Hovland). Indeed, the major mechanism (such as: message source authentication/ content of message processing/ communication operating tools/ features message recipients) taking effective on the audience purchase & Consumption in advertising space of Networks of Internet & Satellite (in theory of G. Jowett /V. O' Donnell) ; So In the MANAGEMENT OF MEDIA PERSUASION, planning & decision-making between potential users (including: data search/ compare options/ choose the appropriate option/...) for the online purchase & consumption of a particular virtual store; not only depends on audience (for example: audience desire & passion to make purchases/ audience chance to return to a website selling/ audience chance buying of a virtual store repeatedly/ audience satisfaction in online shopping and consumer goods advertised/...); But Planning & decision-making gives potential consumers (for online Purchase & Consumption of advertising goods), to pass of three-stage process (assess / evaluate / measure) in economical development context...
