Abstract: 

In this study, the data theory theory approach has been used to develop the model. In the present study, interview tools were used to collect information. The sampling method is targeted to the point of saturation. In this study, from the interview of the 11th person, the data were repeated and no new concept was identified, so the adequacy of sampling was established. That is, in the interview stage, in order to be aware of the opinion of the experts in the subject, 10 experts were interviewed. After compiling the conceptual model of the research, the Delphi process was performed in 3 rounds with the participation of 10 experts who had executive or managerial background and sufficient knowledge and awareness in this field. By classifying the concepts and using the axial coding method, the categories that shape the appropriateness of technical and vocational training with the needs of the labor market and the relationships between them emerged in the form of a paradigm model that includes 8 components and 70 indicators were identified and finally approved by experts. The main components include causal conditions (1-technology and technology 2-human resources), interventionist conditions (3-skills training), central phenomenon (4-entrepreneurial attitude), contextual conditions (5-job training), interactions (6-entrepreneurial behaviors 7) Job opportunities and job opportunities in the labor market (outcome) (8-Career path in the labor market) were identified.

Abstract: 

Today, the importance of "soft skills" and their role in the people's jobs success is highly emphasized. The recent experience of the Corona pandemic and the emergence of the need for these skills such as "self-management", "adaptability and flexibility", "positive attitude", and other soft skills of employees have increased organizations' attention to training and developing such skills. Unfortunately, there is no single classification for soft skills in the theoretical literature and have been employed personal tastes in choosing title for soft skills components and how to categorized and numbered them. Therefore, this ambiguity in what are the soft skills has caused confusion and ambiguity among managers and HR professionals, especially when recruiting and developing employees. Accordingly, the present study uses a systematic review method to accurately define and identify the components of human resources soft skills. To do this, a targeted search has conducted in Persian and English databases including "Scopus", "Science direct", "Eric", "ProQuest", "SID", "Magiran", "Noormagz", between 2008 and 2020, using the keyword "Soft skills". Finally, based on a review of 48 selected studies, "soft skills" consist of twenty components are classified into two categories of personal and social soft skills as a subset of "general skills", not synonyms with them.

Abstract: 

This study has Presenting a model for Business space with visual merchandising approach in start-up businesses. This research is applied in terms of purpose, exploratory in terms of nature and qualitative in terms of data collection method and with Grounded Theory method. In the first stage, using theoretical foundations, research background and semi-structured interviews, concepts were extracted. In the interview phase, a participating team consisting of academic experts and managers of start-ups who were selected by snowball sampling method using targeted snowball sampling. The data collection process continued until the researcher reached the point of theoretical saturation in the 17th interview and the concepts related to the phenomenon in question were repeated by different interviewees and no new material was added. Then, the validity and reliability of the research findings were examined. The results showed that dynamic environmental space factors, emotional quality, physical quality of business space and visual quality are among the causal factors. Environmental responsiveness and mental perceptual quality are underlying factors. The level of over-excitement, the type of digital business, and the governing mechanisms are among the intervening factors. Bold investing in visual commerce and hiring a visual designer are business space strategies with a visual commerce approach in start-up businesses. The result of business development will be the promotion of customer satisfaction and optimal business management. Therefore, it is suggested to connect visual elements in the business environment and create visual memories in the minds through symbols.

Abstract: 

The aim of this study is to investigate the effect of psychological capital on the quality of services provided to customers in Lorestan TVTO Managers and Experts. In terms of the purpose, this research is an applied research and in terms of the gathering information is a descriptive research. Statistical Society in this research is Managers and Experts in Lorestan TVTO which is composed of 220 people. In this study to select the sample was used stratified random sampling. The number of sample that is obtained through Cochran's formula is 140 persons. In order to measure psychological capital used the Luthans questionnaire which consists of four dimensions Self-efficacy, Resiliency, Optimism, hope and In order to measure on the quality of services provided to customers used the Servqual questionnaire. To measure the Reliability of the questionnaires was used the Cronbach's alpha that which for psychological capital questionnaire is 0/815 and for the quality of services provided to customersquestionnaire is 0/715 and indicates that the questionnaires have good reliability. In order to ensure the validity used the standardized questionnaires. For data analysis used the SPSS software and to investigate the hypothesis used to a combination of T-test and correlation and regression analysis. The results show that Optimism greatest impact on the quality of service provided to customers with Beta 0/315 and resiliency, hope and Self-efficacy next priority will be given to the beta 0/304, 0/207, 0/159. and general psychological capital is affect on the quality of services provided to customers.

Abstract: 

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of employees' job performance on information technology with the role of the interface between two innovators and innovators in technical and vocational schools of Bojnourd. This research was applied in terms of its purpose and in terms of its implementation method was correlation. The statistical population of this research is all the staff and professors of the colleges of Bojnourd in two centers of girls and boys, numbering 250 people. The sampling method was stratified random sampling method and the sample size was considered to be 148 people based on Cochran formula. The data gathering tool was a standard information technology questionnaire, a standard questionnaire of job performance, and innovation and innovation questionnaire. After confirmation of validity, the reliability of each questionnaire was 0. 75, 0. 76 and 0. 84, respectively. Data analysis was performed using structural equation method with AMOS software. The findings show that there is a relationship between information technology and innovation and innovation, and there is a relationship between innovation and innovation with employees' job performance. Also, there is a relationship between information technology and job performance of employees with the intermediate role of innovation and innovation in technical and vocational schools of Bojnourd.

Abstract: 

The purpose of this study is strategic planning of skill courses for students and university graduates with a case study in the field of technical and vocational education in Semnan city based on a comprehensive strategy formulation framework using SWOT analysis model and decision making based on QSPM model. It is. The present study is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-analytical in terms of method. In this study, information was collected through a questionnaire from 24 people as experts. After the meetings and benefiting from the help and opinion of experts, the necessary answers were prepared and included in the strategic statements of the organization. Strategic using SWOT matrix analysis method, strengths and weaknesses (within the organization) and opportunities and threats (outside the organization) were evaluated, then ranked in terms of importance and priority, and finally with the QSPM method, the best strategies were introduced. Turned. The results showed that three organizational strategies, including the strategy of reviewing skills training standards to improve applied skills training and the strategy of partnering with universities and educational institutions in implementing skills courses to satisfy vocational training providers and increase the level of skills in Society and the shift of universities towards skill-based education with the aim of producing science and technology through basic, applied and developmental research is important.
