Introduction: For measure its job satisfaction of staffs, NAJA needs a valid and acceptable scale which its containing elements are in direction of organization developments goals, i.e. the elements in case of improving, result in organization developing to superior level. It is tried to design a scale, according to Model “European Foundation for Quality Management”, to measure the job satisfaction of Iranian police staffs.Method: NAJA staffs (2933 persons), who were chosen by stratified random sampling method from throughout of Iran, completed the scale.Reliability was reviewed by alpha coefficient and test retest and construct validity was reviewed by confirmative factor analysis.Results: The results of confirmative factors analysis showed that 45 item of scale, measure 15factors.These factors are named by considering theoretic basis of research and content of questions on factors which are as: 1- Career Development, 2-organization Communication, 3-Empowerment, 4- Equal opportunities, 5- Involvement, 6- Leadership, 7- Opportunity to learn and appraisal, 8- Recognition, 9- Target setting and appraisal, 10- Training and development, 11- facilities and services, 12- pay and job benefits, 13- Peer relationships, 14- The management of changes, 15- Work environment.Discussion: Reliability factors of scale by test-re-test method for all subscales determined between 0.61 to 0.84 and for whole of scale it was 0.73 & Reliability of factors were between 0.57 to 0.70 by internal consistency method of Cronbach Alpha Coefficient for all subscales and for whole of scale it was 0.91. According to results of this research, the scale was qualified to measure Iran Police Job Satisfaction.
