Objectives: This article is an analytical discussion which puts forward a viewpoint on discovering views, emotions, beliefs, experiences and opinions of the experts and islamic sciences researchers on Human nobility in an organization.Method: The method of the research is qualitative content analysis and due to verbal statements encoding. Describing the definitions and categories in three aspects: dignity based organization, nobility based indicators and the meaning of human nobility in an organization.Results: The results of the survey indicate a novel definition on human nobility (dignity) in an organization and categorizing the concepts in three personal, group and organizational aspects with eight components and thirty-four indicators.Conclusion: The authors of the survey conclude Human nobility in an organization as an inner permanent character to be in the employ of organizational beneficiaries' satisfaction. It also concludes in the feelings like being useful, self-confidence and mutual respect.
