Abstract: 

Financial distress evaluation is important because firm failure imposes significant direct and indirect costs on a firm's stakeholders. Hence, using financial rations has been considered by bank loan officers, creditors, stockholders, financial analysts, as well as the general public in order to provide them with timely and accurate assessment. Timely evaluation can help decision makers to find the optimal way and predict bankruptcy. There are different models for financial distress evaluation. These models are applied more in decision making by financial market players. It has been attempted to improve the accuracy of these models by more developed techniques. In this research the main goal is to examine the capability of Additive model of data envelopment analysis (DEA) model in assessing corporate financial distress by comparing it with logistic regression (LR). We find that in within-sample evaluation LR outperforms DEA (Additive model) in correctly identifying the default firms significantly.

Abstract: 

It's necessary for achieving economic outlook (as mentioned in IRI Vision 1404) to establish essential infrastructures. One of these important infrastructures, in order to achieve economic growth and development, is Doing Business which has received a lot intention in recent years. In this paper, by using annual data-of Doing Business Reports of an Institute affiliated to the World Bank-and by using Goal Programming Technique, we have initially drawn ideal point of Doing Business in the region looking for IRI Vision 1404 and have determined the gaps between present situation and ideal situation within all sub-indices. Then, by using Entropy Technique and based on the importance of each indices of Doing Business in the region, we have prioritized the indices to be facing to a senior operators of the country as an Action Plan, and to take long step toward the conquest of the region's economic summit by improving Doing Business indices in order to achieve the objectives contained in the IRI Vision 1404.

Abstract: 

Incredible devopment of information technology and it's expansion into the banking and money markets has resulted in not only in facilitating the customer's affairs, but also revolutionizing the current banking procedure. Increasing growth of e-commerce transactions in the world and it's need to bank's attendance for transferring financial sources have been the cause of e-banking being an inseparable part of e-commerce and having a substantial role to execute it. E-banking is an essential device to fulfill and develop e-commerce. It coordinates e-commerce affairs practically, it has been said that e-commerce will not be accomplished without e-banking. Current research has been performed with the purpose of identifying the effective factors on developing e-banking and classifying society, including managers, experts, specialists and knowledge ables about banking and e-banking matters, and exercised descriptive and perceptive statistic approach to study on the effective factors on developing e-banking in banks sepah in iran. The effect of independent variant concerning to social and cultural factors, economical factors, technical factors and basic infrastructures, and legal factors on developing e-banking in bank sepah (as dependant variant) has been taken under investigation through this research. The achievements of the research indicates the effectiveness of the mentioned four factors on expanding e-banking (internet banking) services. It means that the concentration on removing the obstacles relating to four factors could lead to more developed services in e-banking.

Abstract: 

Organizational commitment, productivity and efficiency are among the most important topics of organizational management, specifically, and a significant subject in socio-economic discussions of the developing countries, generally. Life happiness is one of the most important and effective factors On escalation of this commitment. This study is seeking to examine the relationship between organizational commitment and happiness of managers of the Islamic Azad Universities (district 4). Due to youngness of the Islamic Azad University, this study has an extra importance. As a whole, understanding organizational commitment and its relationship with happiness to maintain and enforce satisfaction and the resulted increase of productivity of staff and professors, can have a special importance. Moreover, importance of happiness is becoming more evident for managers and heads of the Islamic Azad Universities (district 4) and there is a hope to improve the two important variables (happiness and organizational commitment) by gathering extra information for more scientific planning. The main goal of the study is to determin the relationship between happiness and organizational commitment (and their dimensions) among managers of the Islamic Azad Universities (district 4). The main hypothesis of the study is “There is a significant relationship between organizational commitment and happiness (and its dimensions) among managers of the Islamic Azad Universities (district 4)”. The other hypotheses of the study are referred to in the body of the article. The research method Used is a descriptive survey and data are gathered using questionnaires and interviews. Results of the study show that, as a whole, there is a significant relationship between organizational commitment and happiness (especially between happiness, efficiency and organizational commitment). The other dimensions of happiness don't show a significant relationship.

Abstract: 

The subject of survey which means of a slow working and corrosive procedures of an organization, long cycle of system improvement, long time period consuming of destructive removal, lack of sufficient flexibilities of procedures and lack of efficient responses to do service programs and services of operational and lack of efficient responses to do service programs and services of operational duty in the National Iranian South Oil Company. Type of survey is applied and descriptive. For gathering of data, methods of field and library study has been used. Two main hypothesis of research is based on probe of effective internal and external factors on implementation of information and communication technology to convert a traditional organization. To an agile organization And also its effect on implementing of information technology and communication causes to rise on agile organization. The result of statistical tests indicate the lack of priorities onb efficient internal factors (hardware technology, communication technology, and science engineering, human and machine mediator technology) on efficient external factors (management, customers, networking technology, and software technology) and also an organization by implementing information technology will reach the goals of speedy organization. Accordingly, having meaningful link of effective octamerous variables on implementing information and communication technology and hexaploid agile organization (ability to response, speed of action, expenses, automatically processes, flexibility, quality) will be determine.

Abstract: 

In this research, we analyzed the effects of Human Resource layoff on Human Resource Performance in National Iranian Oil Products Refining & Distribution Company. Also we discussed about the theatrical foundations of "layoff' Plan, it's variables and conceptions. It is an Applied Research according to the goals and objectives of the research and it is a causal - comparative research with respect to the methods of getting the data and information. Statistical populations were all the managers and the employees in National Iranian Oil Products Refining & Distribution Company who have at least a bachelor degree in art and science. The sample size was 82. In order to know the views of managers & employees, we used a questionnaire (Likert Scale). Reliability of questionnaire had been calculated as 0.94 by Cronbachs' Alpha Measure. We had used Kolmogorov, Smirnof Test to analyze the data normalization of the statistical population. When the data normalization had been approved, we had used T - Student Test to test the hypothesis of the research. The conclusion showed that Human Resource Layoff had bad effects on Human Resource Perforance.

Abstract: 

Due to the fact that the models of knowledge management provided by most organizations and industrial companies has been educational and private and there has been no unique model for NGOs, the main purpose in this research is providing one model in order to implement the knowledge management in Imam Khomeini Emdad Committee K.E.C. This study is a step toward helping K.E.C. knowledge based organization. Likewise, secondary purposes for this research are mentioned below: Relationships between vision, teamwork, open communication, empowerment of employees, information technology (independent variables) and implementation of knowledge management (dependent variable) in Imam Khomeini Emdad Committee. This is a descriptive reseach. Correlation is used to analyze the research data. The statistical population of this research includes managerial body of central branch of Imam Emdad Committee amounted to 162 persons, which include all levels. To increase, the research accuracy no sampling was used. Based on research findings, among 5 model variables: vision, open communication, empowering employees, teamwork and intormation technology and their relationship with deployment of knowledge management in Imam Imdad committee, there is a significant relationship between the first 3 variables and knowledge management and there is no significant relationship between the 2 other variables. The first Three variables are considered effective in implementaing knowledge management.
