IDENTIFICATION AND VALIDATION OF INDICATORS OF A GOOD TEACHER IN IRANIAN ISLAMIC UNIVERSITY

Abstract

 Objectives: The main theme of the article is to validate the universities and institutions of higher education and the paper aims to identify and validate indicators of ideal teachers in islamic-iranian Universities. Method: The method used to compile the INDEX of documents and the validity of usage is the Delphi method. Results: The results of the study show that the most appropriate training and cultural indicators of an ideal professor in Islamic University of Iran include; belief in God and having an inner humility and flexibility, maintaining the dignity of students, committed and patriotic spirit of friendship. the most important training indicators of ideal teaching in Iranian Islamic University include refinement of the teaching, training leaders and senior professionals, entrepreneurship education to students, academic mastery of subject matter and teaching... the main indicators of qualitative research process of ideal teaching at the Islamic University of Iran include; dedication to software movement, and continue to help achieving sustainable development, advocacy, creativity, innovation and... The major indices and indicators of teaching quality in service and executive INDEX at Iranian Islamic University include political insight and participation in political affairs, Iran's efforts to promote national and international reputation of the University and to participate in social activities in the development and excellence society. Conclusion: The author of the survey conclude Iran's Islamic University ideal teacher is someone with capacity of education and research in the field of excellent education and culture, and also excelled and dedicated to the performance of personal services and a series of ethic in Iranian Islamic culture.
