Abstract: 

Background: This paper studies the creative art as a platform for creativity and innovation in the primary schools.Objective: The main aim of this research was to study the relationship between art training, art training approach and creativity among primary fifth grade pupils of elementary schools in Iran.Method: This is a correlation research and type of past test with control group. Population was 168 elementary pupils (70 boys and 98 girls) from Fars, Ghazvin and Yazd provinces of Iran. Cluster random method of sampling was used. These provinces were administrators of art training experimental plan with art training approach in fifth grade of Iran schools. Results: In this research Torrance Figural Test (form B) was used. After completing the tests by subjects and scoring by Torrance scoring booklet, the data were statistically analyzed by Pierson correlation. Analyzing of data showed that there is no significant relationship (r=0/06) between art training with art training approach and creativity (Fluency. r=0/049, flexibility r=0/078, originality r=0/163, elaboration r=0/092).Conclusion: Further research needs to be done regarding any possible relationship between art training, art training approach and creativity among pupils.

Abstract: 

Background: Knowledge is considered as the base and the most essential factor of competition and alongside the knowledge. Innovation is known as the vital factor for the survival of companies dealing with technology and knowledge based companies. The process of the creation of knowledge is the changing producing knowledge and at last changing it into products and services via concept of the role of innovation.Objective: The purpose of this research is to examine the effect of knowledge management on the innovation of the companies dealing with technology, which are located in the park of knowledge and technology of Urmia University.Method: From the purpose point of view, this research is practical and from the nature point of view, it is descriptive and interconnected.Results: The results of this research showed that there is a meaningful relation between knowledge management and innovation (of product, of process, gradual and basic).Conclusion: Therefore, paying more attention to knowledge management results in an increase in the innovations of the companies.

Abstract: 

Background: Universities are knowledge producers and their most important output is knowledge, incorporated in research results, educated students. The term “intellectual capital” is used to cover all of the non-tangible, or non-physical, assets and resources of an organization, including its processes, innovation capacity, patents and the tacit knowledge of its members and their network of collaborators and contacts. Up to now, only a few universities in world (i.e. Italy, Austrian, Spanish, United Kingdom universities) have taken the challenge of trying to measure, manage and report on intangible assets.Objective: The purpose of this study is to do a comparative survey on the intellectual capital management in Urmia and Tabriz Islamic Azad universities.Method: For this purpose, four hypotheses were adjusted through the dimensions of intellectual capital management, human capital, structural capital and relationship capital according to Bueno's and et al (2002) theory. By using the indicators of abovementioned model and the documental way, the collected data were analyzed applying SPSS software by the help of two populations Mean Test (independent t).Results: The results showed that there are a meaningful difference between the intellectual capital management and its dimensions in Urmia and Tabriz Islamic Azad universities. Conclusion: As it can be understood from this finding, the intellectual capital in the mentioned universities have not been prepared and the degree of intellectual capital disclosure is less or in scattered way, and for this reason, this research could  perform new experience in the domain of the intellectual capital disclosure in the field of research in Islamic Azad university.

Abstract: 

Background: Need to creativity and innovation in all aspect of business leads the entrepreneurship as a global necessity. Higher education institutions also play a key role in this era.Objective: The purpose of the present research was to do a study on the entrepreneurship curriculum and its objectives, content, teaching methods and evaluation.Method: In this research, with focus on the literature review of entrepreneurship and entrepreneurship education we try to responses these questions: 1) Can entrepreneurship be taught? 2) What are the main aspects of entrepreneurship which can be taught and what are the main aspects of this phenomenon which cannot be taught? 3) What are the main objectives, content, teaching methods and effective evaluation methods of entrepreneurship education?Results: This study revealed some interesting findings regarding entrepreneurship curriculum and its components.Conclusion: On the basis of these findings, some suggestions for increasing the effectiveness and quality improvement of entrepreneurship education in higher education institutions in Iran have been offered.

Abstract: 

Background: Personality is a complex construct which may affect some psychological capabilities. Creativity could be among the one of them.Objective: This study aims to find out any relationship between personality traits and creativity in high school girls students.Method: To this end, 125 girl students of one of the pre-university schools of Tehran were selected by random cluster sampling. The students were then asked to fill out NEO questionnaire and creativity questionnaire of Abedi.Results: Pearson correlation coefficient and Multivariate regression showed that conscientiousness, openness to experience and agreeableness has significant and positive correlation with creativity, and neuroticism had a significant but negative correlation with creativity. Conclusion: Based on these findings, we need to consider students' creativity along with their personality characters.

Abstract: 

Background: Innovation and entrepreneurship for sustainable development and sublimity in Islamic Republic of Iran requires the scientific, logical, dynamic, comprehensive and continuous approach in the Iran's 20-Year Perspective Document.Objective: The main purpose of this descriptive-survey research is to investigate the impact of organizational culture on organizational entrepreneurship's components in Kermanshah's Aagri-Jahad organization.Method: The research statistical community included the total employees of the Kermanshah's Agri-Jahad Organization (n=270). Using random simple sampling method, 162 members were chosen by Krejcie-Morgan table. In order to collect the data, two questionnaires were used: a) organizational entrepreneurship questionnaire made by the researcher and b) organizational culture standard questionnaires of Cameron and Quinn. Results: The collected data were analyzed using both the descriptive and inferential methods (Pearson correlation coefficient, simple regression. The results showed that there is positive and significant relationship between organizational culture and components of organizational entrepreneurship and the dominant culture in Kermanshah's Agri-Jahad organization is a hierarchical culture.Conclusion: This study provides some implications in order to enhance organizational culture and entrepreneurship in the context of Kermanshah's Agri-Jahad Organization.

Abstract: 

Background: Decision making is inseparable from management and it is considered as base for decision making. Decision making has an important role in the strategic level. Thus, strategies, models and variety methods are established to help managers which decision making is one of them.Objective: There are different kinds of relations among the elements of decision making, particularly among criteria, for this purpose ANP method has proposed for involving all relations between elements of the problem.Method: ANP method is somehow sophisticated and time consuming that makes us to use soft wares to solve the problems even a simple problem that often is concerned to strategist that needs a rapid reaction and less patience. The reason that strategies in most cases prefer AHP more than ANP in strategic situation is simplicity of the ANP posses in achieving to result but AHP doesn’t consider the dependency of the criteria's which results to wasting opportunities and capital because of choosing inappropriate strategy.Results: The meta-heuristic proposed method in this paper is named SIMANP that with it's simple mechanism, high accuracy, fast giving result, less time consuming and satiety to software solves the network problems accurate and easily.Conclusion: The SIMANP method will endow strategists and strategy managers who need accuracy, simple and fast giving result with the advantages of ANP Compared with AHP.
