Abstract

 Recycling seems necessary for preserving TOURISM industry. In fact, through recycling methods tourists can be attracted to intended destinations. Suitable use of TOURISM potentials requires a comprehensive study and planning. It seems necessary to have a comprehensive and schematic planning to achieve the desired goals. The P4 model is one of the outstanding issues in MARKETING which can be used as a good model in realizing the intended goals. The combination of four components of the model, namely place, product, price, and promotion, is intended to analyze the number of tourists visiting the area during Nowruz holidays between the years 1389 to 1394 as well as the analysis of the components of MARKETING in MASOOLEH HISTORICAL CITY. Then the effective components on the increasing number of tourists and TOURISM development have been determined. To achieve the goals of the study, an experimental and descriptive study has been conducted to analyze the 93 items of a researcher-made questionnaire. The sample of the study consisted of the tourists coming to the area as well as TOURISM experts who worked in the Cultural Heritage Organization in Gilan province.
