Abstract

 With the industrial revolution in world, production of goods and services has shown a growing trend. After the 1950s, there has been a growing trend of watching TELEVISION in the world. This means that TELEVISION has become one of the most influential communication means. TELEVISION has been used as a very significant means for a number of industry and services in order to introduce and offer their goods and services to the customers.The purpose of this paper is to assess Mashhad people's attention to the advertising of LOCAL TV. Sampling in this study was a systematic random sampling. Thus, the city has divided into five regions where eighty questionnaires were distributed randomly.
