Abstract

The current descriptive study is implemented with the aim of QUALITY EVALUATION of Erma Advanced Skills Training Center. This center is very well-known and predominant among training centers in TECHNICAL AND VOCATIONAL TRAINING ORGANIZATION (TVTO). Among 10 workshops and 122 courses held in 2011, 3 courses were selected. Subsequently, 5 input criteria with 10 indicators, 2 process criteria with 7 indicators, and 1 output criteria with 5 indicators were compiled. The findings indicate that the inputs, processes and outputs of evaluated courses are at desirable level. The IPO MODEL can be used for the QUALITY EVALUATION of other centers in TVTO.
