STUDYING THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN ORGANIZATIONAL JUSTICE AND INTEGRITY IN CUSTOM OF THE ISLAMIC REPUBLIC OF IRAN

Abstract

 This paper studying the relationship between ORGANIZATIONAL JUSTICE in three type (distributive justice, PROCEDURAL JUSTICE, INTERACTIONAL JUSTICE) and INTEGRITY in I.R.Iran s customs administration. Members of statistical society of research are employees of Islamic republic of Iran’s costume administration that consist of 657 people. Questionnaire use for measurement of ORGANIZATIONAL JUSTICE and INTEGRITY. For data analyses, the descriptive statistic and structural equations have been used. The results of research showed strong relation between justice components and INTEGRITY. According to obtained results there is positive significant relationship between ORGANIZATIONAL JUSTICE and INTEGRITY. In investigation of affectivity of justice components on INTEGRITY (2nd assumption) the result shows that stimulatingly between 3 type of justice, procedural and interactional; are effective on INTEGRITY also for ranking of affectivity of components most correlation between ORGANIZATIONAL JUSTICE and INTEGRITY is about PROCEDURAL JUSTICE, INTERACTIONAL JUSTICE in 2nd place and in lowest effect is on DISTRIBUTIVE JUSTICE.
