Abstract: 

The judiciary roles a significant role in the policy implementation process, According to the mission of the judiciary and the conditions prevailing in the country, the implementation of policies in this judiciary is of particular importance. The purpose of this study is to present a Native pattern of judicial policy implementation: using the application of of Theme analysis and fuzzy Delphi approach. Therefore, first in the qualitative part of the research, using in-depth semi-structured interviews with experts in the judiciary, the necessary information was collected and with the aim of extracting elements and components of the model, this information was based on Theme analysis method at three levels: basic, organizer and comprehensive Was coded. The Statistical Society of the study includes 26 experts in the field of policy implementation. Purposeful sampling has been used to screen and validate the network of themes using three rounds of fuzzy Delphi technique.

Abstract: 

In terms of applied purpose and method of this research, this research was initially using qualitative research method and quantitative dimension or mixed method and in terms of implementation method was "descriptive-survey". In the qualitative part of the study population, experts in the field of student improvement by purposeful sampling method until the theoretical saturation (14) people and in the quantitative part of the study population, all final year undergraduate, graduate and doctoral students of Islamic Azad University-Sanandaj unit had 1500 people in the first semester of the 98-97 academic year. findings The test results showed that from the respondents' point of view, attention to educational, personal, social, research dimensions, creating sustainable employment for themselves and others in Islamic Azad University-Sanandaj Branch is moderate to weak and there is a statistically significant difference between the current situation and the situation. There is desirable. This research has provided practical suggestions and the degree of appropriateness of the conceptual model was confirmed according to the philosophy, objectives, theoretical foundations, dimensions and components, executive mechanism, executive process, feedback system and evaluation at the level of 95% confidence.

Abstract: 

The present study investigates the effect of risk management on stock price fall risk with emphasis on the role of general management of the company. This research is applied in terms of purpose and is causal (post-event) correlation methodology. The statistical population of the study was listed companies in Tehran Stock Exchange and using systematic elimination sampling method, 86 companies were selected as the research sample during the 9-year period between 2011 to 2019. The method used for data collection is library and data were collected from kodal site and financial statements of companies to measure variables and in Excel, initial calculations were performed and then stata software was used to test the research hypotheses. The results of this study show that the effectiveness of risk management has a significant and inverse effect on stock price fall rate. Also, general management has a significant and inverse effect on the effectiveness of risk management and stock price crash rate.

Abstract: 

The aim of this study was to design a model for implementing the policies of the Ministry of Education using interpretive structural modeling. This research is a mixed method, based on qualitative and quantitative research and inductive deductive research. The statistical population of the study is the experts of the Ministry of Education who were selected as sample members using purposive sampling method based on the principle of theoretical adequacy. Data collection tools were in the qualitative part of the interview and in the quantitative part of the questionnaire, whose validity and reliability were confirmed using the CVR index and Kappa Cohen test and content validity and reliability of the retest, respectively. Research data were analyzed using interpretive structural modeling. The results of the research include identifying the factors affecting the implementation of the policies of the Ministry of Education and developing a research model. The most important of these include the formulation of Stable policies and time; formulation of incentive policies and dedication to interest-oriented partnerships; sensing of continuous resources; competence of resources and practical participation of all specialized and public sectors.

Abstract: 

This research is a survey and descriptive. The data collection tool was a researcher-made questionnaire based on five-choice questions. The statistical population was all non-governmental and non-affiliated employers active in the field of work and occupation in Isfahan province. (105777 employers) and based on Cochran's formula, at a level of error of 5% of the sample population, 382 people were identified, and due to the possibility of refusal of some employers, 430 questionnaires were prepared and distributed. The sampling method in this study was simple random sampling without alternatives. After confirming the validity of the measurement tool and measuring the internal coherence of the items, data analysis was performed using Cronbach's alpha test. In the descriptive part, dispersion and central statistics such as mean and standard deviation were used using SPSS software version 25. Inferential statistics including Kolmogorov, Smranoff test, and Regression models with hidden variables were used to test the research hypotheses using Amos software version 24. The results of the hypotheses showed that social capital and cultural capital are effective on the tendency of employers' insurance violations, but economic capital is not effective.

Abstract: 

Aim: The purpose of this study is to explain the pattern of formation of high performance systems with the approach of reducing social void in government organizations that has revived the issue of social void in the administrative system of the country Methods: The research method is a sequential-exploratory combination. That is, first the qualitative approach and then the quantitative approach have been used. The method of qualitative part of thematic analysis and its statistical population are scientific experts familiar with the subject, which includes professors and researchers in the field of public administration. Structural equation modeling is used in a small part and its statistical population includes executive or experimental experts (managers and employees of government organizations in k-b provinces). The sampling method was cluster and the number of samples was determined according to Cochran's formula. Results: The results showed that the model of high performance work systems has four main themes of high performance work procedures, results, intermediary conditions and study context. Conclusion: the analysis of research interviews showed that the context and context of the formation of high performance with the approach of reducing social idleness includes high performance work procedures, bed conditions and intermediate conditions.

Abstract: 

Background: Performance management in government organizations can be the basis for planning the administrative system of the country and the social framework in this area can make the mission of providing quality services and excellence in this field more dynamic. Objective: To provide a performance management model with a social approach policy Method: In terms of purpose, it was developmental and in terms of mixed method, it was exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis. In the qualitative part of sampling, texts related to the social field of the organization were used. Data collection method In the qualitative part, the survey method was used with open, axial and selective coding approach and was done using quantitative thematic method. In a small part, it was a survey method with a questionnaire distribution approach. In the qualitative phase of determining validity, the Lavache model was used. Results: In the quantitative phase, the face validity of the questionnaire was determined based on the opinion of experts. Reliability of Cronbach's alpha coefficient was used and statistical analysis was performed using SPSS 22 and smart-PLS software. Conclusion: The social performance management model of government organizations was presented in 10 dimensions, 39 components and 136 indicators.

Abstract: 

Given the above, the question arises that what is the policy model of social network management with emphasis on citizenship culture? In this research, a combined method (qualitative and quantitative) has been used. The statistical population consists of two parts; In the qualitative section, all new articles after 1394 and 2014 were selected and reviewed and the components of the principles of using social networks, personal characteristics, communication, benefits of using social networks and finally the characteristics of social networks in relation to The social network variable has been obtained and in relation to the culture of citizenship, the components of citizenship behaviors, legal dimensions of citizenship, dimensions of citizenship culture and development of citizenship culture have been obtained. The relevant questionnaire was prepared and distributed in a quantitative part among the citizens of Tehran to 384 people and was analyzed using linear regression method and the results showed that the research hypotheses were confirmed.

Abstract: 

The purpose of this study is to present a model for improving service productivity in public organizations with a structural-interpretive modeling approach. The research is applied in terms of purpose, descriptive-survey in terms of inference method and qualitative and quantitative in terms of the nature of the data. Data were obtained from questionnaires and semi-structured interviews with 16 experts in the field of productivity at the university and managers of government organizations in Tehran province, using theoretical sampling. Then, in order to design a structural-interpretive model, the ISM method was used. The results show that the model of improving service productivity in public organizations has five levels. Service quality and reliability form the fifth level of the model and act as the cornerstone of the model. In addition, according to Micmac analysis, service quality and reliability were also identified as key variables that have the most impact and the least impact on other factors. According to the designed model and in order to improve service productivity, unorganized and unnecessary activities can be directed towards correct and efficient activities.

Abstract: 

The statistical population consists of all managers of air travel and tourism services companies in Tabriz, 220 people. In this research, census method has been used., the questionnaires were given to several professors in this field and under their supervision, amendments were made to the original. In addition, to assess the reliability of the research tool, questionnaires were distributed among 20 sample subjects in an experimental implementation and the results were analyzed by Cronbach's alpha test. This value was estimated 0. 81 for the first questionnaire and 0. 80 for the second questionnaire. The results of Pearson correlation test show that there is a significant positive relationship between political intelligence of agency managers and their conflict management. There is a significant positive relationship between the political intelligence of agency managers and the components of cooperation, competition, compromise and compromise. But there is no significant relationship between the political intelligence of agency managers and the avoidance component and there is a significant positive relationship between the components of political games, power dynamics, political personality, overt honesty and emotion conquest with conflict management.

Abstract: 

Todays, the governments have to design a model to attract and develop human and nonhuman capitals and self-sufficiency in employment and earning money, in addition to identify entrepreneurial government and good governance, to be able in efficient and effective enterpreneurship. it is necessary to provide the strategies to implement the model designed. accordingly, the aim of this study is to present a hybrid model for entrepreneurial government and good governance and provide implementation strategies in the body of the government of Islamic Republic of Iran. The method of this research is objectively applied and in terms of data, it is an exploratory mixed one, and a self-emerging and data driven in terms of the nature and type of study. The statistical population contains all PhD experts including 30 managers in Islamic Azad University. Measurement tool is a semi-structured interview form based on open and axial encoding sent to the experts. At first, 2 dimensions, 23 components and 145 indicators are held to provide the research pattern and then interviewing with the government experts to collect more data, achieve theoretical saturation. At last, after collecting the data by Content Analysis method, 23 strategies, 11 components and 2 dimension are determined.
