Abstract: 

Background: The goal of any learning activity is to create learning. Learning is an activity that is created by the learner to lead to a change in her.Objective: To investigate the relationship between learning styles and creativity and academic achievement of students. Master degree in Department of Education, Psychology and Social sciences, Rooden Department.Methodology: This is a descriptive-correlational study in terms of purpose, applied and descriptive. The statistical population includes all the students of the Department of Educational Sciences, Psychology and Social Sciences of the Department of Education, including 1, 200 students studying in the academic year 1995-96.291 subjects were selected by stratified random sampling method. In descriptive statistics section, frequency distribution, percentage, average, mean, fashion, standard deviation, coefficient of inclination and elongation were used in the descriptive statistics and in the inferential statistics section by Smirnov test-Kulkomogrov, Parametric tests including multiple linear regression test and Pearson correlation coefficient were analyzed by SPSS software.Results: According to the data, it can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between the learning styles and the creativity and academic achievement of senior students of the Islamic Azad University of Roodehen Branch.Conclusion: The result of data analysis showed that students' viewpoints increase the use of learning styles, creativity and academic achievement of students. In addition, by increasing the use of divergent learning style, convergent, absorbing and adapting to the creativity and academic achievement of students, it also increases.

Abstract: 

Objective: the main objective of the present study was to investigate the impact of playing with English alphabet on students’ participatory creativity.Methodology: this research was a semi-experimental study with a pretest-posttest design and a control group. The population consisted of all students of Kermanshah Payam-e-Noor University who were passing their specialized English course. Using convenience sampling method, 60 students were selected out of the whole population. Then, the selected students were randomly divided into two groups of experimental and control. Using educational games and routine procedures, students in the experimental group were trained for one semester. The data were collected by the Abedi Test of Creativity (ATC), whose validity and reliability had already been confirmed.The SPSS software was used to statistically analyze the collected data and multivariate analysis of variance (MANOVA) was conductedto test the study’s hypotheses.Results: the results showed statistically significant differences between average scores obtained by the two groups in subskills of Fluency (F=16.015), Elaboration (F=4.576), Originality (F=5.265) and Flexibility (F=6.155), indicating that the used educational games had significant impacts on the mentioned subskills of creativity.Conclusion: according to the results of this study, playing with English alphabet positively affects creativity and learning of university students.In other words, students can be expected to be more creative when playing such educational games.

Abstract: 

Purpose: The purpose of the present study was to investigate the effects of creative problem solving (CPS) process training on creativity and innovation of employees of Iranian Gas Transition Company –District 4.The instruction of CPS process (using 12 creativity techniques in two phases of creative and critical thinking) as the independent variable and creativity and its components (fluency, originality, flexibility, elaboration) and innovation and its components (knowing, planning and creating styles) as dependent variables.Method: The present study was a field experimental design with pretest and posttest. The instruments of this study include Abedi's Creativity and Cools and Van Den Brook's Cognitive Style questionnaires. The sample consisted of 40 employees of Iranian Gas Transition Company –District 4 which were randomly assigned in two experimental and control groups by simple sampling method. Both participants answered the creativity and innovation questionnaires. Afterwards, the experimental group was treated with CPS process, but the control group didn' t receive any training. After the intervention, posttests were taken immediately from both experimental and control groups.Findings: The results of MANCOVA analyses showed that CPS process training caused significant improvement in employees’ creativity as well as innovation and their components.Conclusion: It is concluded that training of creative problem solving is useful to increase creativity and innovation of employees.

Abstract: 

Background: Creativity is the driving force of modern civilization and the respond to the issues and problems that are associated with rapid technological change and social education. Therefore, developing creativity is a top priority for the world's educational systems.Objective: This paper is an attempt to implicate Gilles Deleuze’s idea of the rhizome with a view to using it in improving the educational system in Iran.Method: To answer the first question of research (the main concepts of Deleuze’s rhizomatic thought), the method of conceptual analysis (conceptualization) and to answer the second question (the implications of Gilles Deleuze's rhizomatic thought, to improve the creativity of the educational system of Iran), the method of deducing research have been used.Findings In Gilles Deleuze's thought, education must always be active, achievable, and multiplied. Based on such an idea, educational components such as teaching methods, teacher and student roles, curriculum, etc. will have Impressive changes with traditional education. One of the most important implications of Gilles Deleuze's rhizomatic thought in improving the creativity of Iran's educational system can be the development of horizontal and creative thinking in schools, training problem-centered student education, the provision of innovative learning models in learning-learning processes, planetary and nonlinear curriculum, and creative teacher have been discussed.Conclusion: Deleuze’s model of the rhizome can be used as a fruitful and fruitful model for innovation and creativity in Iran's educational system, since this model focuses on all creative and innovative activities that are always flexible and fluid, and necessarily focused on purposeful, Planned and structurally elusive.

Abstract: 

Background: An individual’s creativity, potentials, and abilities are manifested in his thoughts, ideas, writings, behaviors, and actions and are among the fundamental requirements for today’s complicated, swift modern life. Creativity is one of the characteristics that can ideally be developed and nurtured during an individual’s early years of life.Undoubtedly, part of the educational system’s inefficiency is due to its failure to pay adequate attention to creativity. All educational systems should provide children with considerable opportunities to develop their creativity.Objective: The present study aimed at investigating the effects of life skills education through storytelling on creativity among primary schoolchildren.Methodology: The study was based on the pre-test post-test experimental design with a control group. The research population consisted of all third-grade female students attending primary schools in the City of Qazvin in 2012-2013 school year. Multi-stage sampling was used to select the sample. The sample was subsequently divided into two groups, i.e., control group and experimental group. Next, the experimental group received training in six 30-45-minute sessions. The Torrance Test of Creative Thinking (TTCT) (Form B) was used as the data collection tool both before and after introducing the independent variable into the experimental group. The collected data were analyzed through ANCOVA (analysis of covariance) test.Findings: The findings showed that there was a significant different between the samples belonging to control and experimental groups (p< 0.05). This significant difference was observed in three components of creativity, namely, fluency, flexibility, and originality.Conclusion: The results indicated that life skills education through storytelling promotes creativity among primary schoolchildren.

Abstract: 

Background: Nowadays, the creativity has been dedicated special place in psychology. One of the most important programs in developing the country in terms of various aspects is further developing and growing the creativity in children.Objective: Regarding the importance of the educative dimension of creativity and the family role in actualizing the various aspects of development, the major objective of this study is to investigate the relationship between the emotional environment of family and the creativity among elementary schoolgirls in grade 5.Method: The statistical universe is comprised of schoolgirls in grade 5 in elementary schools of district 1 and their parents in Isfahan city. The statistical sample consists of 220 elementary schoolgirls in grade 5 and their parents, selected by multistage cluster sampling method. The measure tool is the questionnaire of upbringing style and Torrance creativity test.The data was analyzed at both descriptive and deductive levels.Results: The results showed that there is no relationship between the emotional environment of family and the creativity at p≤0.05. There is no relationship between the imperial upbringing method and the creativity at p≤0.05. There is a reverse relationship between the lenient and dictatorial methods of upbringing and the creativity at p≤0.05.Conclusions: The best parenting style is authoritative style is. Parents in this style are hard in training and moderate in control. Their expectations are assertive and their behavior is deliberate, reasoned which proportionate and reasonable limits for their children's are implemented. Children of these parents are energetic, competent, reliable and independent, etc.

Abstract: 

Objective: In this study, mathematical concepts taught in pre-school centers in Isfahan And the innovative teaching and evaluating methods was conducted.Methods: This is a descriptive-analytic study. In this work, after studing preschool math books, entrance mathematical exam papers, relevant articles and the mathematical concepts taught in the leading countries, three questionnaires related to mathematical concepts required in pre-school, various teaching and evaluation methods were developed and their reliability and validity were assessed. Then using the random cluster sampling method, 70 preschool were selected in two different educational regions and the three questionnaires were distributed among thair teachers. To analyze the data, one sample t- test, ANOVA and chi-square test were used.Results: The results showed that the essential concepts such as rowing troubled numbers from one to ten, one to one correspondence of symbols from one to ten and counting hidden bugs, are rarely taught. It was also found that for training chidren, instead of using creative ways, the question and answer method is often used, and assesment of children's learning is significantly based on viewpoint of parents. Investigation of the relationship between education level and work experiences of teachers with teaching concepts, showed no significant effect. Finally, with regards to the findings, practical solutions were presented to improve the current situation.

Abstract: 

Abstract of the thesis (includes summary, purposes, methods and results) This research aims to investigate the performance of public relations and factors influencing it in social security organization. This research is carried out to fined effective factors such as allocating needed budget, the view of managers to the public relations position, having the strategically communicative program, the performance of Intra and extra -organizational communications and amount of using modern communicative technologies in efficiency of public relation from the view point of officials of public relations of offices and cure management around the country. In this research, 65 questionnaires with 31 questions with 5-point continuum about efficiency, one open question and 6 questions about characteristics and the features of respondents are sent by using the survey method without sampling, and data is gathered and analyzed by providing the descriptive tables and T-test (single sample). In this research, respondents knew the view of managers to the public relations position, having the strategically communicative program, allocating needed budget, the performance of Intra and extra –organizational activities, using modern communicative technologies as effective factors in efficiency of public relations.
