Abstract

The implicit tip which can be inferred from modular courses is that they follow the Taylorism which its reference can be seen in the fundamental aspects of modular courses. Accordingly, the purpose of this article is to express the complexity of the work environment and employment system as for changes in the pattern of production and the nature of jobs in a new paradigm. The present MODULAR TRAINING curriculum (Taylorism) is not efficient in terms of new production structure and market mechanism. In order to get out of this bottleneck, the EMPLOYABILITY SKILLS training must be considered in curriculums as complementary skills along with specialized training. One of the goals of this article is to explain the aforementioned concepts, another goal is to challenge the present MODULAR TRAINING system, providing perspective on improving the planners and policy makers’ attitudes towards curriculum designing and consider the employment skills in designing and developing the MODULAR TRAINING. Solutions are also proposed to improve the quality and quantity of MODULAR TRAINING.
