In this study, country’s science network, which is a new phenomenon in science production in scientific and research centers, is evaluated by indicators of knowledge expansion. Considering the indicators science production, collecting producing & organizing, access to information sources, and source sharing are respectively influential items on applying country’s science network in knowledge expansion among scientific and research centers. On the whole, with the average of 4.09, these centers evaluate application of country’s science network on knowledge expansion as positive.

The broad financial research and unusual phenomena and exceptions in the stock market and investment decision making that common models in modern investment theories failed to represent them, was caused researchers is led to behavioral theories.Technical analyses as a method to analyze stock which was arised by Dow pays attention to the trend of prices to decision making and investing and has offered a key and practical solution to evaluation and to gain returns in short term, however for a weakness in scientific base, it doesn’t have an academic fundament. In the late past decade the new branch of finance that is a composition of psychological and social theories with finance theories has been born and could be a new base for the technical analyses. In this paper some behavioral finance theories which is related to assumptions of the technical analyses, like Prospect Theory, Accessibility, Salience Loss Aversion and Regret theory, is suggested and analyzed and on this base, the paper present a behavioral modeling framework which examines the existence of unusual noisy investors in Tehran Exchange Stock. The existence such a noise in the market is caused that behavioral modeling would be proper case to analyze stock and to predict the trend of market prices. The results show evidence from existence of predictable trends related to behavioral finance in Tehran Exchange Stock that can prove the appropriate prediction behavioral models in the market and presents a sound defensible base to technical analyses in Iranian stock market.

The existence of organization, expansion and changing are specialties of mankind culture and civilization. In present era that effect of organization and communication technologies are so much in efficiency and function of organizations. So subjects like review in organization structure and human resources management are important. In other words, organizations are changing and IT revolution effected on planning, organizing, leading, staffing and human resources managing. This research examines the effect of IT in changing organization structure, till present a model for facility in this changing. In addition of determining appropriate technologies, challenging, desired human resources management in form of models.

The purpose of the present research was to investigate the relationship between the degree of the use of Information Technology and Communication (ICT) and the productivity in Education in order to present an appropriate pattern for scientific development. The statistical population of the study consisted of all the managers of Tehran high schools run by the government out of which 142 managers and 426 teachers were randomly selected. In other words, following a multi-step random selection, from each high school, the manager and three teachers formed the research sample. The research tools consisted of two researcher-made questionnaires related to the use of information technology and communication (17 items) and productivity assessment based on the ACHIEVE Hersey and Goldsmith’s pattern (33 items). The results of applying the linear multi-variable regression showed that: 1) There is a significant relationship between the degree of the use ICT by managers and the productivity, 2) The maths pattern of productivity based on the degree of the use of ICT by the managers is as follows: Productivity=The degree of the use of ICT × 0.53+ (33.214).

In recent decades the need of human being to growth and development has resulted into governing of competition culture on economic, political and social situations and in turn, this has caused to special attention to creating and innovation, as it has become the inseparable part of the direction of societies and in lower levels, in organizational environments. So, social scientists, unlike (contrary to) economists thoughts, believes that the reason of going down the economic growth occurs not only due to shortage of capital and financial sources but also by lacking of creativity and innovation that shadows on organizations in some societies.Innovation and creativity are not two synonym concepts, creativity is a thought and idea, where as innovation exploits that idea or thoughts.Organization are the fundamental/basic element affect economical and social procedures of societies and also are important areas in emerging creativities and innovations is a procedure challenges the current situation and its maintenance and protection by new thinking and looking at the content of procedures and changing in three elements technology, environment and organization.Innovation is definable and applicable in various areas such as development in production and distribution procedure, management methods, style of doing tasks organizational relations and in general, in all human activities.

To attention to necessary entrepreneurship in nation and important roll entrepreneurs for one of the bases entrepreneurship improvement, identify personality traits entrepreneurs with cause identify that people have entrepreneurship capacity, weak of that particularly and educate require of skills of entrepreneurship with that and inclusion preparing for improvement quickly, country of economic is very important. The goal of this project is recognizing the personality traits of successful entrepreneurs nominated by "Esfahan mining and Industry Organization". This goal by factors of varity like extroversion, agreeableness, conscientiousness, neuroticism, openness to experience, use for question of project. Statistical society this project were for all of the successful entrepreneurs nominated by "Esfahan mining and Industry Organization" in 1382 until 1387 years.In this project way of search was measurement-describe and for date of collection use with standards of surveys Neo. Analysis of data show that personality traits, openness to experience, conscientiousness, extroversion and agreeableness have in successful entrepreneurs nominated by "Esfahan mining and Industry Organization".

In modern world, research, development and innovation are considered as the improvement of economical function and social welfare key. If governments tend to benefit from above approach, besides applying proper and tested strategy, they must also eliminate the existing restrictions in allocation of resources to conductor Factors in innovation process. In this field, the present paper introduced the different forms of governments supporting from research and development and ranked the supporting methods from research and development in 25 industrial and newly industrialized countries by analyzing and evaluation of results and effects from above supportings on research and development index.Also, it indicates the most effect of research and development supporting policies on R & D index in analyzing process.

Achievement and localization the technology as a winner lever & competitive advantage enable organizations to struggle for permanence their situation in global competition. To know the proper canal of transfer and localization of improved technology plays the main role for the manager of technology as "leader of competitive constitution". since Islamic Azad University in the private part, as a constitution with goal of educating manpower, expansion the sciences boundaries and hence specialized services to society, is in the intense emporium competition, it is logic to propound this important subject: This constitution proportionate with its missions, what should be its role in the process of technologies transfer that technical knowledge and technology in the cycle of university, industry & society run more effective and be employed in direction of eliminate the requirements.The necessity of answering to this important subject put the destination of work team of university to accomplish the research project & this article reflects its results. This study have determinate the role of Islamic Azad University in transition of technology, to help the university & industrial societies in encountering with challenge of choice a method for technology transition in its executive& academic case and limpid the vital dimensions of challenge, give a model for drawing the effectiveness of university in the technology transition. Explaining the turn of executive work & hence making the decision software for facilitation in selecting method, is one of other destinations of this team.
