THE RISK ANALYSIS FOR HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT IN I.R. IRAN’S ARMY IRAN

Abstract

 The main objective of this research is the RISK analysis for HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT in I. R. Iran’s army Iran. This research is applied-developed and a case study and the underlying approach are elites. The populations of this research are commanders, chiefs and experts in the field of HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT that they are associated with about 80 people in the Army.14 of the population to judge chosen for in-depth interviews expertise and they were invited to the meetings. Tools for data collection are library and interview. For data analysis, it was used from descriptive statistics and analysis process brainstorming techniques. In practice sessions, we were identified thirteen ENVIRONMENTAL FACTORS affecting HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT.61 monitoring and management solutions were estimated on ENVIRONMENTAL FACTORS, and at the end of 68 as a RISK analyzed and prioritized for the implementation of the aforementioned solutions to identify. The results showed that three of the most important RISK in HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT, are "the lack of running a certain process to attract elite, difficult to attract and retain highly skilled and specialized staff and different look of Army leaders to military reserve".
