Abstract

 Widespread use of Web technology, an opportunity for businesses to provide the Internet as a tool for electronic customer relationship management (e-CRM). Despite the common agreement in e-CRM that directly or indirectly affect the customer satisfaction, but less attention has been paid to important factors determining e-CRM in influencing customer satisfaction and they should be well studied. In this study, we tried to review the system with e-CRM GolsarFars Chinese company, cover these factors, and study the correlation between them. The results of this study in recognition factors determining the way to achieve customer satisfaction by GolsarFars Chinese company, could help the company.
