The armed forces of powerful countries have considerably paid attention to the military application of human sciences and attempt to progress in the field of military psychology.The first and the Second World War gave an opportunity for psychology to show its competencies.Military psychologists have dealt with providing special services in psychometric laboratory, training camp and wars. Special and professional questionnaires have been developed and used for Screening, classifying and Placement in military Forces this movement has been continued after world wary nind  In iran, like many countries, military psychology had a positive impact an military forces and it is hopped to actualize in future, more clearly, military psychology as a major has been commenced to accept student in both MSc and phD, military psychology association has been established and finally, the military psychology quarterly journal has been published.We should take this opportunity to provide logical and truthful services and respond to military needs.

Introduction: The present research attempts to assess the amount of religiosity influences on life satisfaction of a married group in Sepah Force. in this regard, some questions have been raised as follows: What is the relationship of religiosity with life satisfaction? Which dimensions of religiosity have stronger relation with life satisfaction?Method: This is a correlative method. The research statistical population includes a married group in Sepah force. Sampling method was used for 370 people as final sample.Achievements:  Whatever the religiosity increases, life satisfaction would be increased too. That is, religiosity has direct and positive relation with life satisfaction.While studying the influence amount of religiosity different dimensions and forms we noticed that there is a clear relation between each of these dimensions with life satisfaction. Although each of these 4 relative relations is meaningful and positive, however, there is a difference between these different dimensions or forms of religiosity and life satisfaction in terms of relation intensity coefficient.Results: The results show that three belief, conclusion and emotional dimensions have stronger relation with ones life satisfaction. This could be influenced by different factors. For instance, as the descriptive tables show, the people under the research have stronger religiosity in belief, conclusion and emotional dimensions.Since the satisfaction of guards (Pasdaran) life is high, these relations enjoy more intensity.

Introduction: In the military force, police station and gendarmeries are finger tip of Islamic republic of Iran disciplinary force (NAJA). Therefore, enabling of police station chiefs and gendarmeries commanders are in the agenda of NAJA. The previous studies have shown that psychological feature is one of the most important factors on enabling issue. The present research was implemented to determine the amount of psychological features influence (attitude, intelligence, excitement intelligence, creativity and personality) on enabling of police station chiefs and gendarmeries commanders.Method: After library study on enabling and psychological features ( and determining components), 352 people among station chiefs and gendarmeries commanders were selected from 13 provinces as research sample by using cluster sampling method. Data’s was collected by a teacher-made questionnaire.Results: 1- Psychological features with an average of 76 from scale of 100 degrees are effective on enabling of police station chiefs and gendarmeries commanders.2-Effect order of each psychological factors are: personality, attitude, intelligence, creativity, excitement intelligence .

Introduction: One of the factors influencing on psychological operation and confrontation methods is to be acquainted with psychological operation methods. The present research plan intends to bring an answer to this principal question of what are the most important psychological operation methods of enemies against Iran.Method: The descriptive research method is analytical. Research tools have assured a questionnaire of which the credit has been evaluated by content credit and Kerenbakh test. Statistical society includes the personnel of a military department. Selection of samples is done in the form of multi steps cluster. Sample volume is equal to n=1055. Among statistical tools, average, standard deviation, abundance, percentage and chi2  test have been used to compare qualitative and countable changeable.Achievements: Considering the studied sample, enemies’ psychological operation methods are applied respectively by cultural, economic, political, security and military actions.Results: Studying the psychological operation and confrontation method in the military forces is an important issue. Recognition of psychological operation techniques and confrontation method with it in cultural, economic, political and military fields is in the first priority. 

Record and Objective: The present research was implemented with an objective to study job tendencies among young children of Sepah personnel in organizational towns of Sepah in the city of Tehran.Method:855  girls and boys participated in this research. The age scope of them was Between 11 to 20 and their age average is equal to 15/27(SD=1/88). they were requested to complete the prepared questionnaire.Results: The results showed that medical and university jobs in groups based on age and girl and boys groups are in the first priority. The present research showed that parents and family members play the main role in job preparation and decision making of their children. The result of interest test showed that the subjected girls comparing to the boys groups are more interested in social jobs. About groups based on age it was cleared that age groups from 16 to 20 comparing to the age group from 13 to 15 are more interested in jobs requiring physical and muscular powers. Also, the age group from 13 to 15 is less interested in social jobs. Correlation analysis showed that an increase of the age will increase the interest of the tested people in physical jobs and jobs with power and flaunting features.Conclusion: Job selection is influenced by the realities of society and growth and sexuality changes.

Introduction: This research has been implemented to develop and evaluate the validity of the scale of staff maturity assessment. To do this, a questionnaire was provided to asses the maturity and its face and content validity were reviewed through views of 30 specialists. Items, which confirmed by more than %75 specialists, were selected as appropriate items.Method: The prepared questionnaire was eonducted among 37 staff of Tarbiat  Moallem University as a pre-test and the coefficient was while some items deleted from the questionnaires %84. The final questionnaire was used on a sample of 248 members who had been selected randomly and classification method and its final reliability coefficient was again reliability %84.Results: Factor analysis showed that %60 of maturity points variance. The results of VARIMAX rotation summarized maturity indexes in four fields including psychological, mental, social and working maturities. The questionnaire may be used to measure staff maturity in research, employment and management.

Researchers have concluded on human abilities during the recent decades that beside two general intelligence (IQ) and excitement intelligence (EQ), there is another aspect of intelligence which is completely limited to human. In fact, it is said that IQ and EQ are not accountable for everything and not really effective. However, human needs a third factor, which is called spiritual intelligence (SQ). Accepting multi intelligences and existence of different approaches on this matter, it seems that not only the common fields but also spiritual intelligence being unique could be explained briefly comparing to other types of intelligences and its abilities. Spiritual intelligence could be openly recognized from other intelligences by some inherent abilities, features such as ability for spiritual state, metaphorical mental process, and create a general viewpoint to life experiences.

Introduction: Family members of PTSD are more likely to hurt due to their constant contact with PTSD patient. The present research intends to recognize the secondary PTSD and marriage satisfaction among the wives of PTSD in order to provde an answer to the question that how much the PTSD signs have effects on secondary PTSD and marriage satisfaction of their wives.Method: The research has been completed by measuring method   and the samples were randomly selected. Among families whose their husbands suffered from PTSD and referred to Tehran Health Centers, 100 families (200 spouses) were requested with a questionnaire (marital satisfaction, MCCP, PCL and personal information.Results: Results showed secondary PTSD as with PTSD symptoms. In contrast, the level of marital satisfaction showed a negative and significant correlation with PTSD symptoms. These results also repeated for wives satisfaction of PTSD patients.Conclusion: when the trauma symptoms p… for a longtime, it may cause serious impact including family members which needs to help them in a set of a therapy… programs.
