Abstract: 

The impact of advertising on the growth and survival of organizations in today's competitive environment is undeniable. With the increase of membership in electronic social networks, advertising in these networks has become the most important and effective marketing activities. Virtual social networks are one of the most important communication and marketing tools in the community and the world, which have a significant upward trend in attracting the audience. The purpose of this study was the effect of integrated electronic marketing communications on the development of the imported car market in Iran. The method of the present study was descriptive survey. The study population of the present study was the customers of Modiran Khodro Company in Tehran, 372 of whom participated in the study. . They answered the Integrated Communication Questionnaires for e-Marketing and Market Development. The reliability and validity of the instruments were confirmed using Cronbach's alpha coefficient and confirmatory factor analysis. Structural equation model with Smart Plus software was used to analyze the data. The results showed that the effect of advertising on market development is positive and significant. The impact of public relations on market development is not significant. The impact of sales promotion on market development is positive and significant. The impact of personal selling on market development is positive and significant. The impact of direct marketing on market development is positive and significant. The impact of online marketing on market development is positive and significant. The impact of social networks on market development is positive and significant.

Abstract: 

The present study aims to segment the customer in e-commerce with an application approach for the cash business model. The statistical population of this study includes an unlimited number of customers who use the online store of Shiraz discount website online. Using Morgan table, 483 people, in order to collect the required data non-randomly in Accessibility has been selected as the research sample. In this research, the standard cash business questionnaire has been used. The combined validity and reliability were confirmed by the validity of the content validity and the reliability of the questionnaire by Cronbach's alpha and the analysis of the research was performed using SPSS62 software. The results of this study indicate that the components of business that include (customer segments, value proposition, communication channels, customer relationship, revenue stream, key resources, key partnership, key activity, cost structure) Customer categorization has a significant impact.

Abstract: 

Individuals in an organization can test their usual findings by publishing, sharing ideas, knowledge, and experience, and organizations that can manage their knowledge appropriately and effectively will be successful. Accordingly, the present study was conducted to investigate the effect of knowledge management on employee performance in Kaveh methanol petrochemical. This research is an applied research and in terms of data collection, it is a descriptive survey and correlational description. The statistical population of this research includes the managers and employees of Kaveh Methanol Petrochemical Company with a number of 0011 people. . The sample size was determined based on Morgan table, 090 people who were selected using systematic random sampling method. In order to collect data, a standard questionnaire was used, the face validity of which was confirmed by calculating CVR, and its reliability was calculated by calculating Cronbach's alpha, and since it was higher than 1. 7, it was confirmed. . The collected data were analyzed using structural equation modeling and Emus software. The findings of the analysis of the four hypotheses of this study indicate that knowledge creation, knowledge sharing and application of knowledge from knowledge management processes have a positive and significant effect on the three dimensions of planning and organization, output of competencies and the ability to analyze and solve problems. But the recording and storage of knowledge only affects the competency outputs of employees.

Abstract: 

By intensifying competition in business and rapid technological change, as well as increasing the power and choice of customers, success will be those companies that will be able to better understand and identify the expectations and values of customers and respond to them in a desirable way. One of the most valuable assets of any company is the brand equity. . Companies that have a high position in the minds of consumers in terms of brand equity can easily be considered more profitable among other companies in their own industry. The brand equity of any organization is a reflection of their commitment to social responsibility. In this study, the relationship between social responsibility disclosure and market share in the Tehran Stock Exchange has been investigated. The results of this study show that there is no significant relationship between disclosure of corporate social responsibility and market share.

Abstract: 

Citizens' involvement in the planning process has undeniable positive results. In recent years, the issue of citizen participation in planning has been given much attention in most countries and efforts have been made to enable public participation in various levels of planning and decision-making. The role of neighborhood management should be considered by stakeholders in the field of urban management to organize social participation in urban neighborhoods and consequently neighborhood-based planning. This article discusses the impact of participation as a tool in strengthening the planning process. This study was conducted to investigate the role of participatory planning as a model for effective planning in municipalities and also to pay attention to this type of planning as a tool for empowering citizens. . This study was conducted to investigate the role of participatory planning as a model for effective planning in municipalities and also to pay attention to this type of planning as a tool for empowering citizens. The purpose of this study is to provide mechanisms for neighborhood management plan to ensure its success in attracting citizen participation for participatory planning in municipalities. In this research, articles, reports, regulations related to the subject and also interviews with deputy mayors of some areas of Tehran have been used. Increasing urban growth and development, citizens' satisfaction with urban management, increasing trust in urban management are the results of research findings This shows that creating a formal, legal and effective structure in the conclusions of district managers can play an important role in involving citizens in the city administration, and this partnership can play a role as a tool for decision-making. In this study, the characteristics of people who can be effective in the decision-making process are also mentioned. In the end, it was found that participatory planning and attention to the neighborhood house and creating an effective formal structure for it can lead to people's satisfaction and increase trust in urban management, increase growth and speed of urban development.

Abstract: 

The introduction of information technology in the banking industry has created a competitive environment in this industry. Banks need to replace traditional methods with new banking methods in order to gain more customers, reduce costs and thus gain a competitive advantage. Changing technologies and customer preferences can have a tremendous impact on the success of banks' strategies. Given the growing use of mobile banking, financial institutions are offering this technology as part of their strategic solutions. . However, the use of new technologies may not always be accepted by some customers, which is one of the issues facing the banking industry. It is expected that a combination of the above models has been used in this research to solve the relevant problem. The place of study of this research was the students of Fasa universities who were selected as a sample using Cochran relation and 163 people were randomly selected as a sample. The research method is descriptive-correlational and the data collection tool is a combined questionnaire from two models. The reliability of the questionnaire was confirmed using Cronbach's alpha equal to 0. 429 and the validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by experts. The results of analysis of research hypotheses using structural equation modeling based on the least squares method using Smart PLS software showed that all research hypotheses have been confirmed.

Abstract: 

The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of strategic human resource management on organizational performance of employees in Persepolis Pars Assaluyeh Petrochemical, in 9911. The research method is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-correlation in terms of data collection. The statistical population of this study was the employees of Persepolis Petrochemical Company. At the time of the research, their number was considered as 981 people, which was considered as a sample using Morgan table, 998 people. . The assessment tool of this research is the standard questionnaire of strategic management of human resources of Chang and Hong (5112) and organizational performance (9911). The apparent validity and reliability of the research have been confirmed. The final questionnaire was given to the members of the statistical sample by simple random sampling method. After collecting the questionnaires, the research data were analyzed using SPSS 52 software. Regression analysis test was used to test the research hypotheses due to the normality of the research data. . The results have shown that training and development of human resources has an effect on the performance of Persepolis Pars Assaluyeh Petrochemical Company. Employment with human resources has an effect on the performance of Persepolis Pars Assaluyeh Petrochemical Company. Effective communication with employees has an effect on the performance of Persepolis Pars Assaluyeh Petrochemical Company Management development has no effect on the performance of Persepolis Pars Assaluyeh Petrochemical Company. Flexible work plans affect the performance of Persepolis Pars Assaluyeh Petrochemical Company. Equal employment opportunities affect the performance of Persepolis Pars Assaluyeh Petrochemical Company.
