Abstract

There are already 50 Persian-language television channels among the hundreds of SATELLITE NETWORKs that are leading by Iranian and non Iranian natural or legal persons in abroad.Some of these channels are belong to the other states such as "Voice of America" (VOA) and British Broadcasting Persian Television (BBC) which are established by U.S. Congress and the British House of Lords.Regarding the dependency of these Persian-language Television networks, they provide a wide range of applications specially casting news.British Broadcasting Persian Television (BBC), among the other Persian news networks by 70 years of experience could have numbers of audience, especially Tehran adolescents and youth have been welcomed this network. Knowing why this success has been occurred is studies in this paper.
