there is no significant difference in the level of job stress among off shore and non-off shore employees (p>0.05). Thus, this study shows the effect of job stress and offshore working conditions on the frequency of occupational accidents.

The aim of this survey is comparison between couple’s satisfaction level among couples who have passed pre-marriage training classes and who had not, in order to identify the effects of pre-marriage training not only on couple’s satisfaction level but also, on demographics variants. This survey was based on comparison-practical types. The statistical community in this survey was included two different couples groups who have participated in pre-marriage training classes and normal couples between the years 1384-1388, around the city of Isfahan. The sample was include of 30 couples who at least one of them has participated in pre-marriage training classes and The control group included 30 couple who had not attended pre-marriage training. This group was selected randomly. The utilized tools in this survey were the questionnaire forms of Enrich (2000) and demographic forms. For data analysis, we use ANOVA variance. The results show that pre-marriage training have had meaningful effects on couple’s satisfaction level in different aspects such as, solving struggle, economic satisfaction, leisure time, relationships and friendships, equal roles of men and women, religious correlation. Also, there was a meaningful relationship between the couple’s satisfaction level and background factors of educational and economical positions. Finally, according to these results, some offers have been declared for development of pre-marriage training classes and couple’s satisfaction levels.

The present study aimed at identifying the debilitating factors in conducting research of university faculty members. The population included all faculty members in humanities at all universities in Ahwaz. One hundred of them were selected as the sample based on the sample volume formula and stratified random sampling. The data collection instrument was a questionnaire which its content, concurrent validity and Cronbach’s alpha reliability were met after piloting it. Data were analyzed by SPSS for frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, factor analysis, t- test and one-way ANOVA. Results revealed that tack of research facilities, mismanagement and wrong research policies, problems to empower faculty members, limiting offices regulations, personal problems,  and social and economical issues were among  the debilitating factors that humanity faculty of Ahwaz University. However, there was no significant difference between several groups of faculty members based on gender, university degree, scientific position, the university where one works in.

The aim of study was to develop, validate ,and determine the factor structure of a questionnaire for assessing students stressors to pre-university. 288 studnts were chosen through multiple steps random sampling from 4 regions of Ahvaz and completed the questionnaire .Data were analyzed with Correlation design and through exploratory and factor analysis, principle  component analysis, Varimax rotation , and Cronbach`s alpha. principle component analysis reveale Pre-university Students Stressors Inventory (PSSI) consists of three  factors: general stressors of school ,family stressors, examination stressors. Cronbach`s and test-retest was satisfactory for all parts of questionnaire: general stressors ,family of stressors and examination of stressors. Pre-University Student Stressors Inventory (PSSI) could be used as a valid instrument for assessing stressors in pre-university students.

In order to study this case, among high school students in five districts of Tabriz, 384 were randomly selected. In order to collect data, personality neo-Short Form (NEO - FFI) and Young Internet addiction were to be used. The results of test showed that among five factors personality. There is a positive and significant relation between flexibility and mental Neuroticism with internet addiction and also there is a negative relation among being conscientious, pleasant and extroversion.The regression results also showed that there is no connection between mental Neuroticism, extroversion, and flexibility with the Internet Addiction.

The overall aim of this research is the detection of familiar, cultural and economical factors which are affected on stealing on behalf of women. The research is functional and describing-gauging method has been used. In order to collecting data the researcher maker questionnaire is used that contains 26 questions relating to their replies on the base of five degrees domain of Lickert. Reliability index of questionnaire is estimated on the base of Alfa Kranbakh index 0.94. The sample is contained 132 people (students, managers, professors, and personnel of Ardestan University) in educational year of 86-87 which is selected by classical random sampling in agreement with volume of research. Analysis of data is performed in two levels of descriptive and detective statistics via the software of SPSS16. Research is investigated two essential questions. The results conclude from surveys have shown that, from the opinion of repliers cultural factors (immigration, medias and watching behaviors) and economical factors (economical situation of family and shortage of fun equipments, sport and study sources) are affected on stealing of women. Also all of factors are compared in attention to the factors of gender, stability place (city & village) of that gender, job (professor, student and personnel) and marital situation. Results of comparisons show that between repliers ideas in familiar factor (sentimental relations of couples and familiar view in attend to their daughters) with notification to role factor, economical factor (economical situation of family) attending with role factors and residency place and cultural factor (immigration & medias) in attention to role factor and immigration index there is a meaningful difference in attention to residency place.
