Introduction: Conflict between the two roles of work and family in nurses is something that reduces their efficiency. The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between nurses› cognitive and metacognitive skills with work-family conflict. Methods: This research was a descriptive correlation with applied nature in 2020. The statistical population includes nurses of Shiraz medical hospitals. The statistical sample was calculated using Cochran› s formula of 345 nurses. The sampling method was selected randomly. The data collection tool for measuring the variables of cognitive and metacognitive skills and work-family conflict in this study is a researcher-made questionnaire with a total of 23 questions, the reliability of which is obtained through Cronbach› s alpha coefficient of 89 and its validity is obtained by experts. . This questionnaire is based on a 5-point Likert scale from strongly agree to strongly disagree. To test the data as normal, the Kolmogorov– Smirnov test was used. Due to the abnormality of the data, the Spearman test was used to determine the correlation. Statistical analyzes were performed using SPSS software. Results: The mean of cognitive skills was 4. 38 with standard deviation of 1. 08, the mean of metacognitive skills was 4. 46 with standard deviation of 1. 13 and the mean of work-family conflict was 4. 71 with standard deviation of 1. 02. Spearman correlation coefficient between cognitive and metacognitive skills with work and family conflict was calculated to be-0. 68 and-0. 51, respectively. Conclusions: Improving cognitive and metacognitive skills increases nurses› mental abilities and learning and how to use resources optimally to achieve organizational goals. The results showed that by strengthening and increasing these skills, the amount of conflict between the two roles of work and family in nurses is reduced.

Abstract:

Introduction: Widespread coronation and quarantine practice have increased coronary anxiety and stress in the community. On the other hand, collective tragedies, especially those involving infectious diseases, often lead to waves of fear and anxiety. The aim of this study was to determine the role of rumination, emotion regulation and responsiveness to stress on predicting the corona anxiety among nurses in Ardabil. Methods: The research method was descriptive-correlational method. The statistical population consisted of nurses in Ardabil who were members of social networks in the spring of 2020. About 200(136 women and 64 men) of these people participated in the study as a statistical sample, online. To collect data online, Corona anxiety scale Alipour et al. (2020), ruminant response scale Nolen-Hoeksema (1991), emotion regulation questionnaire Gross (1999), and responsiveness to stress Schlotz et al. (2011) were used. Data were analyzed using Pearson correlation coefficient and multiple regression with stepwise model using SPSS25. Results: The findings showed that corona anxiety are positively related to reappraisal (r=-0. 27) and negatively related to repression (r=0. 36), rumination (r= 0. 65) and responsiveness to Stress (r=0. 41) (p<0. 01). The results of regression analyses showed that the rumination, reappraisal, suppression, and response to stress predict 51 percent of corona anxiety variance. Conclusions: The study results showed that variables of rumination, emotion regulation and response to stress played an effective role in predicting corona anxiety. Therefore, interventions focused on these components can be an important protective factor in preventing nurses from developing anxiety caused by corona.

Abstract:

Introduction: The present study is a meta-analytical study conducted in the area of job satisfaction of nurses in the country through ten years ago. In this research, a comprehensive picture of this area is presented at the national level, which can be viewed by the neglected sides, and help to develop the concept in country. Methods: The research method is qualitative, a kind of meta-analysis. The statistical population includes 3950 articles that 3853 articles were removed in the process of reviewing and finally 97 articles were selected to study the first question of the research and 20 articles were selected as relevant sources as a statistical sample. Results: The most researches in about job satisfaction of nurses were done in 2912, 2014 and 2018 in the region. The most commonly questionnaire used is the JDI questionnaire. Investigation and measurement of nurses' job satisfaction, factors affecting job satisfaction, individual and organizational ethics, leadership method of nurses and managers and intelligence have been paid more attention in researches. In the 20 articles reviewed, the mean and standard deviation of job satisfaction were obtained 2. 833± 0. 008 A large heterogeneity was observed in the results of the studies, which after examining the suspected factors, it was found that job satisfaction is inversely related to the sample size, research year and average service history and is directly related to the average age. Conclusions: The results of the present study showed that despite the many researches that have been done in the field of nursing job satisfaction in the last decade, appropriate policies have not been adopted to increase their job satisfaction. Therefore, it is necessary for managers and relevant officials in this field to identify the main reason of job dissatisfaction of nurses in their centers and take appropriate measuements in order to eliminate and empower them.

Abstract:

Introduction: Families are the most basic social unit. Healthy relations between couples are a prerequisite to a healthy society. Numerous factors are affecting such relationships, including emotion regulation and sexual function, which both address marital issues as well. Methods: The study population consisted of all married male nurses (N=130) in the city of Bojnurd, during 2019. This study was carried out on 100 nurses selected through a convenience sampling technique via using Morgan's sample size determination table. In the present correlational study, the data was collected using Granofsky's cognitive emotion regulation questionnaire (2006), Farajnia's martial sexual function scale questionnaire (2014), and Sanaei's marital conflicts questionnaire (2000). This study used Pearson's correlation and multiple regressions to analyze data. Results: Our findings showed a negative significant correlation between positive emotion regulation, its components, and marital conflicts, and between sexual function, its components, and marital conflicts. Also, a positive significant association was observed between negative emotion regulation, its components, and marital conflicts. Conclusions: The results revealed significant multiple correlations between emotion regulation, sexual function, and marital conflicts. The results of stepwise multiple regressions showed that sexual function and negative emotion regulation are the strongest predictor variables of marital conflicts, which come after positive emotion regulation.

Abstract:

Covid-19 virus has become a global pandemic virus with many economic consequences and has affected almost all countries of the world, and therefore it is expected that the global economy will pass 2020 with a significant recession. . Meanwhile, Iran, like many countries involved in this epidemic, has become globalized and suffers as a result of the economic consequences. This necessity led to the economic consequences of this disease on the Iranian economy. An economy that has gone through two difficult years, 2018, 2019, and is now facing a global phenomenon. In this study, while examining all the economic consequences of the Covid-19 virus around the world, we specifically try to study Iran and its situation in the Iranian economy, and of course, with a special focus on the employment sector, to study the effects of this disease. . Using the results of labor force statistics and disease trends in the country, it was found that changes in employment and unemployment during the winter of 2019 and spring of 2020 compared to the same seasons of the previous year, had a decreasing trend in employment and an increase in unemployment. These changes, which increased due to the peak of the corona outbreak, indicate changes in the labor market and other sectors of the economy that have affected this market. The solution proposed to overcome this situation is government support for managing labor supply and demand markets and programs to support this group.

Abstract:

Introduction: Silence in Iranian culture indicates satisfaction, but in organizations, especially health and medical organizations, silence does not indicate satisfaction, but on the contrary expresses a kind of silent protest. Methods: To answer question, a conceptual model was proposed by reviewing the theoretical foundations. To test the model, North Khorasan nurses were defined as the research population. Out of 1000 people in the statistical population, 240 people were selected as samples and standard research questionnaires after given reliability and stability were distributed in a cluster sampling. The collected data were tested with LISREL8software by using path analysis methods. Results: it showed that organizational silence among nurses gained 4/2 from 5 which is so high. The study also revealed that managerial factors (mechanical structures and work oriented leadership) have caused this organizational silence and personality factors have strongly influenced the effect of managerial factors on nurses' organizational silence (raised 2 to 5). Among the five characteristic factors, the two factors of conscientiousness and Agreeableness had the greatest effect on the relationship between managerial factors and organizational silence. Conclusions: The research suggests that in order to reduce the organizational silence of nurses, the structures of the health care system and management style in hospitals should be changed and flexible.

Abstract:

Introduction: Today's organizations operate in a dynamic environment that can not only create significant opportunities for organizational growth, but also bring significant challenges to the organization. Therefore, to overcome these environmental conditions, organizations need to expand their resilience capacity in their organizational systems. Methods: The present study is an applied research in terms of purpose and a descriptive survey in terms of data collection method. Research strategy in the category of quantitative research as well as in terms of method, has a research-descriptive nature. The statistical population of the present study was nurses in Tehran’ s hospitals, which according to the Klein formula, at least 280 people were considered and selected by the simple random sampling method. After distributing the questionnaires, the required information was collected and analyzed using SMART PLS software. Results: The research findings indicate a significant relationship between the research variables that led to the confirmation of the hypotheses; thus, the functions of strategic human resource management are directly and significantly related to organizational resilience and social capital. Social capital also has a significant relationship with organizational resilience. The mediation of social capital in the relationship between strategic human resource management and organizational resilience was also confirmed. Conclusions: Managers can increase the resilience of nurses and hospitals by providing the conditions that nurses share information, ideas and other resources with each other to perform tasks, as well as considering nurses' opinions and ideas in decisions.
