Abstract: 

Introduction: Today, Leisure activities are a problem for not only for Individuals and families but also for social organizations. Each organization, particularly military organizations have responsible for extension of health, welfare, vocational improvement and increasing organizational efficiency, Therefore must attention on employees leisure activities. The purpose of this study was to determine the quality of leisure activity spending among military personnel families and social – cultural vulnerabilities.Method: The method of Research was descriptive and correlation coefficients and the subjects were 1282 persons (personnel, his wife’s and children’s), Into 481 family. The subjects were selected by multi-stage cluster sampling methods from seven cities based on demographic factors. The data gathering tools were: leisure Activity Questioner and Cultural Vulnerability Questioner (Researchers made).Results: Results indicate that more of Leisure activity among Military employees was spend with vocational activities (56/7 percent); for theirs spouses were house hold (57/1 percent ); for children were being in house (59/5 percent ), TV and movie watching (36/7 percent ). Also, there were meaningful relationships between Leisure activity and cultural vulnerability (P £ 0/05).Discussion: More Leisure activities between Military employees are spent with vocational activities. They haven’t a constructive plan for Leisure activities for families. May be for this reason their spouses and children spend their times in house. Base on these findings, Military organization should educate there employees about planning for leisure activities and provide opportunities and possibilities for them.

Abstract: 

Introduction: In order to achieve the main goals and to be successful, the main aim of selection in grand organizations especially in military forces is to determine the essential characteristics. The present study aims to determine the personality characteristics and IQ in military employers. method: Subjects including 139 officers and 84 noncommissioned officers were selected from the main population in one of military center. Instruments consisted of Cattell 16 Factor Personality Questionnaire, The IQ Cattell Scale, the Evaluation of Job Performance, and a demographic Form. Data were analyzed by different statistical methods such as t test, one way  ANOVA  and correlation. Results: The results showed that adjustment with the environment, IQ more than average, high educational level, and military experiences had significant and positive associations with job succession. Discussion: The results revealed that three main factors including adjustment, creativity, and high IQ have associated with good job performance. Analyses by t test showed that the two groups of subjects had significant differences just in the creativity factor.

Abstract: 

Introduction: The tip of research, Assessment of job satisfaction and organizational Commitment Conditions in one of the university Staff’s and executing guidelines for upgrading and making better in this field is applied.Method: For assessing the scopes of Job Satisfaction and organizational commitment we have used the 267 question sheets. The statistic society is all employees of university, which is divided into four groups.Results: In result we have founded the below tips: A: staff’s Job Satisfaction average has founded as (3.22 from 5) which is carrying out more than middle satisfactions. So we have not a meaning full differ in related to job satisfaction with gender, age, education, member ship and resume. But there is one deep meaning full differs between job satisfaction and occupation. B: Average of staff’s organizational commitment scope has founded as (5.24 from 7) which shows the middle and more satisfactions. So we have not a meaning full differ in related to Organizational Commitment with gender, age, member ship and resume. But there is one deep meaning full differs between Organizational Commitment with education and occupation.Discussion: There is one deep meaning full differ between job satisfactions Organizational Commitment with occupation.

Abstract: 

Introduction: effective planning depends on needs assessment and determines preference, in this context research projects under the above two questions is to enforce, training and educational needs what are? These needs with what are those priorities? Method: this study descriptive and analytical, which a combination of techniques is used in the assessment. Tool is Questionnaire, is. Cluster sampling and sample 3500 people have been mobilized from the members. Validity and content validity of the questionnaire to determine the type of credit through the calculation of the 94 alpha Kerenbakh. Is calculated for the entire questionnaire. Data collected using statistical tests such as Friedman coefficient and Chi square and. Analysis has been.Results: The most important training and educational needs of mobilization in order of preference are: 1) Believe - cultural, 2) Defense - Security, 3) psychological, 4) scientific, 5) political insight, 6) Social 7) organization and management.Discussion: These findings can be concluded that managers in the field of education and training programs with giving priority to the educational needs of the concepts and knowledge transfer and creation of learner's has emphasized behavioral skills through various educational and training needs , beliefs and cultures are the first priority.

Abstract: 

Introduction: The family as the most important social institution has the main role in the reconstruction of societies and health guarantees. Today, many families only are under the supervision of a parent. An important part of the process of working with families, single parents, to determine the sources of social support networks available for this type of control families and households is" Mental Health" . Therefore, this study reviews the relationship between social support and mental health in Women- headed household whose are employed in the Sepah.Method: A total of 60 women heads of households employed in the Corps selected from seven provinces by purposeful sampling. perceived social support from family and friends (PSSFA & PSSFR) as a social support questionnaire - and general health questionnaire (GHQ-28) were applied. Data was analysis by Pearson statistical correlation.Results: results showed that the relationship between social support and mental health (total score) is significance (0.330-r = and 0.05 p £) .Also results indicated a significant relationship between family support and with two components depression scale (r =-0.504) and anxiety (r =-0.387 p £0.01), but results didn't indicate a significant relationship with Friend Support with the total score of mental health in the sample.Discussion: The more social protection of women- headed households is happened, they may have more likely better mental health. And also results showed Family Protection has the most important role in mental health of women headed of household.

Abstract: 

Introduction: Happiness is one of the most important human emotion, if emotion into six categories of anger, fear, disgust, surprise, distress and joy we share, emotional happiness is most essential that people are pursuing it. When we as a positive internal sense, the prevalence of joy in life vessels, leading to life is pleasant feeling. The joy of social influence variables as a predictive variable affects on other variables. In this article we evaluate the effect of these variables on the epic morale of Let's examine the Iranian people.Method: This study, using descriptive and correlational studies using a questionnaire made by the researcher that the reliability and validity have been confirmed to assess the relation between the Iranian societies we have desired. Population study of all persons over 15 years that Iranians were using stratified random sampling of the eleven provinces were selected and opinions.Results: The results showed that the vitality and vitality of the Iranian people in average (56.19 out of 100 grades) is between these variables and the epic morale of the people of significant positive correlation is equal to 0.34. Discussion: Results indicated that joy and vitality of its own, without associated hatred and other negative emotions, epic morale can give people increases. Because morale, creating type that is associated with vitality. Moreover, it causes a kind of vitality Sbshnakhty and endocrinal changes (changes in the endocrine glands) that will be ready for active people and defend their increases.

Abstract: 

Introduction: Patients who continue smoking after coronary artery bypass graft experience more risk . Smoking results in decrease in quality of life and increase depression furthermore of Somatic problem. Unfortunately 50 to 75 percent of patient continues smoking. Smoking cessation is the best way for preventing sudden death and investigating effective way is important, so we decide to evaluate this problem.Method: Level  and quality of smoking confirmed by DSM IV- TR. Patient who undergone CABG 2010 enrolled. Fagrshtrom smoking cessation questionnaires completed by patient before and one month after surgery. Patient randomized in two groups. First group used nicotine patch and second group were in control group. Nicotine patch administered in 3 doses 15 milligrams in first week, 10 milligram in 2nd week and 5 milligram for next 2 weeks.Results: Smoking cessation in nicotine group significantly were higher than control group after one month after trial. (35.71 percent versus 16.66 percent, P=0.001).Discussion: It seems nicotine replacement therapy is valuable way in short term especially in patient with non favorable clinical status. We see some weight gain in some patient and seem it be a valuable way by educating technique.
