Abstract

The present research was conduct in order to explore impact of INTELLECTUAL CAPITAL on organizational intelligence in Mobile telecommunications Company. The method of this study is of applied type in terms of objective and it is descriptive survey type in terms of method of data collection. Morgan’s table was utilized to determine sample size. The research tools include Albrecht’s organizational intelligence questionnaire and INTELLECTUAL CAPITAL inventory. To analyze some variables were described such as INTELLECTUAL CAPITAL, organizational intelligence, and their components based on central tendency and dispersion indices including mean and standard deviation. The mean test of population has been employed to study on status of variables at inferential level. At the same time, in order to identify validity and testing significance among observer variables, latent variable, and also fitness of the given measurement model, confirmatory factor analysis was utilized in analytical statistics and to determine reliability of test Cronbach alpha coefficient was used and finally structural equations modeling were adapted to identify causal relations between research variables using LISREL software. The results of study showed that based on structural model; there was positive and significant relationship among intellectual intelligence and seven elements of knowledge deployment, and performance pressure.
