Abstract: 

Depression is considered as a complex disorder, multi-component and debilitating which one out of every four people suffers in his or her lifetime.Objectives: The present study intends to analyze the bases of depression from viewpoint of ghashieh (the whelming calamity) surah and suggesting remedy and solutions.Method: The method of the present article is studying the words for understanding the concepts and phrases in holy Quran which will lead to discovering the depression model in Quran from viewpoint of ghashieh surah. Results: The results of the survey indicate ineffective behaviors and practices as one of the basic elements in development of depression.Conclusion: The author of the article concludes the type of believes, behaviors, excitements, emotions and other structural aspects of human existence are determiners of the type of disorders and consequently the methods of remedy and problem solving for each person as a unique creature.

Abstract: 

Objectives: The present article focuses on Identifying desired competencies of undergraduate students in management faculty of Tehran University with an Islamic-Iranian approach. Method: The method of the study is quantitative and interviews with 20 professors in management and managers in governmental and private organizations.Results: The results of the present paper indicate desired competencies of graduated students in five main themes as follow: competencies like knowledge, competencies related to behavior, competencies like skills, competencies such as mental abilities and competencies based on personality.Conclusion: The article concludes the postgraduates in management have to maintain abilities and mental capacities in management and beside their academic and theory knowledge they should also be capable in practical and functional aspect of management. Other abilities are creative thinking, structured mind, critical thinking, individual and group thinking ability, general and partial thinking, required social intelligence, goal-oriented, motivation to learn, religious look to science literacy.

Abstract: 

Objectives: The present study aims to analyze the conceptual framework and features of Islamic and Iranian identity and its practical development in academic system.Method: The method of the article is a combination of descriptive analyses (documentary analyzes) and qualitative content analysis. Data collection is through interviews.Results: 1- five different aspects of Islamic and Iranian identity indicators are religious, economic, social, cultoral and political.2- different aspects of Islamic and Iranian identity are scientifically studied and Iranian cultural heritage is compared with Islamic bases. 3-realization of Islamic –Iranian identity requires internalization and comprehensive development of five mentioned aspects of Islamic and Iranian identity in three levels: cognitive, emotional and behavioral of individual.4-main practical points in development of Islamic and Iranian identity in university system are included in eight dimensions: management and manegers, professors, teachings, evaluation, content, student, university.Conclusion: The author of the article concludes due to different aspects of Islamic and Iranian identity indicators (religious, economic, social, cultural and political) we can scientifically compare Iranian cultural heritage with Islamic bases. University system have to pay more attention to internalizing and development of cognitive, emotional and behavioral aspects of individual and the role of management, professors, teachings, evaluation, content, student and University.

Abstract: 

Objectives: The author of the present article intends to analyze the relationship between faithfulness and social capital among students in Isfahan University.Method: The method of the paper in data collection and analyzing data is survey method. Statistical population of research included 234 university students (girls and boys) in Isfahan University and data collection is through questionnaire. The reliability coefficient of questionnaire was obtained through Cronbach alpha and SPSS software in windows. Social capital- using fokoyama model- is analyzed in four following aspects: institutional norms, spontaneous structured, exogenous structured, natural norms. Faithfulness is also divided in Islamic beliefs, holy Rites and ethics.Results: The results of the survey indicate no significant relationship between exogenous structured variables and faithfulness but there is a direct and significant relationship between the rate of faithfulness and other aspects of social capital (institutional norms and spontaneous structured).Conclusion: The author of the article concludes religious beliefs have a positive impact on social capital and increase the rate of social capital in community.

Abstract: 

Objectives: The purpose of this study is to investigate the reasons of students in attending the university of Qom counseling center and comparing these reasons among female and male students.Method: The methodology in this study is descriptive- survey. Statistical population and sample in this study include 448 client files (218 females and 230 males) in the period of academic year 89-90.Results: The 448 client files were precisely investigated. It was indicated that there were 10 psychological problems as the reasons of students referring to the counseling center which 5 of these reasons orderly were academic problems, marriage problems, family problems, anxiety and depression. The findings in this study show that 70 percent of these clients' referring to counseling center involved those 5 reasons. These orderly reasons were not the same among female and male students. By using q squared test it was indicated that there was no significant differences between other reasons except family and academic problems and depression. This study also revealed that female students attendance to counseling center for presenting family problems were three times more than male students, and male students attendance to counseling center for presenting academic problems were 2.5 times more than female students.Conclusion: The author of the study concludes that because of cultural and religious conditions existing in this university; it seems that the rate of prevalence critical psychological problems among university of Qom students is in a better condition than other universities.

Abstract: 

Objectives: The present article focuses on the methods and ways in Reinforcing belonging to values among university students.Method: The method of the study is descriptive survey and statistical community of the survey included all professors in human sciences and sociology and Ph.D. and M.A. Students of Tehran universities.Results: The results of the present research indicate a gap between values system of officials and what is developed among university students. The article then shows no practical usage of political approach in development of values. Normal and natural process in an open atmosphere and volunteer participation will result in a better realization and development of values among university students.Conclusion: The article concludes realization and development of values in universities require the following measures: providing an open cultural and intellectual atmosphere in scientific centers, better relationship between students local reference groups and society's values system. Abstract: 

Objectives: The study aimed to depict the predictive role of practical obligation to the Islamic Tenets and demographical factors in depression, anxiety and stress among college Students.Method: The research was a cross-sectional descriptive study and statistical population was college Students of Semnan University that 330 college Students were selected by random sampling and they completed the Depression Anxiety Stress Scales (DASS-42), Self-report scale of practical obligation to the Islamic Tenets and Demographical questionnaire. Data analysis performed by using of correlation and stepwise multiple regression.Results: Practical obligation to the Islamic Tenets, gender and socio-economic status significantly predict variation of depression and stress (P<0.001). Practical obligation to the Islamic Tenets is alone significant predictor for anxiety (P<0.001). The age hasn’t significant role in prediction of depression, stress and anxiety of college Students (P>0.05).Conclusion: The findings emphasize on the importance of designing religious inspirations oriented interventions and socio-economic status promotion to improve the college students’ depression, anxiety and stress symptoms.

Abstract: 

Objectives: Vandalism is a social abnormality which its effects are pervasive. One of its appearances is writing on the school, university and popular institution walls. People do this because of saying their ideas to others. The aim of this article is to study and analyze the content of writings on the walls of Bu Ali Sina and Azad Universities of Hamedan city as an especial type of vandalistic behavior. We are to understand that how is vandalism in two universities.Method: Used technique is content analysis. SPSS software was used for data analysis.Results: The results of the present survey indicate cheating and writing graffiti memorandums on the walls in universities is the first priority of vandalistic behavior in Bu Ali Sina and Azad Universities of Hamedan city and lovely words and local phrases are the other priorities.Conclusion: The author of the present article concludes many of vandalistic behaviors are a reaction to deprivation in front of job future, life and generally social world.
