Abstract: 

پیشرفت و توسعه یک کشور به میزان توسعه یافتگی سازمان های اجرایی، تولیدی، آموزشی و فرهنگی آن کشور وابسته می باشد، از طرفی بین موفقیت سازمان های یک جامعه و توانمندی مدیران آن سازمان ها ارتباط بسیار مستقیمی وجود دارد. برای موفقیت جامعه و سازمان ها مقام معظم رهبری به حق و عالمانه شیوه مدیریت جهادی را پیشنهاد نموده اند. این رویکرد باید از طریق تحقیقات علمی در دانشگاه ها به صورت عملیاتی تعریف شود. دانشگاه ها می توانند در این راستا برنامه های آموزشی و پژوهشی لازم را طراحی و اجرا کنند. مدیریت جهادی سرمایه انسانی، اجتماعی، روانشناختی خاص خود را می طلبد. مفهوم سرمایه انسانی در مدیریت جهادی چیست و چه مولفه هایی دارد؟ مدیران باید دارای چه توانمندی ها و شایستگی هایی باشند؟ از طرفی براساس تحقیقات، مزیت رقابتی، در دنیای پیچیده امروزی، مستلزم وجود سرمایه روانشناختی است. این سرمایه روانشناختی چه مولفه هایی دارد و دانشگاه چگونه می تواند به پرورش آن بپردازد؟ آموزه های دین اسلام چه نگاهی به سرمایه اجتماعی و سرمایه روانشناختی دارد؟ دانشگاه اگر بخواهد در خدمت جامعه باشد باید تولید و پرورش این نوع سرمایه های ضروری برای موفقیت و مدیریت جهادی در کشور را سرلوحه برنامه های خود قرار دهد.از طرفی تورم و بیکاری قشر فارغ التحصیل، دو مشکل عمده این کشور می باشد. راه حل آن، تولید داخل است و برای بهبود فرایند تولید باید مدیران و نیروی انسانی جامعه مجهز به سه نوع سرمایه مذکور (انسانی، اجتماعی، روانشناختی) شوند.مجله مدیریت در دانشگاه اسلامی آمادگی حمایت از پژوهش های مربوط به مدیریت جهادی با رویکرد مذکور و چاپ مقاله های تخصصی را دارد و امید است که بتواند با همکاری دانشگاهیان و محققین گامی در این جهت بردارد.

Abstract: 

Objectives: This article is an analytical discussion which puts forward a viewpoint on discovering views, emotions, beliefs, experiences and opinions of the experts and islamic sciences researchers on Human nobility in an organization.Method: The method of the research is qualitative content analysis and due to verbal statements encoding. Describing the definitions and categories in three aspects: dignity based organization, nobility based indicators and the meaning of human nobility in an organization.Results: The results of the survey indicate a novel definition on human nobility (dignity) in an organization and categorizing the concepts in three personal, group and organizational aspects with eight components and thirty-four indicators.Conclusion: The authors of the survey conclude Human nobility in an organization as an inner permanent character to be in the employ of organizational beneficiaries' satisfaction. It also concludes in the feelings like being useful, self-confidence and mutual respect.

Abstract: 

Objectives: This piece of writing intends to elucidate the effects of theistic faith on organization perspective.Method: The method of the survey is exploring interview and snowball sampling and Data analysis is through data based theory.Results: Based on data collection and analysis thirty three concepts were recognized and it was narrowed to ten factors as the effective variables in the process of recognizing effects of theistic faith on organization perspective.Conclusion: The authors of the article conclude in addition to recognizing the effective variables in the process of the effects of theistic faith on organization perspective; there are also some other conclusions such as follow: no unique nature was recognized for this perspective; in other words it may be considered as a process ,style or a content. Topics like time, place and motion are crucial in Islamic philosophy in order to define theistic perspective. Theistic perspective is the perspective of organization or Unitarian person and exploring is applied as the main processing method. The authors also conclude a significant relationship between spiritual and theistic beliefs and unitive wisdom, sagacity and divine grace.

Abstract: 

Objectives: The main theme of the article is to analyze Iran's national elite's foundation programs in recognition, employment and supporting the elites.Method: The method of the research is data collection through a combined qualitative and quantitative method and descriptive content analysis to analyze the qualitative data. The research is applied and survey in strategy and exploring, descriptive in aim.Results: The results of the survey indicate a series of pathologies and a number of applied suggestions in ultra-text, text and executive sections. On the whole two general suggestions have been analyzed and abridged.Conclusion: The authors of the study conclude revision of the national elites foundation programs will bring 5 corrective regulations.

Abstract: 

Objectives: This article is an analytical discussion on recognizing the effective components on cooperative management based on suggestion system and justice in Islamic university (with emphasis on islamic teachings such as holy Koran and nahjolbalagheh).Method: The method of the research is applied and functional in aim and data collection is correlation. The paper is an analysis of the mediating role of general justice (justice in behavior) and the value of suggestion system in connection with distributing justice.Results: The results of the paper indicate general justice (justice in behavior) and the value of suggestion system will have a mediating effect on a part of distributing justice and the whole of general justice. Conclusion: The authors of the article conclude justice and suggestion system will have an effective role on improvement of employee's stimulants in cooperation with university suggestion system.

Abstract: 

Objectives: The purpose of the present research is an analysis and assessment of effective leadership with Islamic approach and Iranian features. (Based on Iranian- Islamic development pattern and history).Method: The method of the research is based on qualitative analyses on the theme by using the holy text of Quran, biography of the prophet and Amir Kabir management.Results: The results of the present research indicate that the principals derived from the holly Quran are considered as intellectual and theoretical foundations of organizational leadership and are categorized into two groups:1- beliefs and doctrinal vision (strategic principles) 2- moral and ethical insight(operational principles) on the basis of strategic management literature. The managing style of holy prophet’s of Islam (P.B.U.H.) has been mostly in the field of personal development and transmutation and social transmutation which are derived from his ethical beliefs. Amir Kabir management style is also on the basis of practical, ethical and personal authority.Conclusion: The article concluded both patterns (Islam and Iran) in the field of leadership are based on strong moral principles and their behavioral and personality features in practical aspects are due to the mentioned principles and will bring popularity and more influence among followers.

Abstract: 

Objectives: This survey intends to analyze the relationship between intellectual capital and creativity in Islamic university based on human recourses development approach.Methods: The method of the paper is co relational- descriptive and statistical community of the research included all scientific board members of Ilam University. Standard questionnaire of intellectual capital and creativity is applied to evaluate the relationship between intellectual capital and creativity with cronbach, s Alpha 0.81 and 0.85.Results: The results of the paper indicate a significant relationship between the different aspects of intellectual capital and creativity.Conclusion: The authors of the research conclude investigation in intellectual capital section (human resources development) will result in capacity upgrading in Islamic university. In other words, increasing the intellectual capital and strategic development will lead to promoting innovation index of human resources and consequently scientific system of the country.

Abstract: 

Objectives: The present study aims to analyze the organizational responses to institutional pressures. The most basic concern of Institutional theory is "uniformity of organizations" against institutional pressures which result in organizational legitimacy. In this way some organizations do not give a real reaction to pressures and institutional expectations and just pretend to uniformity. The aim of the present article is to recognize and distinguish the real and symbolic responses then analyses the responses of a supreme educational organization in Iran(Imam Sadegh University) to the pressures of governing institute (supreme leaders expectations).Method: The method of the study is library studies and interviews and content analysis method.Result: The author of the survey give a framework for analyzing the responses of the organizations to institutional pressure. On the other hand the results indicate the symbolical responses of the university against institutional pressure.Conclusion: The authors of the article conclude the mentioned framework is capable to be applied in analyzing the organizational responses to institutional pressures.
