Abstract

This study was conducted to examine the relationship between organizational intelligence with, organizational citizenship (OCB). For this purpose, 272 employees were randomly selected. The instruments of study were organizational intelligence (Albrecht, 2003) organizational citizenship (Lee and Allen, 2002). Results indicated that there were significant relationships between organizational intelligence with citizenship (OCB) behaviors (P<0.01). Among organizational intelligences sub scales, there was positive significant relationship between strategic vision and heart with organizational citizenship behaviors (P<0.01) and negative relationship between appetite for change with organizational citizen-ship behave (P<0.01).
