EFQM model is rapidly emerged and spread in educational institutions as the most principal self-evaluation model. This model is used as a tool for quality improvement. The Purpose of this study is to evaluate ITC based on this Model. The population comprised all the managers, assistants, teachers, trainers, and the staff of the center. A researcher-made questionnaire was designed based on the characteristics of EFQM model and administered to the sample. The results indicated that all the factors of empowerment domain (i.e. leadership, policy and strategy, staff, participation, resources, processes, and results) are estimated to be above the average level. However, factors of staff affairs management, source management and participations were estimated to be below the average level. Overall, the total calculated score of the center was 252.17 out of 500 scores of empowerment domain which was at the average level.
