Abstract:

Golden mullet fish (Liza aurata) is one of the valuable species that is unique commercial in the Caspian Sea region, due to Genoa's many Mtqazay meat taste good. In this study, 6 position microsatellites designed for gray mullet (Mugil cephalus) and hand mullet (Mugil soiuy) to investigate genetic diversity and population structure of golden mullet and Fereidoon'kenarRamsar area was used. A total of 60 samples were collected from adult fish mullet. The average number of alleles per locus were 6.25 respectively (range 13 to 5 alleles in both positions). Both areas were sampled with specific alleles, observed and expected heterozygosis averaged respectively 0.394, 0.743 respectively. The balance of Hardy Weinberg was (HW) more significantly out of balance locus. Hardy-Weinberg tested by AMOVA, measures of differentiation, Fst, Rst gene showed significant differences between populations (P<0.001). This review based on initial studies of genetically distinct populations of golden mullet fish in the South Caspian Sea (Mazandaran Province) shows.

Abstract:

The present research was done to investigate the Biochemical composition of (Protein, fat, Ash and Moisture), Fatty acid profiles and nutritional value of cultured Bighead carp of Mazandaran province. In this study caught 15 samples were sampled from 3 farms in Zaghemarz, Fereydoonkenar, Nashtarood and prepared by skinning and deboning. The results showed that Oleic acid (C18:1 n-9) and Arachidic acid (C20:0) were higher and lower amounts, respectively. Also, some indexes such as PUFA/SFA ratio, w-3, w-6, PI (polyen index), w-3/w-6 ratio, EPA+DHA and (OPI) Oxidation Progress Index as EPA+DHA/C16 were accounted. Contents of Total Protein, fat, moisture and fillet energy had highest amounts in Fereydoonkenar region and lowest in Zaghemarz region. The results also showed that there is no different between biochemical composition, statistically (P>0.05) but fillet energy showed difference (P<0.05). According to results cultured Bighead carp have more biological values due to high level protein and poly unsaturated fatty acids (PUFA) as a marine product.

Abstract:

Effect of dietary mixture of Prebiotic Mannan oligosaccharide (MOS) and b-1,3Glucan, on growth performance, survival and body composition in Grass carp juvenile (Ctenopharyngodon idella) were investigated for 56 days. Practical diets were supplemented with 0, 0.5, 1.5, 2.5 and 3.5 g/kg mixture of MOS and b-1,3Glucan in a totally randomized design trial in triplicate groups. The experiment carried out in 15 fiberglass tanks which filled with 1400 lit water. 50 Grass carp juveniles with initial average weight 12.54±0.42g were stocked and fed up to satisfy. As the results no significant differences in body composition or growth performance were observed between treatments and control (p>0.05).The experiment indicated that dietary mixture of Prebiotic Mannan oligosaccharide (MOS) and b-1,3Glucan has not benefit effects on juvenile Grass carps.

Abstract:

In order to evaluate the effect of stocking density on growth and survival of fish larvae Angel, larval fish densities of 10, 20, 30 and 40 larvae were stored in l. Experiments in a rectangular glass aquarium with a volume of 30 liters, any aquarium was filled with 20 liters of water and oxygen and pH conditions for the larvae were provided. Longitudinal growth of larvae was measured in 10-day intervals after the larval survival was measured 20 days. Data analysis using one-way analysis of variance (One-Way ANOVA) using software packages of Spss Exel was performed and the presence or absence of a significant difference in the level of 5% (p<0.05) was determined. The results showed that the survival of larvae reared from larvae at low densities. (10 and 20 larvae per liter) than larval survival at higher densities (30 and 40 larvae per liter) and were significantly different (p<0.05). Although the concentrations of 10 and 20, respectively, with percent survival 61.3±5.34 and 89.1±75.28 and also between the densities of 30 and 40, respectively, with a viability of 89.2±16.21 and 75.4±62.19 there was no significant difference (p>0.05). The highest average density of larvae after 20 days was 10 and 20 larvae per liter (respectively 1.0±7.6 and 06.0±63.6), which have significantly different densities of 30 and 40 larvae per liter (respectively 1.0±6.6 and 06.0±47.6) was (p<0.05).

Abstract:

Proper feeding is necessary to have appropriate growth, health and also to increase resistance to inappropriate condition such as stressors and diseases. Therefore mineral and vitamin supplements are added to fish diet to improve its growth and health. Food supplements have different roles in diet. These cause better food metabolism, higher hardness and strength of bones, better ionic exchanges and osmotic balance. Iron is an essential element for fish and other vertebrates and there is in all cells. It plays key role in feeding and metabolism. This survey was conducted to evaluate the effects of different levels of Iron nano particle on some growth and feeding parameters in Rainbow trout. 396 rainbow trout fry (Aqualand) were prepared and adapted to new condition. They were feed to saturation with basal diet three times a day for four days. Then fish were divided in to 6 treatments. Different levels of Iron nano particle (0, 15, 30, 45 and 60 mg/Kg) and also 60 mg/kg ferrous sulfate were added to basal diets for each treatments. Fish were feed for eight weeks. Effects of Iron were studied on fish growth. Results showed that 30 mg/Kg Iron nano particle improved feeding and growth performance of rainbow trout fry.

Abstract:

The aim of this study was estimate of biodiversity, density and frequency of green-blue algae community of warm water fish ponds in Gonbade kavous city at east of Golestan Province. Sampling act was done during one culture period from June to November 2011. The results obtained during the research period, 10 different genuses were identified. From statistical aspect, there is no significant differences between means density of different months, ponds and seasons observed (P>0.05). Generally, the highest and lowest frequency percent between identified genuses belongs to Merismopedia sp and Anabaenopsis sp with 20 and 1% respectively. The based on correlation coefficient analysis between green-blue algae community density and water physico-chemical parameters show that total density means of green-blue algae community had high and significant correlation with water temperature parameter -0.858. Other water physico-chemical parameters had no correlation relative with green-blue algae community. The results show that density changes of green-blue algae community of east of Golestan province, Gonbade kavous city fish ponds affected by environment parameters such as water temperature and culture fishes.

Abstract:

In this study filtration rate of silver carp (Hypophthalmichthys Molitrix) was evaluated on differ densities of algae Senedesmus Quadricauda. 4 treatments (1.1, 2.5, 5 and 8% of body weight) that were cultured in medium of Z-8 with a single species were found with three replications. Experiment was repeated 30 days. The fishes were also weighed at the beginning and end of the experiments. Results showed that filtration rate reduced with increasing algal density and ingestion rate and daily body weight gain increased and feed efficiency reduced. 8% of body weight density is the best algal concentration for fish growth, but the filtration and feed efficiency is the lowest.
