Individuals in an organization can test their usual findings by publishing, sharing ideas, knowledge, and experience, and organizations that can manage their knowledge appropriately and effectively will be successful. Accordingly, the present study was conducted to investigate the effect of knowledge management on employee performance in Kaveh methanol petrochemical. This research is an applied research and in terms of data collection, it is a descriptive survey and correlational description. The statistical population of this research includes the managers and employees of Kaveh Methanol Petrochemical Company with a number of 0011 people. . The sample size was determined based on Morgan table, 090 people who were selected using systematic random sampling method. In order to collect data, a standard questionnaire was used, the face validity of which was confirmed by calculating CVR, and its reliability was calculated by calculating Cronbach's alpha, and since it was higher than 1. 7, it was confirmed. . The collected data were analyzed using structural equation modeling and Emus software. The findings of the analysis of the four hypotheses of this study indicate that knowledge creation, knowledge sharing and application of knowledge from knowledge management processes have a positive and significant effect on the three dimensions of planning and organization, output of competencies and the ability to analyze and solve problems. But the recording and storage of knowledge only affects the competency outputs of employees.
