Abstract

 Introduction: This research is done due to recognition the effects of job tension in the FUNCTION of human resource managers in one of the military forces and ways of confrontation with and reducing them in the view of these people.Method: The used method of research is survey typeand after, used established questionnaire from is used, (and reliability validity with) validation are selected (n=57) Cases as project equipment, after performance, from over the country census are from analyzed by the spss, collected data software.Results: The results has shown that human resource managers are exposed to job tensions, that make stress in them and they use which are often so effective in improving their, FUNCTION.Discussion: Human resource managers, for doing their managerial working duties in the frame of basic accountability (deciding, organizing, planning, leading and controlling), tolerate about these consequent stresses in the stressors have (in low or high level) view of managers negative effect on their FUNCTION which is reduced confronting ways by using.
