Abstract: 

The purpose of the present research was to develop a neural networks model to identify the relationship between social capital and customer satisfaction. For this purpose, the effective factors were investigated by reviewing the literature and the related concepts in social capital and customer satisfaction. The present research is based on information obtained from two different data sets. The first data set was built up from the responses of 100 managers of the companies' active in the field of automobile parts manufacturing industries in East Azarbaijan. This sample was chosen by Bartlett charts. For gathering information about SC and its dimensions, we used a questionnaire. The second data set resulted from the responses of customers to a questionnaire survey formulated according to five-point Likert scale items ranging from strongly disagree to strongly agree. The method of research is correlation. Spearman correlation coefficient and Artificial Neural Networks were used for data analysis. Multi-layer perceptron (MLP) neural networks with hyperbolic tangent function, trained by feed forward algorithm, were utilized to build the identification model. Testing the questions showed that there is a significant relation between social capital and customer satisfaction.

Abstract: 

The main purpose of this study is to investigate organizational citizenship behavior and organizational commitment among the staff of Fard Azarbaijan Company in Uromia. The organizational citizenship behavior has 7 general levels as follows: ((Sportsmanship, Helping behavior (Altruism, Peacemaking, Cheerleading, Courtesy), Civic Virtue, Conscientiousness, Obedience, Loyalty and Self-Development)). The organizational commitment also includes affective commitment, normative commitment, and continuance commitment. This study is a practical research, but the method is of correlation type. The information and data were gathered by distributing questionnaires about organizational citizenship behaviors and organizational commitment. To analyze the data, we used T test and Pearson correlation coefficient. All the processes of data analysis were done with SPSS-19 software. The results of the research show that there is a meaningful relation between the organizational citizenship behaviors and organizational commitment.

Abstract: 

Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) are nowadays considered as the beating heart of economy and the powerful arm of exports in different countries. That is why these enterprises are very important, and if they prosper and develop, there will be an increase in non-oil exports as well as in social welfare. The purpose of the present resarch is to study the organizational culture effective on small and medium enterprises, and to investigate the differences among the organizational culture indices within these enterprises. The statistical population includes all the managers of small and medium enterprises, from among whom the sample has been taken by using stratified random sampling. In order to collect data, a questionnaire was used, and its validity and reliability were confirmed by preliminary evaluation and the experts and professors' views. In the next stage, with the use of SPSS software, the mean score for each of the organizational culture indicators was calculated. The t test was used to evaluate the difference between the scores of organizational culture in small and medium enterprises. Ultimately, the relationship between the dimensions of organizational culture in small and medium enterprises was investigated.

Abstract: 

Intangible assets represent all assets that are not reflected in the balance sheet but are considered a source for creating value that leads to sustainable competitive advantages. In the modern economy, intellectual capital is described as an intellectual asset that can be used as a source for sustainable competitive advantage so much so that the leading organizations in modern economy are those that create value by relying on intellectual capital. On the other hand, universities face the same challenges, and increasing the performance of universities is one of the major goals of every country to achieve sustainable growth and development. In this study, we have applied fuzzy hierarchical analysis to the ranking of the effect of each intellectual capital component on the performance of universies. In the first step, a questionnaire consisting of 7 tables was set by 9 successful managers and top university researchers, and the hierarchical fuzzy analysis was carried out on the basis of Chang method. The results of fuzzy ranking indicate that the degree of the influence of intellectual capital components on the organizational performance is determined by the number and rank of the academic staff, relation with the market and industry, IT infrastructures, relation with government, staff, and physical infrastructures, respectively.

Abstract: 

This research was conducted with the aim of studying the structural model of relationships between abusive supervision, role overload, exhaustion and job alienation. For investigating this model, from among male employees of a factory, 168 persons were selected by using simple random sampling method. The instruments which were used in this research consisted of emotional exhaustion questionnaire (Maslach & Jackson, 1981), abusive supervision questionnaire (Tepper, 2000), work overload questionnaire (Rod et al, 2008), and job alienation questionnaire (Korman et al, 1981). The data were analyzed by using structure equation modeling. (SEM). On the basis of the structural model obtained from multilevel sequential relationships, there is a significant relation between abusive supervision, and work overload, between work overload and emotional exhaustion, and finally between emotional exhaustion and job alienation (P<0.01). A direct relation was also found in the final model between abusive supervision and work alienation.

Abstract: 

In the wisdom orientation era, building a learning organization as an effective plan to earn competitive advantage is a new approach that is observed frequently in management references. In these organizations two elements, human and knowledge, have a vital role. On these grounds, building or development of organizational learning process is the most important process, the process that causes the increase in employees' knowledge, their and organization's development and changing the organization to a dynamic and excellent system. Therefore, it is necessary to use the necessary tools for measuring organizational learning. Following this will be the necessary procedures for building or developing organizational learning. In this research Armstrong-Foley questionnaire has been used for measuring the organizational learning process with the goal of transferring Islamic Azad University, Ardabil Branch to a learning organization. The hypotheses have been planned in accordance with the four basic elements of the questionnaire. The statistical analysis of the hypotheses, based on the inferential tests X2 one dimension, T-test and Friedman, show that this university has begun the trend of transforming to a learning organization, but it encounters obstacles in the dimension of transforming learning to practice. Suggestions mostly have been presented for changing learning to practice.

Abstract: 

The main purpose of the present research is to measure the situation of excellent organizational climate factors and study its relationship with organizational learning in governmental organizations of west Azerbaijan province. For the research theoretical frame, Goleman's Theoy has been used as the studying basis of organizational climate and Gorge Huber's theory and model as the studying basis of organizational learning. The research theories consist of one primary and six secondary hypotheses. The research method is considered as descriptive-correlational type. The statistical population includes all the staff of governmental organizations of West Azerbaijan Province, totalling 51058 based on the statistics obtained from the province planning and management organization. The sample size was 380 obtained by using stratified random sampling method. The measuring instruments are two questionnaires, the reliability and validity of which have been already confirmed. The data Analysis was based on computerized software SPSS, Pearson correlation and Multivariate regression. Based on the analysis of the existing data, all the research hypotheses were confirmed.

Abstract: 

The industry of Dried Fruit Export is one of undeveloped industries regarding E-Commerce in Iran. This research is an attempt to investigate E-commerce admission obstacles in the industry of Dried Fruit Export of Iran and present its solutions. To achieve this purpose, we have identified the most important admission obstacles of E-commerce through reviewing the research literature and have classified them in the form of Tri-category (3C) Model in three co-structural, content and context dimensions as three research hypotheses. After distributing and collecting questionnaires among 61 randomly selected Dried Fruit Exporting companies of East Azerbaijan province and analyzing the data, all three dimensions of obstacles were supported and co-structural obstacles were recognized as the most important factors in the non-admission of E-commerce in the Industry of Dried Fruit Export. The government and related commercial organizations can consider the recommendations presented in this paper in order to help the private sector to implement E-commerce and remove the found obstacles for developing export.

Abstract: 

The purpose of this research is to review the relation between knowledge management subsystem in the learning organization and institutional intelligence and its components in Tabriz Petrochemistry. The research method is correlation-descriptive. The sample consists of 172 employees in occupational levels of expertise and master of Tabriz Petrochemistry, selected randomly. The research tools include Marquart knowledge management questionnaire with kronbach alpha coefficient of 0.901, Albercht institutional intelligence questionnaire with kronbach alpha coefficient of 0.968, and demographic characteristics questionnaire. The results of research showed that, based on Pearson correlation coefficient, in addition to the meaningful and positive relation between knowledge management subsystem and institutional intelligence (correlation coefficient 0.782 and p<0.01), there is a positive and meaningful relation between knowledge management subsystem and all institutional intelligence components. The correlation coefficients have been meaningful from 0.484 for strategic point of view to 0.727 for common fate at level P<0.01. Finally, the results of step by step regression analysis showed that among the components of institutional intelligence, the common fate, knowledge utilization, integration and agreement are able to predict significantly the knowledge management subsystem in the learning agency.
