Abstract

 The present study has examined the effect of group using the COGNITIVE BEHAVIORAL METHOD in decreasing female employee's aggressive–behavior sin NIDC and covers the all one in NIDC. The relevant research has categories like mid–experiential, pre and post examination with testimony group. The sample's contained 40 members divided in two groups of experimental and control groups. The instruction reduction interference covers in accordance with GROUP CONSULTING treatment methods to decrease aggressive–behaviors. The instruction course included some chapters as knowledge and variation in illogical beliefs, soothing, giving expression and solving the problems. AAI, used device in the related research was the altercation scale which was carried out on the tested employees in the form of pretest ad post test. The results of MANCOVA analysis showed the group connecting instruction with treatment recognition highly decreases employee's aggressive–behaviors in the post test.
