Abstract: 

The purpose of this study was a study of the effectiveness of pre-marriage education on single girl student's love story on the basis of Sternberg "love story" theory in Dezful. The sample of this research was Fifty person that they divided two groups: experimental groups and control group. The design of this research was quasi-experimental design with pretest- post test. Subjects were randomly selected from among participants in premarriage education work shop. In this study used Sternberg "love story" questionnaire for gathering of data. The used of multi variable covariance method for decomposition and analysis of data. The results showed that pre-marriage education was effected to changed the social desirability love story, domineering love story, submission love story, entertainment love story and hedonism love story. The hypothesizes of this study was defined in a=0/01 surface.

Abstract: 

The objective was to compare the mental health, locus of control, motivation of achievement andself efficacy in male and female physicians of North of Khuzestan. The type of this research was taxonomic coincidentally sampling. The sample consists of all male and female physicians. From whom to individuals were randomly selected. They participated in the research after they filled 4 questionnaires of GHQ 28 general health, Ratter locus of control, improvement drive and GSE comparison. For analysis of data multi-variant analysis (MANOVA) method was applied using SPSS software. The significant level was (P<0.05) in this research. The results from this research showed a significant difference between mental health, locus of control, motivation of achievement and self efficacy in physicians. Further, there is not a significant difference between mental health, locus of control source in male and female physicians. But there is one in motivation of achievement and self efficacy in them. Besides, the motivation of achievement and self efficacy levels in male physicians is definitely higher than female physicians.

Abstract: 

This research investigated the relationship between job stress and social support with job satisfaction in national oil drilling company. The sample of this research contained 200 personnel that they were selected based on simple random sampling from all male and female national drilling company. The instruments used in this research job stress scale (IUJSI), social support of Philips and job satisfaction scale (JDI). Present research was from correlation type and the results of data analyzed by using person correlation factor and multivariable regression in meaningful level (p<0.0001) Results showed that there was meaningful negative relationship between job stress and job satisfaction. There was meaningful positive relationship between social support and job satisfaction. Findings showed that there was meaningful multiple relationships between job stress, social support and job satisfaction in national drilling company. Regression analyzed showed that job stress and social support alternatively are predicting the job satisfaction.

Abstract: 

This study considers the comparative dysfunctional attitudes, and family violence in runaway girls and normal girls. For this reason, a group of 60 ranaway girls who had refered to welfare centers in Ahvaz city were used and also the number of 60 normal girls from guidance schools and high scoole of district 3 in Ahvaz city were choosen randomely which were similar to normal girls groupregardin the demographic variables. The Dysfunctional Activity Questionnaires, and Conflict Tacticts Scale were applied on them.For data analyzsis used the descriptive statistic approaches, manova and pearson. The signicant level of P<0.05 was assigned to all hypothesis.The study results showed that the runaway girls have a higher level of dysfunctional attitudes compared with normal girls.These girls were exposed to more family violence than normal girls and had received more verbal and physical violence, but were equall to normal girls regarding the family violence about reasoning.

Abstract: 

The present study has examined the effect of group using the cognitive – behavioral method in decreasing female employee's aggressive–behavior sin NIDC and covers the all one in NIDC. The relevant research has categories like mid–experiential, pre and post examination with testimony group. The sample's contained 40 members divided in two groups of experimental and control groups. The instruction reduction interference covers in accordance with group consulting treatment methods to decrease aggressive–behaviors. The instruction course included some chapters as knowledge and variation in illogical beliefs, soothing, giving expression and solving the problems. AAI, used device in the related research was the altercation scale which was carried out on the tested employees in the form of pretest ad post test. The results of MANCOVA analysis showed the group connecting instruction with treatment recognition highly decreases employee's aggressive–behaviors in the post test.

Abstract: 

The aim of this research was to investigate the effect of anger management skill over aggression control of mothers who have deaf primary school students. Statistic society of research includes all mothers of girl students and deaf boys of primary school in Isfahan city. The number of them was 138. The samples of this study were 40 mothers who were selected randomly by cluster multiphase sampling. Instrument, was Novaco anger questionnaire. The Novaco anger questionnaire was used for pretest for two groups, each group included 20 mothers. Then, anger management skill training was used on experimental group, 7 sessions, each session for 1/5 hour. After the end of training program, post–test on the two groups was implemented. The data was analyzed by covariance through SPSS software. The result of this research showed that training caused the reduction of mothers’ anger. Also, the result showed that anger management training meaning fully is effective to anger total scores (P£0.01), others assessment scores (P£0.002), external pressure scores (P£0.006), and frustration scores (P£0.007).

Abstract: 

The aim of this research was to study the effect of training of emotional intelligence on confronting stress among high – school girl students in Ahvaz city. The statistical population in this research were all of the high – school girl students; among the above population 120 students were selected randomly as a sample, which divided into two groups of 60 as experimental group and 60 as control group. Test, used in this study was adolescent stress confronting questionnaires (ASCQ). The method used to assess the sample’s stress coping capacity was pretest-posttest method. After selecting the samples consist of (experimental and control group), both group were administered (ASCQ) test. Than the training of emotional intelligence was started for nine session of ninety minutes each one. At the end of training post-test was taken for both groups. The reliability of the test was measured with split-half correlation and Cronbach Alfa methods; also data was analyzed with correlation analyses covariance (MANKOVA).The results of the present study showed that training of emotional intelligence was more effective in coping stress among girl’s students of Ahvaz high-school in the academic year 2009-10.

Abstract: 

This study was carried out to assess the relationship of metacognition strategies and creativity withresiliency in accordance sample of students in Shoushtar Azad University. With using stratified-random sampling, 386 (175 males and 211 females) from the faculties of Technique and Engineering, Humanity and Agriculture were included in this study. Resiliency was assessed by using Conner-Davidson scale (CD-RISC). Furthermore, metacognition (ESM) and scale of Abedi’s questionnaire purports to measure metacognition and creativity. Data were analyzed by methods of descriptive statistic way, Pearson correlation and multivariate regression in significant level of P<0.05.The results revealed that metacognition was positively associated with resiliency. Creativity was also shown significant correlation with resiliency. It can be concluded that in a multi-correlation, metacognition and creativity can positively predict resiliency.
