Abstract

 Background and Objective: Employees are the most important indicator of the prominence of silence and ORGANIZATIONAL COMMITMENT are important factors in predicting and understanding organizational behavior such as JOB BURNOUT. The aim of the present study, was the evaluation of relationship between silence and ORGANIZATIONAL COMMITMENT with employee burnout in Zahedan University of MEDICAL SCIENCES.Method: This descriptive study was correlational in 2015 in Zahedan. The study population included all employees of MEDICAL SCIENCES (headquarters, support and human) through census method 125 (all male) were selected. To gather the data, three questionnaires of ORGANIZATIONAL SILENCE, ORGANIZATIONAL COMMITMENT, and JOB BURNOUT. The data using mean and standard deviation, correlation and regression using the software SPSS-19 were analyzed.Results: Data showed the silence and ORGANIZATIONAL COMMITMENT and JOB BURNOUT average. Between the components of ORGANIZATIONAL SILENCE and there was a significant relationship between burnout at p<0.01 level. In addition, there was negative correlation between the components of commitment and burnout in there p<0.05 level. Stepwise regression results showed silent personnel and organizational Nhd have been able to predict burnout.Conclusion: Silence and positive relationship between burnout and commitment to JOB BURNOUT and there is a negative inverse relationship, ie, with high ORGANIZATIONAL COMMITMENT burnout is low and vice versa. Managers must deal with this issue in a way that is conscious behavior and how to manage them is causing burnout.
