The aim of this inquiry is to investigate the relation between the measure of Emotional intelligence and Hardiness of female teachers 90-91. 214 samples had been chosen between elementary, guidance, high school teachers in a proportional way. Data gathering tools were: Sheering Emotional intelligence questionnaire and kobassa Hardiness questionnaire.To investigate hypothesis, they use Pearson test and linear and multiple analysis of Regression. Investigating research hypothesis: among Emotional intelligence, motivating oneself, Self Awareness, Managing oneself, Social skills, with Alienation and among Emotional intelligence, Motivating oneself, Self Awareness, Managing oneself, Sympathy, Social skills with Challenge and among Emotional intelligence, Motivating oneself, Self Awareness, Managing oneself, Sympathy, Social skills with Commitment and at least among Emotional intelligence, Motivating oneself, Self Awareness, Managing oneself, Sympathy, Social skills with Hardiness there was a meaningful relation and also like Regression multiple equation for specify Hardiness, we found that sympathy with b=0.241 and Self-Awareness with b=0.239 had the most proportion on the foretelling of under-survey Hardiness
