Abstract

Present research is about finding out the relationship between EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE and TIME MANAGEMENT with JOB STRESS among the workers of Bid Boland refinery. For this research 200 workers have been chosen randomly. Tools for the research consist of JOB STRESS questionnaire, EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE and TIME MANAGEMENT. Regression results show that EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE and TIME MANAGEMENT meaningfully approves JOB STRESS. These two variables approve the JOB STRESS variation by 75%. Also among the EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE matters, self-control, harmony and self-awareness and TIME MANAGEMENT play meaningful roles in prediction of JOB STRESS.
