Abstract: 

This study evaluates the fuzzy tree model to evaluate employee performance evaluation system and Selection evaluation system for the University of West Azarbaijan units has been done. The study staff units are the University of West Azarbaijan province.In this discourse, in order to prevent the effects of the unfavorable appraisal system in west Azerbaijan Branches of Islamic Azad University, it has been intended to present a model of fuzzy tree for investigating the methods of the performance appraisal of the employees. on the basis of this model, the right performance appraisal method for each sector will be chosen. First, the researcher recognize the effective factors in identifying the method of the performance appraisal, then by using these factors the performance appraisal of employees are investigated. In this case, the viewpoints of professors and the experts of human resources management are being used. By using the obtained knowledge from the experts of human resources management, knowledge base is created and by using knowledge base and algorithm3 ID and fuzzy sets, the model of fuzzy tree is offered. Then by distributing the questionnaire, the values of each variable (the effective factors in identifying the performance appraisal method) for each sector are identified. In the end, by using these obtained values, the priority of the methods of performance appraisal for each sector in identified. At the next step, by using the fuzzy multi-criterion decision making, the researcher identifies the priority of selecting the appraisal methods for each of these sectors on the basis of decision value.

Abstract: 

The main objective of the study is to investigate the relationship between the organizational culture and participative management in girls high-school in Tabriz.1387-88.To obtain the objective the study deals with and tests eight hypothesis. The method of the study was descriptive-correlation. The statistical population included 78 managers and 1599 teachers in girls high-school in fifth district of Tabriz. Using cochrans adjusted formula the sample size was 65 managers and 325 teachers. In order to collect the data two questionnaires, namely one standard (the Denison model) and a researcher made questionnaire were used. Both descriptive and inferential statistics were used.For data analysis Pearson s correlation and SPSS software was used.The results showed that there was significant relationship between involvement, integration, consistency and mission with participative management from managers and teachers view.

Abstract: 

The present study is conducted with an objective of determining the relation between mental healths and coping strategies in veterans with spinal cord injury in Tabriz city. This research is a correlation study. Statistical population of this research is all the 40 veterans of Tabriz with spinal cord injury. Data collection tools in this research are General Health Questionnaire (GHQ) Froms with 28 questions and Lazaius and Folkman Coping Startegeies Questionnaire. Data are acquired using SPSS version 19 software. For describing the findings frequency and percentages are used and for hypothesis tests pierson correlation coefficient is used.Frequency and percentage were used to explain the findings and the regression coefficient was used for testing hypothesis. Generally, the results of this research showed that the using of coping styles (excitation- oriented and problem-oriented) by the veterans with spinal cord injuries in the city of Tabriz cannot be predicted through variables such as mental health, physical disorders, stress and disorders in social functioning and we should look for factors other than the mentioned ones. But using this in excitement and problem-oriented styles can be predicted by the depression variable.

Abstract: 

The aim of this inquiry is to investigate the relation between the measure of Emotional intelligence and Hardiness of female teachers 90-91. 214 samples had been chosen between elementary, guidance, high school teachers in a proportional way. Data gathering tools were: Sheering Emotional intelligence questionnaire and kobassa Hardiness questionnaire.To investigate hypothesis, they use Pearson test and linear and multiple analysis of Regression. Investigating research hypothesis: among Emotional intelligence, motivating oneself, Self Awareness, Managing oneself, Social skills, with Alienation and among Emotional intelligence, Motivating oneself, Self Awareness, Managing oneself, Sympathy, Social skills with Challenge and among Emotional intelligence, Motivating oneself, Self Awareness, Managing oneself, Sympathy, Social skills with Commitment and at least among Emotional intelligence, Motivating oneself, Self Awareness, Managing oneself, Sympathy, Social skills with Hardiness there was a meaningful relation and also like Regression multiple equation for specify Hardiness, we found that sympathy with  b=0.241 and Self-Awareness with b=0.239 had the most proportion on the foretelling of under-survey Hardiness

Abstract: 

In spite of the growing popularity of the terms “organizational learning (OL)” and “learning organization (LO)”, the concept of organizational unlearning (OUL) has generally been neglected. OUL is different from organizational learning disability or organizational forgetting. OUL is the process of intentional discarding of ineffective and obsolete organizational beliefs, routines and procedures. The main purpose of this study which has an analytical and inferential approach is to review the literature of OUL concept including the nature, content, levels and dimensions of OUL. Furthermore, the process of OUL has been explained by new OUN models. At last, the conceptual relation between OUL and OL has been proposed as an integrated model. The article ends with some applied and research suggestions.

Abstract: 

This study aims to compare teaching methods based on active thinking (the Partnership method) and traditional teaching methods on the boy student’s learning level of social studies in five areas of Tabriz. This research uses a semi-empirical method with pretests and posttests and which is functional regarding the objective. The statistical population of this research is all the male middle-school students of the five areas of Tabriz with a number of 10655 students in the course between 2012 and 2013. The sampling was conducted using a multi-stage random cluster method. Therefore the statistical sample size of the research is the students of two social science classes of first grade middle-school and from each class, after balancing the subjects, first group with 30 students getting a traditional teaching method and the second group getting a participated (active) teaching method with a number of 32 students were considered. A total number of 62 students were treated with the methods and the allocation of these methods to each class was random. To assess the learning level of these groups an educational achievement test was taken. The suggestions of teachers and experts were used to determine the content validity of the questionnaire. Reliability criterion ratios of the pretest and posttest were equal to 82% and 87% and the questions of the tests were presented in a mnemonic and significant learning level. To analyze the statistical data in case of each one of the research assumptions the ANCOVA test (covariance analysis) was used for the difference determination and comparison and calculation of the pretest and posttest grades in control and test groups. The results of the obtained data from the pretest and posttests of the test and control groups were compared and analyzed. The results from the covariance analysis indicated that there is a significant difference between the general, deep and slight learning grades in two test and control groups. In other words, the participated teaching method influenced the general and deep learning level promotion of the students and that the participated method is more effective than the traditional teaching methods. From the results of this research it can be concluded that the propagation of the participated teaching method will highly influence the deep learning of the students during education.

Abstract: 

The purpose of this study is the comparative study between the type and amount of anger among male teens who are exposed in watching violenent films little and more.The methods used in present study is non-applied and it’s causal-comparative. Statistical populations under study include all male high school students in grade three in Meshkin Shahr and the sample group is 300 students grade three of that kind chosen multi - stage random. The answer to 2 questionnaire including writer_ made watching violent movies questionnaire, and Spill Berger anger (Staxi-2).The result comparison with independence T statistical showed there is a meaningful difference between the two male groups watching little and much of violent movies. Also two groups exposed to watching little violent movies with those watching a lot of shows there is a meaningful difference and state anger, trait anger. Anger control-in, anger control- out, anger. Whereas there is no meaningful differences the entire anger expression out, anger expression- in.

Abstract: 

The purpose of the present study was to investigate and compare the role of the locus of control on the mental health of the female adolescents of the addicted and no addicted families. 120 female adolescents participated in this study. Then the subjects were randomly placed in two groups each group consisted of60 adolescents. The required data collected through the role locus of control and, General Health Questionnaire (GHQ). The data were analyzed using statistical methods of T-Test, variance analysis and MANOVA shefe test. There was significant difference between mental health of female adolescents with internal and external locus of control (t: 2/84). There was significant defference between mental health of female adolescents of the addicted and nonaddicted families (t: 2/61). There was significant defference between mental health of female adolescents of the addicted and nonaddicted families with the locus of control (f: 4/86). Female adolescents of nonaddicted with internal locus of control had higher mental health. Female adolescents of addicted families with external locus of control and female adolescents of nonaddicted families with internal locus of control had maximum and minimum mental health. Therefore internal locus of control, the development and reinforcement of the internal locus of control is one of the suitable ways for prevention and reduction of the vulnerability.
