The aim of this study was to investigate the impact of macro-economic variables (Oil prices, exchange rates and inflation) on the performance of listed companies in Tehran Stock Exchange. The hypothesis of this study, each of the macroeconomic variables and firm performance were addressed, Sample research listed companies during the periodof 2001 till 2012 is. Applied statistical methods, logistic regression, T tests, and regression and correlation. Our findings the results of the research shows a significant correlation between macro-economic variables (prices, exchange rates and inflation) and EVA (as a measure of corporate performance evaluation) have a significant correlation, this means that with three variables, EVA companies studied increased and better performance is evaluated.

Given the history of olive cultivation in Iran, Many activities have begun for increase in olive. The beginning of olive cultivation, the research broadly started in Tarom stations, Roudbar, Gorgan, Sar Pul zahab, Safiabads of Dezful. And so far beneficial results in the development plans of olive cultivation is obtained from the research station. So, to achieve these goals as soon as possible to promote the growth and development of olive production. That beneficial has for the society healths. So we need to examine the relationship between the quantity of olive city Tarom product and production factors used in the production process. This study aimed to clarify the relationship between the output variables and identify the contribution of each variable in the production is carried out with 181 samples. Statistical information required in this cross-sectional data study of the year 1390 crop with a two-stage cluster sampling technique by completing a questionnaire and interviews were collected olive growers Tarom city. The information required, Using ordinary least squares Olive production function to estimate models: Cobb - Douglas and Transcendental. According to the standard models, The Cobb - Douglas was selected. Then using the estimated production function production elasticities of inputs are calculated. The results of this study showed, Production elasticity of mature trees and water over a stretching of labor input between zero and one is negative and the elasticity of production inputs, machinery is less than zero. There are Relationship, between the quantity of olive production Tarom and inputs used in the manufacture of this product.

Today, dynamism, complexity and uncertainty are some of the distinct characteristics of organizational environments. In such an environment organizations need to improve customer satisfaction of their clients are in need of proper knowledge management. If organizations want to take advantage of the potential benefits of knowledge management, they should provide adequate infrastructural factors. This research aims to identify and prioritize key infrastructures in order to establish knowledge management in project-based organizations. Data gathered through an interview with a number of industry experts, project managers, academics and some of the companies and contractors who are involved with the project. The results of these interviews using the techniques of content analysis was conducted and the characteristics of the infrastructure necessary for the establishment of knowledge management, mining, and finally a questionnaire containing 75 questions designed to measure the influence parameters are derived and their ranking were developed and distributed among the members of the research sample. The results of the analysis of research data shows that four factors are important which are structure and organizational processes, IT, mission and organizational values and organizational culture.

This can have some business benefits such as increased creativity, spirituality, honesty and confidence increase, increased organizational commitment, employees' attitudes improved as increased job satisfaction, job involvement, and so on. All of the direct and indirect benefits can lead to improved performance and organizational effectiveness. This paper has examined the impact of workplace spirituality on psychological empowerment and entrepreneurial behavior in Mamoot company. According to conceptual model including combination of three variables such as psychological empowerment, spirituality, business and entrepreneurial behavior, six hypotheses were provided and tested by path analysis. The findings indicate that there are significant positive relationship between three variables examined in this study.

In the recent years, attention to knowledge is one of the important subjects in the organizations. Organization’s managers have found that to survive and develop organization should use accurately of this main source and managing on it would lead to success organization. Also emotional intelligence with emphasize of features such as self-consciousness, self-managing, social consciousness and management of relationships has particular importance that is new and proper device in the hand of managers to lead individuals inside of organization and provide their satisfaction.The present study was carried out to investigate relation between knowledge management and emotional intelligence of governmental office’s staff of Jiroft small province. Statistical society of this study included of 1035 people of the governmental office’s staff of this small province and selecting of sampling is 280 people from employee people in offices has done by use of random classified sampling method proportionate with social extent and Cocran formula. In order to gather data was used of prefabricated questionnaires of knowledge management reliability 93% and validity 92%. Analyzing of gathering data also in correlation test Spirman and Condal, box plot and variable spread and multiple log linear model by SPSS statistical software. Findings of this study on the basis of research’s hypotheses showed that there is relation between knowledge and staff’s emotional intelligence. In the end represented limitations of this study and suggestions to more research in this field.  

Threats-Opportunities-Weakness-Strengths Matrix Technique or SWOT can identify internal and external status of an organization. But it is not able to provide us with an appropriate analysis of the importance of the factor factors that have been identified. Consequently, SWOT analysis doesn’t work at measurement and evaluation stage. In this paper, SWOT analysis process to quantify the relationship between strategic factors stated. The algorithm presented in this paper, the analysis process can be network or ANP uses the dependence among strategic factors based on the independence among the measured. And also that entropy can be used to determine the weight of each factor. In this article, firstly, Entropy method has been elaborated and ANP approach has been dealt with and usage of each of them in evaluating and prioritizing all the internal and external factors of strategic planning has been discussed. At the end, the implementation of this method at hospital’s industry level has been stated accordingly.

The managers of different companies relating to issues such as organizational structure, how to implement the operation, performance and situation assessment of organization and financial and managerial reporting in order to achieve their goal have different policies and procedures. In addition to the sources of macroeconomic, systematic risk in every company can be depends on the effectiveness of the efficiency of these policies and procedures. Since the implementation of these policies form internal control structure, so the research examines the relationship between internal control weaknesses and systemic risks in listed companies in Tehran Stock Exchange during the years 1385 to 1389. Using the statistical panel-data method, hypotheses have tested statistical sample including 162 company selected in a correlation study. The results of the study showed that if there is a weakness in internal control system, systematic risk index will increase.

Determine an appropriate structure for an organization is an important factor of success. According to Levitt model, organizational structure and culture is part of the management tool in order to achieve organizational goals. The aim of this study was to determine the relationship between organizational culture and organizational structure and its dimensions. The research sample included all technical and operational managers working in the private insurance companies in the city of Tehran. The data were analyzed by descriptive statistics (frequency, frequency percentage, mean and standard deviation) and analytical statistics (Pearson correlation test, confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation modeling) was performed using the software SPSS and LISREL. The results show that the formalization is low in the insurance company, and having standards, staff ratio and hierarchy of authority is below average. Among the dimensions of organizational structure, highest mean is belongs to the Specialization, that show Division of work were Medium to high in the insurance company. Result of structural equation modeling to verify the relationship between organizational culture and organizational structure. Organizational culture has a significant effect on all dimensions of organizational structure except staff ratio and Specialization. The most significant impact of organizational culture is about the professionalism (0.216) and the least significant effect is in the hierarchy of authority (0.097).

Tax avoidance that reduces transfers from shareholders to the government is traditionally viewed as value enhancing to shareholders. The agency perspective of tax avoidance, however, suggests that opportunistic managers may exploit the obfuscatory nature of tax avoidance to mask rent extraction. To shed light on these conflicting views, I use eight-year Disclosure Quality and yearly permanent book-tax difference to proxy for a firm’s level of tax avoidance. How corporate transparency relates to tax avoidance. using a sample of firms with tax avoidance data from 2004-2011, I find that transparent firms, which potentially have less severe agency problems, avoid more tax relative to their opaque. This result suggests that investors don’t place a value premium on tax avoidance, This is consistent with the notion that corporate transparency facilitates the monitoring of managerial actions and thus alleviates outside investors’ concern about the hidden agency costs associated with tax avoidance.
